Agriculture, being a vital component of global food security, necessitates the development of innovative solutions to address the knowledge gap experienced by numerous farmers, particularly in developing countries where access to expert advice is scarce. In these areas, agricultural producers often depend on helplines for essential guidance, but the exorbitant costs and limited accessibility of these services create substantial obstacles. By automating responses to agricultural inquiries, the burden on traditional helpline systems can be alleviated, enabling farmers to access prompt and precise information. The combination of artificial intelligence and agriculture offers a chance to tackle these challenges, with advanced language models, especially transformers, demonstrating significant potential in comprehending intricate agricultural queries and delivering appropriate responses. This paper investigates how large language models (llms) can simplify the process of finding answers for farmers by utilizing their advanced language processing abilities. By analyzing a vast collection of over four million farmer inquiries from tamil nadu, india, encompassing diverse agricultural scenarios, this study showcases the efficacy of llms in bridging information gaps and equipping farmers with immediate access to crucial knowledge.

In light of unprecedented increases in the popularity of the internet and social media, comment moderation has never been a more relevant task. Semi-automated comment moderation systems greatly aid human moderatorsby either automatically classifying the examples or allowing the moderators to prioritizewhich comments to consider first. However,the concept of inappropriate content is oftensubjective, and such content can be conveyedin many subtle and indirect ways. In this work,we propose CoRAL1 a language and culturally aware Croatian Abusive dataset covering phenomena of implicitness and relianceon local and global context. Artificial Intelligence (AI) encompasses the field of natural language processing (NLP), which aims to enable machines to perform human-like tasks. This research focuses on Machine Translation Systems that convert poetic texts from Hindi to English. NLP is central to these systems, with key components and stages that guide the translation process. Different types of language translators are discussed, including knowledge-based, corpus-based, and Neural Machine Translation (NMT) systems. NMT, using artificial neural networks, predicts word sequences to improve translation accuracy. The Bilingual Evaluation Understudy (BLEU) score assesses translation quality, which applies a formula to analyze translated text. After reviewing various translators., the study highlights CDEC, a widely used Statistical Machine Translation (SMT) tool for NLP. CDEC is efficient and flexible, offering decoding, alignment, and model training tools. Despite advancements in machine translation, translating poetry, especially from Hindi to English, presents challenges due to the aesthetic and cultural elements embedded in the original text. The review concludes by emphasizing the need to improve existing systems to address these complexities in poetic translations better, such as those of the Ramayana. © 2024 IEEE.

One of the major hurdles in the development of natural language processing applications is ambiguity and the process to solve is known as Word Sense Disambiguation. It is useful to determine the appropriate meaning of polysemy words in each context using computational methods. In every language, ambiguity exists, and to resolve this knowledge, Supervised, and Unsupervised based approaches are used. Over the past ten years, the Indian government has launched a large number of digital services for its citizens. To better serve Indian citizens, these services are primarily based on Hindi or other Indian languages. For it to be easily accessed by web portals or any electronic device, natural language processing is required. Since English and other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean have abundant resources for natural language processing application development. Due to the limited resources available for disambiguating polysemous words in Hindi and other Indian languages, building applications based on these languages becomes challenging. This paper provides a very gentle introduction to the simplest version of neural network techniques for solving ambiguity problems who are not familiar with integration with IndoWordNet. The outcomes demonstrate that the suggested technique performs consistently and significantly better than the alternatives. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Large language Models (LLMs) are widely used in natural language processing tasks due to their powerful semantic understanding and knowledge integration capabilities. Numerous existing recommendation studies consider recommendation tasks as a type of natural language processing, and thus LLMs have consequently brought new changes to the recommendation system paradigm. Existing research on recommendations using LLMs partly utilizes their rich data information, fine-grained user profiling, and expanded recommendation content to improve recommendation effectiveness. Additionally, some and partly studies directly uses LLMs to implement a generative recommendation paradigm. This paper adopts the literature review method to systematically sort out the current research status of news recommendation based on LLMs and classifies and summarizes the relevant research. To comprehensively understand the research in the field of news recommendation using LLMs, this paper introduces the current major work in the field of news recommendation from the two categories of generative LLM-assisted recommendation and direct generative recommendation and summarizes the current work as well as the potential future research directions and challenges.

Online learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) provide students with a variety of materials in a course. If learning materials include large amount of text, students may find it difficult to gain insights. natural language processing (NLP) uses computational language models to obtain knowledge from text and speech. This study develops a Moodle plugin, Ask4Summary plugin, which summarizes relevant course content for the questions asked by students in a discussion forum. First, the system parses all course text-based content documents to extract and store the information. As students ask in a discussion forum, the system parses the questions and creates responses for them. The response is a customized summary generated via matching and retrieving from the stored information. Ask4Summary plugin is an open-source project and has been approved by Moodle. The tool is available for users to download from the Moodle plugins directory. For the next step, the research team has an evaluation plan to implement the plugin in a graduate level academic writing English course in collaboration with an Asian university. The questionnaire covers the perceived usability of the plugin and teacher ' s and student's perceptions. It is expected that evaluation results demonstrate that the plugin generates an adequate summary for each question. The plugin might extend beyond the use in online learning (e.g., medical records, legal documents).

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has arisen as a significant subject in contemporary business, with many organizations carrying out CSR techniques to fulfil partner assumptions and work on their standing. But since the monetary impacts of CSR drives are as yet indistinct, scholastics are investigating the way in which they connect with monetary execution. With regards to overseeing unpredictable, non-direct associations, conventional insightful procedures are restricted. New advancements in computerized reasoning (simulated intelligence) as well as AI (ML) give solid instruments to more exact examination of CSR and monetary execution. With an accentuation on anticipated exactness, cognizance, and reasonable consequences, this study investigates the manners by which man-made intelligence and ML approaches may be utilized to look at the association between monetary execution and CSR drives. In every industry, the Keras-trained MLP consistently yielded favourable results. The target of 900 epochs, or MLP (900), was used to train the MLP. It illustrates how training the same model over prolonged periods of time greatly improves performance. The LSTM model does not seem to generate better results, despite showcasing exceptional accuracy in natural language processing and long log security-related problems. As per the discoveries, artificial intelligence driven examination can give definite bits of knowledge into how corporate social responsibility (CSR) influences firm productivity, helping organizations in going with informed choices on their CSR strategies. © 2025 IEEE.
