For the virtual synchronous control strategy of grid-connected inverters, the impact of the output response of the change of source is mainly analyzed, and the response time is calculated to lay a theoretical foundation for the system economic dispatch. First, the photovoltaic cell model is introduced, as well as the mathematical model and control strategy of the virtual synchronous generator. Then the optimal configuration of the source input is analyzed under different inertia and virtual damping conditions. The results show that the virtual inertia and damping coefficient of the inverter are closely related to the energy density and response time of the source input. Finally, a simple simulation model is given to observe the influence of the output change of the source on the response of the inverter output. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the rapid development of the Internet, the network has been expanding. In order to allow network operators to provide better quality of service, but also the effective supervision and management of the network, identify the traffic type of network traffic classification technology has become a hot topic in recent years. In this paper, a method of network traffic classification based on deep learning is proposed. Compared with the traditional machine learning method, the accuracy of network traffic classification based on deep learning has been improved obviously. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to solve the mathematical characterization and real-time generation of UCAV tactical maneuvers, a solution based on RBF network was proposed. Firstly, the characteristics and characterization methods of tactical maneuver trajectory are studied. An optimal control model of maneuvering trajectory is established and solved by genetic algorithm to generate sufficient neural network training samples. Secondly, based on the fitness function value and initial conditions as the input, and the key point control quantity of tactical maneuvers as the output, an air combat tactical maneuver trajectory rapid generation system based on RBF network was built. Finally, the RBF network is trained using the Recursive Least Squares (RLS) method. The training error was in the order of 10-5, which indicated that this method could realize the nonlinear mapping relationship between the fitness value and the trajectory with high accuracy. And through this network could quickly generate high-stability, UCAV executable maneuver trajectory. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the rapid development of energy-saving and clean new energy, power fluctuations bring great challenges to frequency control of power grid. The main ways of dealing with the instantaneous power gap depends on primary frequency compensation(PFC) of thermal power units. The characteristics and questions of automatic generation control (AGC) and PFC were analyzed, and the optimization of unit control were offered. It can ensure that the frequency modulation and peak shaving capacity of the thermal power unit meets the requirements of power grid standards, and effectively ensure the priority of the PFC action when the grid frequency fluctuates, improve the coordinated operation of the AGC and PFC. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The failure for power-off or the restoration often happened in the tripping or closing activity during the actual application of remote electric charge control, which increases the difficulty of timely recovery of the electric charge and brings the risk of user complaints. The lower successful rate executed was researched deeply for electric charge control work orders in Liaoning Electric Power Company LTD. in the paper. The reasons of the transmission failure in the of electric charge control work was comprehensively analyzed orders executed from different perspectives of master station, communication, field terminal, energy gauge. Through the above analysis, we obtain the factors that affect the successful rate of electric charge control execution. We seek the best solution to increase the successful rate for the electric charge control execution and put forward to methods to increase the successful rate of the electric charge control execution in the whole province in this article. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In recent years, the function of measurement and control system has become increasingly complicated. The traditional embedded microprocessor has not been able to meet the requirements. In order to meet the application requirements, the embedded operating system suitable for measurement and control system based on μC / OS-II is designed. By modifying the μC / OS-II include files and processor custom files to complete the target microprocessor platform migration;On the basis of transplantation, the common module is added to the measurement and control system, which mainly has data control, filtering, alarm and control algorithm, and the serial communication module and the network function module, Using Modbus and RS485 bus to form a field-level network monitoring and control system, the use of time scheduling to ensure system real-time. With the development of science and technology, people are demanding more and more sophisticated technology products, especially in some advanced and high-end research fields. For example, in terms of medical devices, home appliances, and transportation vehicles, there are higher demands on them that they can become more and more compact and sophisticated to meet people's needs better. Most of the daily products are inseparable from the motor drive, and the convenience of motor drive will bring about rapid development and improvement in these fields to make these technologies meet people's requirements. Based on the powerful simulation function of SIMULINK, the brushless DC motor control system simulation was completed. In the thesis, through the establishment of two simulation models, the theoretical analysis of the principle and mathematical model of brushless DC motor is carried out. Finally, the brushless DC motor control system is designed on the basis of simulation and theoretical analysis, and the hardware selection and circuit design are carried out. The main control chip of the control system is the LPC1766 of NXP Company, which is based on ARM's latest Contex-M3 kernel. Besides, the data transmission is realized by the Modbus bus protocol in this control system, and the software programming is carried out in the U-Vision4 development environment, of which the implementation process is presented by flowchart. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Accurately predicting wind power in wind farms is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system. A novel short-term wind power forecasting method (WPD-GRU-SELU) based on wavelet packet decomposition (WPD) and improved gated recurrent unit (GRU) is proposed. Firstly, this method uses WPD to decompose the time series of wind power into several sub-sequences with different frequencies. Then the sub-sequences of different frequency components are predicted by using the improved GRU neural network, which uses the scaled exponential linear units(SELU) as the activation function to squash the hidden states to calculate the output. Finally, the output datum of GRU neural networks are reconstructed to obtain the complete wind power predicting results. Experiments illustrate that the WPD-GRU-SELU model have a more accurate forecast to the short-term wind power prediction compared with other RNN models. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A novel hourly day-ahead power forecasting approach for PV plant based on bidirectional LstM is proposed in this paper. Firstly, after analyzing the periodic characteristics of PV plant daily power curves, we employ K-means to cluster days into different types of weather according to the irradiance index. Then, a bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (LstM) is presented to build forecasting models for each type of weather in four seasons. An empirical study on a real dataset shows that the proposed method can effectively use multivariate time series information to predict the power for PV plants and obtain better performance than Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average model (ARIMA), Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2019.
