All industries now face an inescapable challenge of the term "sustainability". Construction project has been accused of causing environmental issues ranging from excessive consumption of global resources both in terms of construction and building operation to the pollution of the surrounding environment. It aims to balance the financial, environmental and operational aspects of every system in the development. However, to project contractors, the sustainable project requires a level of control over all aspects of the project. A typical consideration of this sort would refer to the inputs, processes and outputs of the production process, as well as any other positive effects and negative effects. The article identifies a balance model for project decisions that analysis the sustainability in combination with the specific quantification value and the estimating weight. Such outcome of the proposed model will contribute to project management.

Collaborative tagging systems with user generated content have become a fundamental element of websites such as Delicious, Flickr or CiteULike. By sharing common knowledge, massively linked semantic data sets are generated that provide new challenges for data mining. In this paper, we reduce the data complexity in these systems by finding meaningful topics that serve to group similar users and serve to recommend tags or resources to users. We propose a well-founded probabilistic approach that can model every aspect of a collaborative tagging system. By integrating both user information and tag information into the well-known Latent Dirichlet Allocation framework, the developed models can be used to solve a number of important information extraction and retrieval tasks.

Enterprise Architecture (EA) is getting more common also in public sector as a means to ensure dasiabusinesspsila and IT alignment. This study reports a follow-up and theme interviews of the key actors/informants in two EA projects in public administration offices during and half year after the projects were completed. The early experience shows that the process of establishing a government EA is a tedious and complicated process and this study considers the root causes. Three set of factors are found hindering EApsilas potential to operate as a strategic alignment tool: lack of establishing proper EA governance, insufficient support for the development, and inadequate resources to do the former two.

With the development of network malicious code, the existing security holes in present systems facilitate data loss. Though protection methods and software are updated day by day, some recent rootkits, that can still invisibly access kernel, make new challenges for the system security. The focal point on system security is how to protect a chosen process on the infected operating system. Process protection and monitoring are becoming more and more important for emerging networks and systems. In this paper, we present a new technique, Croth, which is based on hardware virtualization technology. It introduces a novel mechanism, Cape, that is located in virtual machine monitor (VMM). The main work of Cape is to emulate most of the operations originally done by operating system. This primitive offers an additional dimension of protection beyond the hierarchical protection domains, implemented by traditional operating systems and processor architectures. The design and implementation of hiding sensitive data is also presented in this paper. Our design has been fully implemented and used to protect a wide range of legacy process without any modification on Windows operating system. Our experimental result shows that the operating system could not get accurate data while the chosen process is controlled by Croth. It has provided a little performance overhead, however, performance is still acceptable.

With the development of software technology and the expansion of software project scale, software testing appears to be more crucial. And test data selection is one of the nodi during software structure testing because the suitability of test data may directly affect error detection. Notwithstanding existence of several methods to generate test data automatically, such an algorithm overcoming disadvantages of the existing methods in practice hasn't been brought out, that some errors still have to be detected by engineering experience. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of simple genetic algorithm, simulated annealing genetic algorithm as well as immune algorithm respectively. Aiming at solving the shortcomings in standard Genetic Algorithm on search efficiency, individual diversity and premature, the Annealing Immune Genetic Algorithm (AIGA) is presented as the core algorithm of test data generation by introducing the mechanism of reproduction rate adjustment of individual concentration of immune algorithm and annealing principium into genetic algorithm. Finally, AIGA mentioned above was applied and verified with a practical software testing example.

In Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANETs), flooding is the simplest broadcasting mechanism where each node retransmits every uniquely received packet exactly once. Despite its simplicity it could potentially leads to high redundant retransmissions causing high channel contention and thus excessive packet collisions in the network. This phenomenon referred to as broadcast storm problem has been shown to greatly increase the network communication overhead and end-to-end delay. Numerous probabilistic approaches have been proposed to mitigate the impact of this inherent phenomenon. However, most of these techniques are inadequate in reducing the number of redundant retransmissions while still guaranteeing that all nodes receive the packet. Further, in most cases they use a predetermined forwarding probability value for all nodes in the network which is quite unlikely to be optimal in other network set up. In this paper, we propose a new dynamic probabilistic counter-based broadcast scheme that can dynamically compute the forwarding probability at a node based on its neighbourhood information. Simulation results show that the new broadcast scheme achieves superior performance in terms of retransmitting nodes, collision rate, and end-to-end delay without sacrificing reachability compared to the existing schemes.

In this paper,we propose a framework for UDDI registry based on pureXML *** uses XML database in place of relational database as the infrastructure and provides the same interfaces that compliant with UDDI v2 *** the help of pureXML,we can directly store XML data in database,preserve the original data structure,cut the heavy work in converting xml data,shredding data to relational tables and ***,we provide extended authentication and classification mechanism that most suitable for organizations with tree *** can be used by businesses and organizations as a private UDDI for web service *** the development methodology has prevalent meaning of guidance in information system development.

This work presents the development of a real-time framework for the research of multimodal feedback of robots/talking agents in the context of Human Robot Interaction (HRI) and Human computer Interaction (HCI). For evaluating the framework, a Multimodal corpus is built (ENTERFACE_STEAD), and a study on the important multimodal features was done for building an active Robot/Agent listener of a storytelling experience with Humans. The experiments show that even when building the same reactive behavior models for Robot and Talking Agents, the interpretation and the realization of the behavior communicated is different due to the different communicative channels Robots/Agents offer be it physical but less human-like in Robots, and virtual but more expressive and human-like in Talking agents.

In recent years, with the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the specific models of delay differential systems extensively exist in modern physics, space control study, ecology, management, networks systems, economics and many other scientific and engineering fields. As ordinary differential systems usually be an ideal state of the classical model, sometimes the small delay will have any significant impact on the system. Therefore, delay differential systems depict the movements of systems more accurately. Stability analysis of dynamical system theory is an important issue, it is a basic requirement in dynamic system. The stability is the necessary precondition in order to make all control systems operate normally.

The software development process utilized to implement enterprise systems using a component architecture in a distributed environment is well understood. The service oriented architecture enables the joint development of global and enterprise-wide solutions by several developers following enterprise-wide IT-strategies as coordinated by the customer. However, the necessary level of collaboration between parties from the private or public sector requires well-defined interoperability specifications. The existing standardization processes are usually too complex and inflexible for widely available interoperability specifications in rather specialized application domains. The Semantic Interoperability Centre Europe (***) defines an open clearing process to enable the collaborative development of interoperability specifications in order to exchange data especially between public administrations from the Member States of the European Community. Based on this scenario the publishing process and tools required for interoperability specifications supporting the data exchange in service-or Web-oriented architectures are compared with the traditional software development process.
