A single airport ground-holding problem(GHP) model based on discrete-event system (DES) ispresented in this paper According to the variouscharecteristics of the airport capacity the deterministicand stochastic cases as well as the correspondingalgorithms are discussed. Parameters such as therunway landing service time (RLST), the cost ratiobetween the airborne delay and the ground delay, areanalyzed in detail, the complexity of this algorithm iscompared with the conventional algorithms. Simulationexperimental results are presented to demonstrate theeffectiveness of the algorithms.

Using Walsh Transformwe present a novel algorithm to mitigate the noiseeffects. This paper presents a method of designing acontroller that has the potential to overcome theseproblems. A nonlinear controller is evolved using anevolutionary algorithm for a two-link system and isshown to be robust and capable of controlling timevarying parameter systems. The adaptive algorithm to estimate theparameters (including the parameters in the interactormatrix) is formulated even though the upper and lowerbounds of the disturbances are unknown. The robusttracking controller is comprised of adaptive control and asliding mode based control design. Anew proxy-protected proxy signature scheme is presentedbased on the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem(ECDLP). To the demand for security, the proposedscheme inherits most merits of the typical solutions basedon the discrete logarithm problem (DLP). As to theexpectation toward efficiency, the scheme based on theECC can achieve higher performance than those based onthe DLP.
