This paper proposes an efficient teaching and learning model in the ubiquitous environment. Recent educational environment is growing to ubiquitous learning(u-Learning). However, most of teaching and learning model cannot be sufficient the computer and network environment. Therefore, it is important to development the teaching and learning model in the ubiquitous environment. The object of u-Learning is to provide an educational environment in which students can learn without any limitation of time, place, and device. Accordingly, this paper proposes the ubiquitous teaching and learning model which the concepts of scaffolding and mentoring are adapted to the ubiquitous environment. Thereby verifying the applicability and appropriateness of the ubiquitous teaching and learning model for the u-Learning environment. In this paper, the performance of the proposed model is analyzed by a series of experiments to identify their various characteristics.

Doing on-line and real time editing of the digital multimedia could deliver the message in a more effective and more convenient way, and, by implementing the technology of video-film indexing and marking, it allows the users to more effectively access huge amount of useful information;the technology implementation of GPS and QR-Code has been added to provide the course-editing function of M-Learning. Combining the conveniences mentioned and the fast operations, it achieves plant-retrieving, complete plant-introduction, the building up and collection of plant database, the integrated application of GPS, QR-Code and map information;it has also reduce the development difficulty of digital course design and the cost. In the area of ambient assisted living, contextawareness is considered to be a key factor towards creating acceptable solutions that support elderly people in living independently in their homes as long as possible. Unfortunately, at the present state of technology, the design of context-aware products and services requires substantial technical knowledge. Consequently, product designers are often dependent on engineers for implementing prototypes and consequently prototyping their design concepts is a costly and time-consuming process. This paper presents a web-based toolkit that supports product designers in prototyping and configuring interactive context-aware services in multiple homes. The toolkit has been designed and tested in close collaboration with interaction designers. Using the toolkit, designers can make fast design iterations and eventually lower development cost. In this paper the design and development approach of an authoring tool for defining pedagogical relationship types is described. Pedagogical relationship types are used to define adaptation strategies which can be exploited by an adaptation engine to create an adaptive course based on user model information. Taking into account domain models consisting of concepts and relationships between concepts, pedagogical relationships can be used to connect concepts of domain models in a pedagogical meaningful way. Each type of these relationships contains adaptation code which formally specifies the meaning of relationships on a technical and a pedagogical level. To support authors in creating these relationship types a tool is being developed which easily allows the authoring process.

Today, the B2B E-business systems in most enterprises usually have multiple heterogeneous and independent systems which are based on different platforms and operate in different functional departments. To deal with the increased services in future, an enterprise needs to expand its system continuously. This, however, will cause great inconvenience to the future system maintenance. To implement E-business successfully, a unified internal E-business integration environment must be established to integrate the internal system and thus realize a unified internal mechanism within the enterprise E-business system. The SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) architecture, however, can well meet the above requirements. The integration of SOA- architecture-based applications can reduce the dependency of different types of IT systems, reduce the cost of system maintenance and the complexity of the IT system operation, increase the flexibility of the system deployment, and at the same time exclude the barrier of service innovation. Research and application of SOA-architecture-based enterprise application systems has become a very important research project at present. As an important SOA implementation, Web services is a relatively new technology widely accepted by people. Comprehensive assessment of sustainable utilization of regional water resources, including three subsystems: social economy, water resources and eco-environment, is a large complicated and systematic evaluating problem. The selection of the index system for the regional sustainable development of water resources was discussed herein. Furthermore, a neural network methodology for regional water resources evaluation was introduced. The method adopts the Radial Basis Function (RBF) architecture and dynamically penalized rival competitive learning algorithm, which is fast and repetitive, compared with most traditional techniques. Additionally, a new approach to produce training samples, testing samples and examining samples randomly distributed between the critical values was established. The sample used consists of 16 indexes, and by using the proposed methodology, the sustainable evaluation of regional water resources could be successfully done. Results showed that from 1994 to 2005, the comprehensive index of water resources sustainable utilization in Zhengzhou city ascended with a fast speed of 0.023 per year, from sustainable development level IV to level Ill. The calculation with the model showed that, the comprehensive index of water resources sustainable utilization in the future planning years (2010, 2015, and 2020) could be enhanced with a speed of 0.011 per year. A sensitive analysis indicates that it is necessary to increase eco-environmental water consumption rate, industrial output from each cubic meter of water consumption, public greenbelt area per capita, foodstuff output from each cubic meter of water consumption, and to ensure that natural growth rate of population decreases steadily, which are playing an important role in improving sustainable utilization of water resources in Zhengzhou city.
