Due to increased mobility and growth in global students, as well as the current issue of diploma forgery and the sale of forged certificates, the storage and sharing of student educational records continues to present numerous privacy challenges. This paper proposes block chain-based decentralized certificate management systems in higher education. In this scheme, diploma management tasks like preserving, issuing, and verifying are implemented by the Proof of Work consensus algorithm. Encrypted data, keywords, and digital signatures are stored using cryptographic algorithms like (secure hash Algorithm) SHA-256 and (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) ECDSA. This system allows any individual student to be able to store and access educational certificates. College students can send their certificate hash value to verify their certificates so that organizations can verify the students' certificates using blockchain. Security and performance evaluations reveal that security and privacy preservation are possible with this proposed system. The proposed method is executed using Ethereum and the Solidity programming language. The proposed methodology can be employed by any university to tailor its education to the unique requirements of professional fields recognized by the industry's employers. Additionally, this method offers companies a platform where the employees' academic histories may be checked. This makes it simpler for students, organizations, and other sectors to get consent for student data. © 2022 IEEE.

So, we concocted a framework for example "Language Convertor utilizing Python" which will change over discourse of one language into another dialect utilizing Python. project intends to foster a flexible and easy-to-use instrument that can consistently interpret text between different dialects. This undertaking uses the force of Python, alongside famous libraries like Google Decipher programming interface or DeepL API, to make a proficient language change device.

Go, a programming language developed by Google, is relatively new but offers modern and powerful features, including similarities to Java and an emphasis on rapid development and concurrency. This paper examines Go's performance compared to Java, focusing on compile time and concurrency. As applications increasingly require concurrent data transmission, there is a strong demand for languages optimized for such tasks. Although many studies compare programming languages, few specifically investigate Go, and some of these evaluations are based on its experimental release. In this paper, we analyze the concurrency features of Go and Java through a comprehensive performance analysis, considering their runtime, memory usage, and unique concurrency *** analyze concurrency features, we implemented CRUD operations on a single MySQL table using both Go and Java programs. Go utilizes its built-in lightweight thread, Goroutine, while Java uses Java Thread. We conducted our experiments by running the programs a thousand times and analyzed the resulting data using various statistical parameters and graphs.

This study aims to develop and analyse Heat Source Models (HSM) used in numerical simulation of Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM), which is one of the processes in the Directed Energy Deposition (DED) techniques. The thermal energy distribution of various HSMs is compared to determine their suitability for application in WAAM process simulation. The HSMs are developed in FORTRAN programming language using utility routine and customized subroutine functionality within the Finite Element Modelling (FEM) software MSC Marc/Mentat. The material used for the simulation is 316L austenitic stainless steel and is modelled as a thick wall structure on a plate substrate using 3 strings and 5 layers arrangement. The parameters of the HSM are then optimised and normalised for analysis. The thermal distribution profile of the HSMs is evaluated at various points on the model and compared to the HSMs in current literature. It is hypothesised that a HSM using a modified Gaussian heat distribution would be more suitable for numerical simulation of WAAM process. A flatter peak profile at the center of the modified Gaussian compared to the regular Gaussian distribution would account for the convection effect of the molten pool of the filler metal deposition in a WAAM process.

The strategy based on reinforced learning will be able to present a solution that is close to the optimal solution achieved by using Dynamic programming (DP), and the power distribution for hybrid vehicles also seems promising with DP. It addresses nonlinear dynamical systems' optimal control issues. However, DP cannot be applied to the majority of problems of practical interest due to its high complexity in terms of computation and dimensionality. In various energy policies, variability has not been addressed, and it is based on fixed driving profiles, which affect vehicle operation. The proposed study's goal is to create an optimal hybrid energy management system that generates more power at the lowest possible cost. The control strategy has been formed based on DP through the rule extraction process, and the fuel consumption must be minimized for the drive cycles. It has simple mathematical foundations, ensures the optimal solution for a given tolerance, and can be easily implemented in a short computer program. The strategy is evaluated in terms of real and predicted values, which makes the performance indices, and this comparison is done on different levels of time.

The degeneration of nerve cells, which causes Parkinson's disease, a prevalent neurodegenerative ailment that typically affects elderly people, inhibits everyday function, and hinders mobility. Unintentional shivering and hand tremors are early symptoms that make it difficult to do daily tasks like eating. Caretakers find it difficult to supervise patients remotely. Using IoT and sensor network concepts, including ML prediction, our study intends to develop a stabilising spoon and a health monitoring system. The stabilising spoon maintains the bowl's stability by adjusting to the user's shakes or shivers by aligning its head with these forces. With a gyroscope to monitor motion angles and an accelerometer to measure motion speed, we created a prototype device to improve the patient's feeding process. Our project also entails keeping track of the patient's temperature, Spo2 levels, and heart rate while sending the data to a mobile app for status updates. Early on, there were numerous patients, few physicians were available, and significant medical equipment was used in ICUs and other special care units, necessitating the attendance of one nurse or doctor for every patient in various wards. As a result, the patient could not be continually watched, leading to the development of the following issue formulation. The conventional, large-sized medical test equipment. The patient couldn't be located and assisted in time. Extended patient monitoring. Every patient needs human interaction. A lack of readily available medical equipment. It was difficult to continually verify everything. Due to a dearth of specialists and equipment, the majority of patients perished. This study aimed to identify the requirements of medical physicians for wireless patient monitoring. The system uses plug-in analytic components to handle data, and these components may be quickly combined into plans using a graphical programming environment. © 2023 IEEE.

Cloud computing is rising quickly and without uncertainty it is the new generation of technology where people will utilize whenever and wherever. Today clouds with virtualization are changing IT. Separated by their prominences it has a few concerns which are turning out to be complications for its more extensive selection. The exponential surge of residential renewable energy integration presents a burgeoning challenge: balancing real-time energy optimization with the delicate interplay between economic viability and environmental responsibility. This paper confronts this critical frontier by proposing a novel Mixed Integer Linear programming (MILP)-based Energy Management System (EMS) algorithm, meticulously designed to optimize cost-efficient energy consumption within residential buildings. Our groundbreaking algorithm seamlessly integrates battery storage for enhanced operational flexibility and effortlessly connects to existing grid infrastructure through established protocols. Comprehensive case studies, crafted using historical data from a representative sample of residential dwellings, serve as robust testing grounds for our approach. Compared to traditional methods, our algorithm delivers a demonstrably superior performance, facilitating substantial energy cost reductions. This paves the way for a future of affordable and environmentally conscious energy solutions in residential communities. The system’s seamless integration positions it as a key driver for sustainable energy policies within the residential sector, potentially fostering peak demand reduction and enhancing grid stability. Our novel MILP-based EMS algorithm illuminates a path toward a cleaner, decentralized, and cost-effective future powered by residential renewables. By optimizing energy consumption, facilitating substantial cost savings, and effortlessly integrating with existing infrastructure, it provides a critical foundation for sustainable energy policies and paves the way for a future where clean energy thrives within the very heart of our communities.

The methodology in software development has shifted from waterfall to Agile which has earned appreciation as cost-effective development due to its speedy software delivery, under limited time constraints. At the same time, cyber-attacks have become more surreptitious that are pretending threats to software. Security elements and practices in software development phases eliminate software vulnerabilities. Vulnerabilities happen in the software due to the unavailability of security practices during the levels of software enhancement. Software development using secure coding practices can resist the software from exploitation. Thus, the paper focuses on the detailed view of security weaknesses in the implementation stage of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Paper explains the non-compliant codes which expose vulnerabilities that can benefit the attackers to gain unauthorized access, therefore providing the mitigation to furnish a complaint code resistant to exposure. Both secure and vulnerable features can be curved from the source code. This paper concentrates on the human aspects of software security, including human actions and motivation. This paper enables us to learn about and promote secure coding standards for frequently used programming languages, regardless of the device used for programming. © The Electrochemical Society

Robotics has proven to be a powerful learning tool, not only as a subject of study and an engineering branch, but also for general aspects of studying stEM disciplines. There are numerous areas of engineering technique and science that are included in the stEM concepts of education based on the application of robotics, such as: sensors and actuators, voice recognition, image processing, new technologies in general, the Internet of Things, smart devices, the digital world as a whole, Industry 4.0/5.0, etc. The inclusion of virtual programming environments and simulators in the teaching of robotics can eliminate many limitations, and enable a larger number of students to simultaneously have access to quality teaching at the same level.
