Efficient text formatting, especially when printing with mono spaced fonts, is a very important factor. In an attempt to address the problem of printing clean paragraphs, this work has been presented in the form of implementing and trying to demonstrate the efficiency of a large variety of algorithms. The algorithms include Binary Search, Shortest Path, Greedy Approach, Branch and Bound, Divide and Conquer, and Brute Force. This problem tries to format a set of texts into lines of fixed given width, where at a time it looks appropriate and readable, trying to minimize the number of vacant places and blank spaces. Hence, this dissertation dwells on a text formatting technique that possesses the least number of vacant places and blank spaces yet manages to look nice. In general, a comparison of the methods in the number of vacant places on a line raised to the cube, as a cost metric and the runtime complexity. Performance testing on a very broad spectrum of test scenarios is also there, which is low word count, random content, fixed character length, and fixed word count. The implementation of this problem will help us understand what method is effective and where so that it can be used in a real-world scenario. Text formatting jobs in domains like publishing, academia, and web development are crucial processes for efficient communication. Among these, the Dynamic programming and Divide and Conquer algorithms achieved the highest performance, with a minimal total cost of 2529 and optimal line breaks in fixed character-length paragraphs. The results demonstrate that these algorithms strike an ideal balance between runtime efficiency and formatting quality, making them well-suited for real-world applications. © 2024 IEEE.

This study presents a comprehensive method of mixing randomly generated simulated datasets to analyze several Internet of Things (IoT) applications in the context of smart cities Using matplotlib and numpy libraries, combined with Python programming language, analysis simulate real-time data on temperature, air quality and energy consumption. The learning methodology includes making pie charts, line plots, bar graphs etc. to present the findings graphically for understanding the application of Internet of Things in smart cities. Competitive programming improves our problem-solving abil ity. It helps in writing the source code of computer programs that help in solving given problems, and the majority of the problems are mathemat ical or logical in nature. In view of its staggering and different nature, programming requires a particular level of expertise in the examination of estimations, data structures, science, formal reasoning, and related tasks like testing and investigating. In light of the growing regard for expectations for programming, there exist different genuine programming platforms like HackerRank, CodeChef, CodeForces, Spoj, etc. where students can practice and work on their competitive programming skills. Monitoring the progress on these different platforms becomes hectic as they have to manually check each one. Also, there is no tool that helps in predicting their future scores based on their current practice. Another issue is that if the organisations or institutions wanted to monitor their student’s progress, it would be tougher as it would have to be done for each student manually. This work will help the students, as well as the organisations or institutions, maintain a proper portal with data to monitor their progress, by which students can improve their competitive programming skills, saving a lot of time compared to the time taken to do this monitoring manually. © 2023, ICst Institute for Computer sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering.

With the continuous progress of building informatization, BIM (Building Information Modeling) is more and more widely used in construction projects, but its application in infrastructure projects still needs to be studied. This study aims at the current problems of building information modeling in municipal engineering and proposes a new method of BIM modeling for infrastructure projects called parametric skeleton modeling (PSM). PSM is based on skeleton system, using parametric diven mechanism and modular assembling mechanism, on API (application programming interface) of Autodesk Revit, which greatly improves efficiency and the precision of modeling. At the same time, the reusability and adaptability of the model are *** study developed a set of high-efficient modeling tools and applied it on the BIM design for underground power cable project, providing the reference for the application of the BIM on the design for infrastructure projects. In the future, this method can also be extended to the modeling process of various infrastructure construction projects such as underground pipelines and bridges, which can improve the modeling efficiency, have a wide range of application and promotion value, and can bring positive social and economic benefits. © 2024 The Authors.

Visualization is the representation of information in the form of various charts or images. Data visualization is used to identify useful patterns, to understand trends, and to find out outliers in dataset. Data visualization is applied in all sectors such as medical, engineering, etc. for analyzing the data. Data visualization is also useful to instructor as well as students in education sector. In this research article, we have used the Python programming Language features to visualize the data collected from university related to Four Years Computer science and engineering Programme related to result analysis ledgers of students for the Academic Year 2014-15 and 2015-16. Python features such as streamlit, pandas, altair, and random are considered to create the visualization of data. Various charts such as Pie chart, Scatter plot, Box plot, Density chart, Heatmap chart, Distribution Box Plot, Distribution Histogram, Distribution Line, and Distribution Swarm are used to visualize the data Teacher point of view, students point of view, and Course-wise. From teacher/ instructors point of view, it is used to analyze the data semester-wise, and Yearwise for grade distribution, marks distribution, and percentile distribution while from students/ learner’s point of view, data visualization examine the data semester-wise, and Year-wise for marks and grade analysis of particular student. In case of course-wise part of visualization, we can see students-wise grade and marks of particular course, course-wise distribution, course-wise Distribution Histogram, course-wise Distribution Line, and course-wise Distribution Swarm. © 2024 IEEE.

The science of digital forensics is crucial in detecting and pursuing criminals since criminal behaviour depends more and more on digital technology. A model for behaviour detection is provided in this paper based on research into the most recent work in the field. when measured against models used in cutting-edge research. This study will help authorities working to prevent cybercrime and cybersecurity identify profiles with specific behaviours. The research focuses on identifying illegal behaviour from social media by evaluating the leading-edge work and suggesting an improved methodology. To get a better-trained model for this study, first collect the "Tweets Dataset for Detection of Cyber-Trolls"dataset from Kaggle. After that perform the preprocessing data for word cloud. the implementation work is complete on the python programming language and jupyer notebook. The results showed that the proposed LstM model, achieved high accuracy. The suggested model outperformed with a 1.00% accuracy rate. This study will be very helpful to organization that deal with cybercrime and cyber security in identifying and eliminating profiles that exhibit specific behaviours. © 2024 IEEE.

Given that business and social relations in the contemporary world are vastly mediated by digital communication, it is imperative to evoke effective and client-oriented chat applications. The following work tries of creating a chat application, which was programmed using python. The mobile app is a synergy towards the societal shift in the meeting and greeting of people via the internet using a safe and inclusive, service-packed approach. Making use of features such as real-time communication, the application guarantees the immediacy of the communication making the interaction between users active and engaging. Possibly the most important factor, security is provided in the context of encryption, ensuring users' data is securely encrypted from one end to the other and authentication. Features like extensive settings allow the user to control the look and feel of the chat and Python supports numerous platforms to run this chat. This paper embodies a work of multidisciplinary nature;team members with proficiency in python programming, UI/UX designing, and database setup. Pre- and post-launch test documentation on the Chat App and feedback from the users show the effort that has been invested in creating a sound communication tool that is fun to use. © 2024 IEEE.
