The Internet of Things (IoT) has progressed to the point where it is now providing actual commercial value to industrial clients. As a result, people are naturally beginning to wonder about the influence of IoT on the well-established area of PLC programming. When it comes to integrating PLCs with IoT technologies, there are a variety of choices available, all of which have the same goal: to effectively merge the hard real-time guarantees and robust form factor of PLCs with the remote monitoring, alerting, and sophisticated data analytics of the IoT. Implementing good asset quality and demand management perceptions necessitates a basic consideration of processes and the loads that are controlled or reduced, as well as a consideration of utility pricing, auditing, and measurement. A redesigned intelligent monitoring and controlling system with capacity to modify data at high rates utilizing Profibus technology, as well as a new generation of digital meters, were also presented in the research. The proposed upgraded system features a completely automated demand monitoring/load shedding approach. In addition, the control module's power quality meters and software may be utilized to test and assess power quality. This is a PLC SCADA application that was made. There are now six buttons: three for controlling the tube lights and three for controlling the fans. The four LEDs at the bottom display the output status and are based on the Fatek PLC FBS-14;the ladder logic has been created using WinProLadder. © 2021 IEEE.

With neural networks, computer science has made tremendous progress in the field of artificial intelligence. The breakthrough is provided by the closest possible analogy with the living nervous system, as it provides the most efficient processing of real-world data. In our work, we are looking for an even closer analogy with the living nervous system by building a neural network. We build the network hardware and emulate the nodes with multiprocessors. We implement actual concurrency, real-time task runs. We enable communication with both analog and digital features, thus mimicking the operation of natural systems. A unique interpreter at the nodes of the neural network provides controllable stream signal processing. Thus, the system is able to receive and process any data stream. By implementing cascade programming, the interpreter can also be developed. That is, the entire control language can be replaced according to the desired task. The system is not only suitable for Smart City or traffic modeling, but also for direct neuroinformatics or didactic research. Copyright © 2021 for this paper by its authors. In this paper, study on Material expulsion rate and Surface Roughness of H13 die tool using Wire cut EDM process is focused. H 13 chromium hot work steel is far and wide used in hot and freezing work tooling purpose. Due to its excellent amalgamation of high robustness and fatigue resistance H13 is used more than any supplementary tool steel in tooling applications. The H-13 hot die-hard substance dimension 103.70 mm x 13.95 mm has been utilized as a work section substance in favor of the current research, wire electrode of brass having standard diameter 0.25 mm is used as electrode. Four Parameters (TON, TOFF, WF and voltage) are chose to consider its impact on cutting rate and surface harshness. Taguchi Plan of technique is used in the experimentation & analyze by Minitab 15 programming. Observations brings voltage is the most noteworthy boundaries on SR where Ton and Toff are less critical and also observed that MRR amplify with enhance in Ton and WF and diminish on escalating of Vg and Toff. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Today, various AI generation tools are emerging in succession. And the majority of existing tools are predominantly model-centric in design, resulting in steep learning curves and high usability thresholds for users. Moreover, current user interfaces lack built-in image editing capabilities, forcing users to rely on external software even for basic image editing tasks. Considering that most image generation is an iterative process, this limitation significantly hampers user experience and creative potential. Instead, this paper proposes a novel canvas-centric design that seamlessly integrates editing functionalities into the UI called CanFuUI, streamlining secondary image processing. Users can crop, modify, and annotation of specific regions of generated images within the same canvas in CanFuUI. Furthermore, canvas content is utilized as preprocessed images, directly integrated into the ControlNet preprocessing procedure, reinforcing the customization capabilities of AI-generated outputs. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Source code obfuscation is one of the techniques used by software developers to protect their software. Obfuscation techniques transform the original code to a new protected version which is harder for the attackers to understand but have the same function as the original one. Most of obfuscation techniques are not based on well-defined measurements to clarify their effectiveness in protecting the source code from reveres engineering attacks. This paper presents an experimental study to investigate the effectiveness of specific control flows obfuscation technique—A parameterized flattening—in software protection against human attacks. We conduct an experiment, where software developers participate to perform an attack task on two applications written in C sharp programming language where one of the applications is clear and the other one is obfuscated with control flow obfuscation technique. As a result of the statistical analysis used in this paper, it is shown that only the obfuscation treatment significantly affects the correctness of the attacker to perform a successful attack, where the obfuscation reduced the correctness of the attacker by 50%. The complexity of the application has no significant effect on the correctness of the understanding tasks. Also, neither obfuscation treatment nor the complexity of the application has any effect on the correctness of the modification attack tasks. © 2021, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

By addressing problems that have previously been highlighted in the literature review, the most important objective of this research is to create a MapReduce Framework that is closer to reality than it has been so far. Because the proposed ERDFMF method professionally stabilizes the scheme and has better MapReduce performance in both data storage and data processing than the other RDF stores, this technique is a preferable choice over the other alternatives. How much data is to be stored and processed, as well as how many times data from the databases will be retrieved from the databases, is determined by the main objective of the planned task. This will reduce the loading time of queries, the response time of queries, and the pace at which memory is used. In addition, it will improve scalability and CPU usage, as well as providing the greatest strength (robustness) for Query Evaluation Engines over the long term. There was a lot of discussion about the intended ERDFMF and how it was created with the help of the Java programming language and the Hadoop 2.7.1 tool in this research. The LUBM data collection contains information about universities that are generated via the usage of ontologies. 14 questions are typical of the test. The SP2B data set is helpful for scalability testing since it enables the testing of complex queries and data access patterns. There are a total of 16 questions, the vast majority of which have complex frameworks to them. This results in more secure and efficient storage solutions than existing storage technologies such as Jena Sesame, Allegro Graph, and Oracle Triple store, among others. The purpose of this research is to find an efficient recommended new ERDFMF that will be more effective than previous RDF stores by analyzing existing data. © 2021 IEEE.

In the health service center, many people often meet in a queue and tend to be chaotic, causing uncomfortable conditions and time inefficiency. From these problems, it was thought that technology was needed to make it easier for users to register and monitor queues. In previous studies, we have successfully implemented a digital queue system using a mini PC as the main control. This system has been implemented at the public health center "Puskesmas" Bojong Soang, Bandung. However, the mechanism of queuing, registration, or ticketing and monitoring could not be done online in an application. Therefore, in this study, an Android-based application was developed to register and monitor queues online and in real-time. The main purpose of this study is to build an integrated system between existing queuing machines and mobile applications so that the queuing mechanism can be done online. The proposed system consisted of three main components, namely the digital queue machine, server-cloud, and client application in the user’s smartphone. All modules were connected via the cloud with the developed protocol. This application was called "Q-Puskesmas", which could run on the Android mobile platform with a minimum version of 5.0. The proposed system is able to display location identity, the latest queue number, and a menu for registering. Grasping is the first step in most robotic manipulation tasks, and it is essential for applications of robots in real-life scenarios. For humans, grasping novel objects is a naturally gained ability, however, for robots, it is a challenging task due to complex object shapes and incomplete visual information. Many current grasp pose estimation methods need to first construct 3D models of the scene and generates a large pool of grasp candidates, and then perform a search for the best grasp. These methods rely on high quality 3D models, and their long pipeline makes them unfeasible for real-time processing. End-to-end grasp pose estimation methods mitigate these issues, but they can only deals with few DoF planar grasps that fail to cover many successful grasps. In this paper, we propose a viewing angle generative network (VAGN), an approach that bridges the aforementioned two main classes of methods. VAGN decouples 7-DoF grasp detection into two stages. In the first stage, it predicts the camera viewing angle, which is also the orientation of the gripper around the object from an RGBD frame. In the second stage, it generates a planar grasp pose by taking another RGBD image at the predicted viewing angle in stage 1. We trained VAGN on the Cornell dataset. Real robot experiments on a UR-10e robot with camera-in-hand show real-time processing speed and higher success rates compared to the state-of-the-art GR-ConvNet, in both single object scenes and cluttered scenes. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The co-optimization of energy market and reserve market can achieve the richest economic benefits. However, only considering the reserve capacity demand cannot ensure the system frequency security. Based on the ancillary service markets in the countries with mature electricity markets, a co-optimal unit commitment model for energy and reserve markets with the primary frequency regulation ancillary service is proposed, which can promote the system frequency stability. Then this nonlinear problem is decomposed into a two-stage mixed integer linear programming problem by the L-shape method to be solved. Finally, the simulation results indicate the effectiveness and economy of the model. © 2020 IEEE.

Security has become a central and unavoidable aspect of today's software development. Practitioners and researchers have proposed many code analysis tools and techniques to mitigate security risks. These tools apply static and dynamic analysis or, more recently, machine learning. Machine learning models can achieve impressive results in finding and forecasting possible security issues in programs. However, most of the current approaches fall short of developer demands in two areas at least: Explainability and granularity of predictions. In this paper, we propose a novel and simple yet, promising approach to identify potentially vulnerable source code in JavaScript programs. The model improves the state-of-the-art in terms of explainability and prediction granularity as it gives results at the level of individual source code lines, which is fine-grained enough for developers to take immediate actions. Additionally, the model explains each predicted line (i.e., provides the most similar vulnerable line from the training set) using a prototype-based approach. In a study of 186 real-world and confirmed JavaScript vulnerability fixes of 91 projects, the approach could flag 60% of the known vulnerable lines on average by marking only 10% of the code-base, but in particular cases, the model identified 100% of the vulnerable code lines while flagging only 8.72% of the code-base. © 2021 IEEE.
