Inthis paper, the performance of a possible framework composedof TFRC transport protocol and RIO queuing mechanism forquality guarantee of multimedia applications is *** focus on the fairness comparison of the RIOamong TCP flows and TFRC flows with four loss event rateestimate algorithms. It's observed that RIO has bias against TCPflows in some cases. Based on the observation we furtherexplore the impact of RIO parameters on the fairness of TFRCflows and TCP flows. It's observed that in the case of RIO withconservative parameters, there is a higher fairness for TCP flowsand TFRC flows.

This paper presents an adaptive neuralnetworks-fuzzy reasoning information fusion systemwhich is employed to decrease the influence of theuncertainty of sensor state on fusion performanceunder complex environment. The model consists ofconfidence estimator, fusing weight knowledge baseand weighted fusion. In this paper, the error bounds for trellis codedmodulation, formed by combining rate-1/2 convolution coding andGMSK (B T = 0.3), are presented for an additive white Gaussiannoise (AWGN) channel as well as a channel suffering fromamplitude fading. In the derivations, a Viterbi decoder is used toselect the most likely transmitted sequence. In this paper, the identification of AR pro-cesses whose measurements are corrupted by additivenoise is considered. An approach to consistent esti-mation of AR processes is proposed that is based onsolving eigenvalue problem. A nonlinear bias compen-sation equation (BCE) is derived via forward and back-ward LS predictors. By theoretical analysis, it becomesclear that unbiased estimate of the AR process is oneof eigenvectors of a matrix, which consists of stochas-tic quantities of the output measurements. A methodis presented for choosing the estimate from eigenvec-tors. The proposed algorithm is a batch processingform, it avoids some existing problems in on-line oriterative algorithms such as stability or convergenceproblems. Based on thenumericai and analytical method, the voltage controllingN-N-P model for BJMOSFET's DC characteristics hasbeen obtained. Appling the software package ofMathematic, we have simulated both the voltage transferand the voltage output characteristically graphs ofBJMOSFET. Simulation results indicate that theBJMOSFET has a larger current density about 30-40%than the power MOSFET under the same operatingconditions and structure parameters, only that thethreshold voltage increases a little.

As the neural network iscomplicated and the simulation is time consuming, so datastructure and computation scheme are critical to simulationprocess. In this paper, data structure is designed sharableand reusable, and parallel computation is applied to matchthe data structure. This paper provides a method for analysis and designof subband coder with involving quantization effect. A jointoptimization method for design of filter banks and relateddithered quantizers by using time-domain formulation isproposed. To show the effectiveness of design method, theoptimum filters are calculated for a first order autoregressiveprocess in a paraunitary filter bank and results are compared witha non-modified subband coder. Experiments show that byappreciate choice of synthesis filter bank, it would be possible toreplace signal-dependent artifacts with signal-independent whitenoise and also reduce the mean square error of reconstructionsignal.

In this paper, we discuss howfuzzy logic has been used in the underwater robotROY(Remotely Operated Vehicles) to control autonomousnavigation. A method, which represents the states of ROV andlocal environmental information where the ROV move in 3Dspace to multi-fuzzy condition, is proposed, and builds athree-layers fuzzy controller based on ROV navigation *** method has been validated in 3D space simulation.
