Traceability of Software Requirements Specifications is an established area of research in the field of Software Engineering. The main idea behind this is that both the end-users as well as the developers need to verify and validate their requirements against the delivered product for conformity and compliance. This paper takes up the problem of specifying rules aimed at establishing consistency among the software development models using a Relational Model. Our approach of establishing traceability and consistency also extends to the implementation level as well. By proposing a relational model with referential-integrity constraints, we have enforced consistency between various software development models. The latter part of our paper demonstrates the relational-model and a query-model that depicts clearly the trace-relationships among various components of the various phases of the SDLC.

With the rapid development of the field of industrial process control and the fast popularization of embedded ARM processor, it has been a trend that ARM processor can substitute the single-chip to realize data acquisition and control. A new kind of remote I/O data acquisition system based on embedded ARM platform has been researched and developed in this paper, whose hardware platform use 32-bit embedded ARM microprocessor, and software platform use the uC/OS-II core of real-time multitask operating system which is open-source and can be grafted, cut out and solidified. This system can measure all kinds of electrical and thermal parameters such as voltage, current, thermocouple, RTD, and so on. The measured data can be displayed on LCD of the system, and at the same time can be transmitted through RS485 or Ethernet network to remote DAS or DCS monitoring system by using Modbus/RTU or Modbus/TCP protocol. The system has the dual redundant network and long-distance communication function, which can ensure the disturb rejection capability and reliability of the communication network.

Handling the problem of finding all of the occurrences of a string in a given text is solved through using string matching techniques where string matching represents one of the major problems that should be solved by computer technologies. With regards to information retrieval, pattern matching was widely implemented as well as Web search engine. There are major and important tasks executed by string matching among it the following jobs: signal processing, speech and pattern recognition, library systems and web search engines as well as information retrieval. This paper proposes a new implementation in string matching to improve the search technique which takes advantages from building a table consists of two columns, the first one is the words lengths exists in the text and the second one is the start positions of each word classified by the same length. The algorithm performs preprocessing for the pattern and for the text before beginning to search.

Innovation quality construction is the need of building an innovation-oriented country and a harmonious society. Based on the analysis of the organic unity between the harmony campus and innovation quality construction, the ways of constructing innovation quality are investigated, six ways are proposed to improve the innovation quality of the college students, including development of team spirit, the implementation of research-based teaching, the establishment of extra-curricular science and technology innovation team, the implementation of mentoring, the establishment of an open innovation labs and pay attention to the cultivation of innovation and emotion. This paper presents the design, simulation and real-time implementation of a control system for an autonomous mini-helicopter using QNX operating system with PC104 embedded board. The reliability of embedded computer systems can be difficult to analyze for several reason. In the development of unmanned vehicle initially it was much focused on military application to civilian application which has many issues in precise design and development cost. The rapid development in digital technology and Real-time embedded control system has been widely applied in various industrial fields. This includes developing flight test prototype and test articles early in the system life cycle to gain real experience and determine the real function such that the ultimate design leads to the correct development of the product. The flight operation and guidance for navigation can be developed early in the program to support the testing without any human intervention. Hardware in loop technique is a real time simulation where the input and output signals of the simulator show the same time dependent values as the real process. The GPS data and sensor real-time data in the HILS is fed into the closed loop of the control system which helps to tune and test the control system to directly fit into the UAV on real-time. © 2009 ACM.

Driving from recent crisis of global-social ethics and the author's experiences through ethical-added teaching at all levels in higher education since 2006, the student's interest and acceptance of ethical-added learning is an important motivation for substantial advance ethical subject into computer education curriculum. King Mongkut's University of technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) provides computer education as a Department of Faculty of Technical Education. Almost PhD students come from teacher profession. Human resource management is the most important for all countries around the world because this kind of resource takes major roles in propelling management of other resources, and also its own. To reach really sustainable development, human mind in aspect of ethical conscious must be extremely educated, especially in teaching the teacher. This research purposes to describe the development of ethical subject in PhD-level computer education curriculum at KMUTNB. The curriculum was re-designed in 2008. The new subject entitled ¿Ethical development for Social in Digital Age (EDSDA)¿ has firstly conducted in semester 1/2009 for PhD students enrolled in Doctor of Philosophy Program in computer Education. The course syllabus will be mentioned. The students' opinion to the course conduct for early 5 weeks of the semester will be discussed as preliminary result of EDSDA subject.
