The automatic control algorithm for a heterogeneous redundant manipulator is presented in this study. Due to its unique approach, the control system can employ a novel hybrid technique to address the inversion-kinematics (IK) problem. This article proposes the Redundant Manipulator Motion of Industrial Robot (RMM-IR) approach, which combines ANFIS and iterative refinement to improve performance. Its modular architecture may easily adapt to various building types while providing outstanding integration possibilities. The manipulator architecture is defined by statistical equations, which are subsequently used to generate the workspace. These expressions must be known to make the neuro-fuzzy networks and generate network training data. The research considers modelling a five-degree freedom (DOF) industrial manipulation as an example of how the control system may be implemented. The study also describes a digital world that uses a three-dimensional virtual model to depict a robot's real-time movements. A mechanical manipulator model has been used to test the simulation outcomes. A Festo servomotor and Siemens programming logical controllers are included in this design. © 2023 IEEE.

Skin cancer is defined as abnormal development and proliferation of skin cells. It is in various steps. Malignant skin cancer is classified into different kinds: carcinoma of the basal cell, carcinoma of the squamous, and melanoma or melanocytic carcinoma. Each of these is called by its name because it occurs in specific cells. Cancer tumors can be observed because skin cancer occurs in the upper layer of the skin, the epidermis. Unlike other cancers, these can be detected and treated at an early stage, which is why the death rate from this type of cancer is relatively low. The primary cause of skin cancer is prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays emitted by radiation. Melanoma along with additional skin cancers are more prevalent in the general population than lung, colon, breast, and prostate tumors. Melanoma is the deadliest form of malignancy of the skin and has a high death rate compared to other skin cancers, although melanoma is less common in the general population. Among the most common skin cancers are non-melanoma skin cancers. Some people have the possibility of developing melanoma later in life because of a large birthmark (large mole) that appears at birth or later due to melanocytes. Therefore, evidence-based automatic identification of cancer of the skin is useful for improving pathologists' precision and competency in their initial phase. In this work, we suggest a model developed by RCNN deep learning for accurately distinguishing between malignant and benign lesions in the skin. First, we implement a filter or kernel programming to remove noise and artifacts;then, we normalize the source pictures and determine characteristics assisting in precise classification. Furthermore, data enrichment builds up the overall count of images, which gets a better classifying rate its precision. The performance of our proposed RCNN model is comparable to other transfer learning approaches like the algorithm AlexNet, ResNet, The VGG model 16, DenseNet, MobileNet,

Given the rising cost of power and growing environmental concerns, optimizing energy utilization in manufacturing workshops has become increasingly significant. However, conventional approaches often neglect the potential for cost reduction within the power segment. This study proposes a linear programming model specifically designed for optimizing electrical costs. By strategically shifting production to off-peak hours, the model aims to minimize electricity costs while adhering to time constraints. A case study illustrates that this approach can achieve significant cost reductions and contribute to environmental sustainability by reducing greenhouse gas emissions during peak periods. Energy-aware planning is a crucial concept for achieving better utilization of resources and improving the quality of life in modern cities. This research represents a valuable step towards economical production and dependable environmental stewardship within the manufacturing industry. © 2024 IEEE.

Geographic Information System (GIS) tasks often require a sound understanding of Projected Coordinate Systems (PCS). While these systems are straightforward for geomatics experts, it present challenges for beginners, software developers, and those unfamiliar with GIS. The budding Software developers cannot accomplish the task of implementing geoprocessing tool efficiently without knowing the EPSG code. To address this, in this article, python codes are written as an approach for extracting geoprocessing automation code from datasets using ArcGIS 10.3 python window. This approach involves identifying the coordinate system's name and extracting the EPSG code from the dataset as properties. This method simplifies the process and empowers developers with the tools it needs to carry out geoprocessing tasks. In practical testing, our Python script, as written effectively, processed data samples generated from a point feature class, serving as a vector dataset. This method proved superior to the traditional approach, shown in Figure 6, which involves manual selection of layer attributes through right-click actions and is better suited for expert users. For developers, having immediate access to EPSG code numbers streamlines the creation of Python code for geoprocessing tasks. This approach not only simplifies geoprocessing but also enhances accessibility for GIS novices and software developers, making it a valuable base for the users who are at beginner level. © 2023 IEEE.

Integrated sensor fusion is a novel method in which data from various sensors is intelligently fused to enable software that enhances the performance of an application or an entire system. This technique uses a network of sensors to overcome individual sensors' limitations to provide accurate position and orientation data. It is possible to quantify the state of an entity as a data or information mixture by characterizing the merging of data. Increased confidence, dependability, and simplicity in assessing company conditions via engineering systems are only some of the benefits of this interdisciplinary area. In this research, the potential aids of data fusion in civil engineering (CE), as well as some of the more recent implementations of fusion in CE. When problems arise in an application, mathematical modeling (MM) reduces them to tractable mathematical formulations that may be used for theoretical and numerical analysis. Building planning issues were addressed using an integer linear programming mathematical model. The advent of pervasive sensor networks and communications systems has enabled MMCE to use this methodology to rapidly and accurately estimate civil systems, including traffic networks, structural systems, and construction projects. The system can quickly arrive at information-based decisions by checking its health. The implications of this are many, and the value is enormous. Information fusion is a crucial part of monitoring system health. Future applications and research requirements are highlighted. © 2023 IEEE.

Land administration systems play a critical role for a wide range of stakeholders involved in land management. However, a significant issue affecting these systems is the accuracy of their stored data, which often fails to align with the actual legal, spatial, and topographic reality. The main causes of data discrepancies in land administration systems stem from challenges related to data collection and compilation, data processing, and data misuse. This paper addresses the challenges of data tampering, lengthy transaction registration times, and the potential for double spending, all contributing to inaccuracies within land administration systems. Our research explores the potential of blockchain technology as a solution, specifically distributed ledger technology, to tackle these problems. We propose a Solidity programming language-based smart contract that addresses specific use cases in land administration systems, such as ownership sharing, partial ownership transfers, real estate splitting or merging, and the imposition of restrictions on real estate trading. The proposed smart contract serves as an implementation of a programming interface that combines elements from ERC-20 and ERC-721 token standards, catering to the specific needs of land administration systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Information systems play a crucial role in facilitating effective and efficient media sharing by enabling the exchange of information. However, the current technological landscape is plagued by numerous potential attacks that can compromise the security of exchanged information. Examples of such attacks include stealing user data through interception of user-server communication, spoofing, and sniffing. Robust security measures are essential to mitigate the risks of data leakage and ensure data confidentiality during network-based information exchange. This study proposes designing a communication system based on a multi-socket network, employing the elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) encryption algorithm. The system comprises a single server and multiple clients. This paper analyzes the security of ECC from the performance comparison of ECC and RSA when implemented in multi sochet server. This work uses cryptography library implementation using C programming language. The utilization of the ECC encryption algorithm in network transmission ensures a high level of security and data confidentiality during information exchange. Furthermore, the data transmission system implemented with the ECC algorithm exhibits a swift computation time, thereby expediting key processing and message transmission while maintaining a strong level of security. © 2023 IEEE.

Application devices or application programming interfaces (APIs) that are connected with the channel's core embedded system and regulate congestion is known as software-defined networking (SDN). Architecture is the primary distinction among SDN and conventional connectivity. Traditional networking is hardware-based, whereas SDN is software-based. Compared to conventional networks, SDN is far more versatile since the routing protocol is software-based. Without adding extra equipment, it enables managers to handle the connection, alter customization options, supply resources, and boost internet bandwidth from a single user interface. There are a lot of developments in SDN which have enabled networking managers to get more freedom in selecting networking hardware, Adaptable network architecture and robust protection of the network. These new trends are reviewed in this article. We are hopeful that this chapter provides future insights in the research of SDN. © 2023 IEEE.
