This paper proposes a diagnosis scheme based on observer for a class of fault control systems with short delays. Firstly, based on the predictor state of the observer as the input of the controller, a control system with time delay compensation and fault diagnosis is designed. Then the value of the residual generator is compared with the predetermined threshold to judge whether the fault occurs or not. The design of the post filter makes the system more sensitive to external interference and robustness to additive faults is improved, thereby improving the diagnostic rate of faulty systems. Finally, it is verified by numerical simulation that the system design based on the observer can diagnose the system fault well. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Image enhancement is an important topic in image analysis in order to help humans and computer vision algorithms to obtain an accuracy information for analysis. The visual quality and certain image properties, such as brightness, contrast, signal to noise ratio, resolution, edge sharpness, and colour accuracy were improved through the enhancement process. The goal of image enhancement is to improve the quality of an image to become more suitable for a particular application. Till today, numerous image enhancement methods have been proposed for various applications and efforts have been directed to further increase the quality of the enhancement results and minimize the computational complexity and memory usage. In this paper, an image enhancement method based on Discrete Cosine Transforms (DCT) and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) was studied. This paper presents an exhaustive review of these studies and suggests a direction for future developments of image enhancement methods. Each method shows the owned advantages and drawbacks. In future, this work will give the direction to other researchers in order to propose new advanced enhancement techniques. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Wind energy is one of the cheapest renewable energy sources. However, the problem of non-widespread of using wind energy turbines in the power sector is related to its economic efficiency and competitiveness compared to conventional systems. The purpose of this paper is to help the decision-maker and the investor in obtaining reliable information on how to calculate the basic approach to calculate the economic parameters of wind energy turbines involves determining the effectiveness of turbines in competition with the using traditional fuels. Thus, can be defined economic feasibility of using and economic potential of wind energy in specific region. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Air-space-ground integrated networks are the combine network of the air, space and ground. The ASG-IIN has the problem of level isolated in Multi-level architecture. This article design an Air-space-ground integrated networks layered independent flow control scheme, based on the Air-space-ground framework, which analyze the problems of satellite network flow control, spacecraft flow control and land mobile communications networks flow control. According to the research of complex networks' situation of establishment in WIT120, secure campus and sturdy power grid, we obtain a high service flow control demand of blend networks. Basing on the token, game theory and neural network, we put forward a series of new method to control the flow in Air-space-ground integrated networks. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

As a product of comprehensive discipline, smart car involve artificial intelligence, computer vision, mechanical design, control science and vehicle engineering, etc. In this study, we take the NXP smart car competition as the background and put forward a new image processing scheme for smart car. The purpose of the image processing is to identify the different types of track from continuously transformed video images, to filter out noise and interference in the images, to identify the obstacles and extract the available left and right edges of the track. The proposed new scheme can effectively extract and classify the image features of different road types and give corresponding image processing algorithms. Experiments show that this scheme can efficiently deal with the probe images and provide accurate image information for smart car. Thus, the proposed scheme has a high practical value in applications, such as smart car contests and self-driving car industry. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Aimed at simulating the air filled finite cylindrical shell target strength, the numerical calculation method of scattering form function and target strength is given in this paper using the theory of stanton T K. Cylindrical shells of different material properties, thickness, length are calculated, and the results indicate that factor of the material property and dimension is very important. Compared with other kinds of material properties, the gum rubber cylindrical shell has much more greater target strength for low frequency. Factors of radius and thickness have big effect to its fundamental resonance and the choice should be made in accordance with the actual needs. The numerical study provides theoretical basis and design reference for engineering application. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Office workers seem trivial, not many people have aware of occupational diseases risk, office workers who most are computer users in their daily work. Often the symptoms are ignored, most people assume that it is due to ordinary fatigue whereas things it is the beginning of the onset of occupational diseases. Muscle receive static load repeatedly in a long time, will be able to cause complaints of damage to joints, ligaments, and tendons. In this study, the method is RULA that shows a very high and moderate risk level. From the results, such assessments are used as a basis for applying improvements facilities at work. Design through to a table and a chair by analysing anthropometry, it is anticipated that analysis ergonomics and analysis of the redesigning. They used this application for reasonable enough CATIA. That is in pop up based on observation, so it can be an alternative redesigning and possible to reduce the potential of any disease, from behind their backs and purchased operator local control room, publicly listed heavy duty equipment operators affected by the policy and office workers. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. We consider a physical realization of the generalized quantum Peres and Toffoli gates with n-control signals, implemented in a one-dimensional chain of nuclear spins (one half) in a strong magnetic field coupled by an Ising interaction. Quantum algorithms in such system can be performed by transverse electromagnetic radio-frequency field using a number of resonant π-pulses on the initial states. The maximum number of π-pulses needed for the implementation of the Peres gate with n-control signals is discussed. It is found, that required number of π-pulses linearly scales with the number n of the control signals of the generalized quantum Peres gate. Comparison of our studies with the known values of the quantum cost of the generalized Peres gate allows us to suggest that proposed physical implementation of the gate is more efficient. The fidelity parameter is used to study the performance of the generalized Peres gate as a function of the relative error of the resonance frequency. The limits of an imbalance of the generator settings remaining the gate well defined are determined. © Springer international Publishing AG, part of Springer Nature 2019.

In modern manufacturing industries, machines are connected and shared within the manufacturing network. Thus, IoT (Internet of Things) and information technologies are widely applied in the smart factory, among which RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) devices are the most important elements to collect real time data and track important objects. With the continuously developing and widely applications of RFID technology, huge amount of RFID data would be generated during manufacturing processes. In this paper, an intelligent factory framework based on RFID is proposed and massive RFID data is produced. Then the unique characteristics of RFID data in intelligent factory are analyzed, and an algorithm of mining frequent patterns based on Apriori is designed to mine the frequent path knowledge. The algorithm is helpful for the production planning and task scheduling of intelligent factory. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to improve quality of reconstructed frame in distributed video coding, a Deep Learning for Side Information(DL-SI) method was proposed. According to the fact that non-linear of pixel movement in a video sequence, the deep learning network was achieved and trained online. Therefore, the four key frames as the input block to the trained to predict the side information. Experiment results reveal that compared with the typical method Ist-TDWZ, the peak signal noise ratio is improved by 2.4dB-3.7dB. This indicated that the quality of reconstructed video is significantly improved with deep learning. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
