In general, a standard is described as an established norm or a requirement list. Standards can be developed as formal documents to establish uniform engineering and technical criteria. The standardization process may be achieved through an edict or it may involve the formal consensus of technical experts. Today, in the growing global technical market, standardization is still a developing process, although it has a high and increasing maturity level. The new phase of standardization of today is getting more and more to integration and communization of standards for several diverse areas. In today's emerging space industry, the countries and even organizations within the same country have very different, detailed and well-documented standards. Some of these standards are almost the same or strongly similar. While on the contrary, some of them may propose totally different perspective of solution to a common problem. This quantity and the quality level of the international standards for space market all over the world may be an indicator of the exigency of harmonizing and integrating them. The study presented in this paper aims to mine some of the very well-known and applied standards in space market all over the world, search for the possibility to come up with a common space standards framework, which may constitute a common technical language in this area in order to support international cooperation, performing secure space applications, space policy making and to contribute for the space for a developing world by bridging the developed space nations and emerging space nations.

In pace with the technical progress in controllability of mechatronic systems including machines and industrial equipment, the systems of industrial controllers (both PLC and microprocessor ones) more and more frequently use Ethernet-based networks for communication with supervising centres and surveillance systems. The Internet offers unsurpassed opportunities of remote programming as well as remote development, debugging and tuning the existing control software. Nowadays, supporting the remote tools and facilities is the essential requirement that is mandatory when decisions on purchase and implementation of industrial controllers are made. It is the underlying reason to launch more extensive research in that field. The presented paper describes dedicated software that has been developed to enable communication over the Internet within dispersed control systems. The system makes it possible to transmit and to receive short messages to and from the controlled actuators as well as to perform basic tasks related to management of data flow in networks that use TCD and UDP protocols. The special attention was paid to dynamic phenomena of the data exchange process. It is an issue of crucial importance within dispersed systems of industrial controllers and it assures efficient operation of the entire system owing to timely and quick respond to fast-changing control signals. Data exchange was carried out with the use of so-called primitives for Berkeley sockets that serve as primary structures within the network and are capable to perform basic operation such as creation and destruction, assigning network addresses to the sockets, establishing connections, transmission (broadcasting), receiving, etc. To measure time intervals of communication sessions the authors took advantage of functional features of contemporary motherboards of PC computers. Since the IEEE 802.11n is implemented with OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) and MIMO (multiple input multiple output) techniques, the maximum transmission rate can achieve up to 600 Mbps. As compared with the mobile wireless broadband technology, the maximum transmission rate of 3.5 G (HSDPA) and Mobile WiMAX is apparently insufficient (i.e. less than 4Mbps in the upstream) whereas the IEEE802.11n is primarily adopted in the fixed networking environment (FNE). Therefore, provided that the advantage of IEEE802.11n bandwidth can be endorsed under the mobile networking architecture (MNA), the bandwidth bottleneck of 3.5G (HSDPA) and Mobile WiMAX can be addressed and the differentiated application can be fulfilled in the Mobile Wireless Broadband Industry. In this paper, we propose a new model to analyze the capability of IEEE802.11n operated in the Mobile Networking Architecture. By using this model, we can emulate the vehicular ratio within the signal coverage via the frequency emulation module (FEM) and analyze the capability of TCP/IP under the multiple access point (MAP) mode. According to the result of experiment, the TCP/IP capability of IEEE 802.11n is optimal in the low-rate vehicular Internet environment (VIE). The capability analysis result proved that the proposed capability analysis model (CAM) of IEEE 802.11n not only can be applicable under the mobile networking architecture, but also provide a valuable reference for the mobile wireless broadband industry.

EI SCI and ISTP retrieval result provide best aid to understand the general picture and development direction of discipline;efforts have been made to deal with the retrieved massive information with software, to accomplish the heavy boring phase of the work. In this paper, a scientific literature statistical analysis system based on DOM tree is put forward with the design idea, system structure, design and implementation of main model and the running result. The practice shows that users can quickly understand the distribution of papers in their retrieving field and grasp the importance with the help of the system.

In order to meet the needs of the new technology in mine seismic prospecting, a new intrinsic safe distributed 3-component seismic data acquisition system is developed, which is composed of several digital 3-compoent geophones, one portable host computer and data processing software. The host computer is composed of a high performance 32-bit embedded microprocessor PXA270 and corresponding software, it is able to monitor and manage the digital geophones and has the ability of some timely data processing. The digital geophone with high performance seismic data acquisition circuit which is based on MCU, has the ability of sampling and transmitting the data of the 3-component seismic signal. The acquisition system adopt distributed control mode and the information is transmitted by network based on RS-485 bus. The system has the strong ability of anti-interference, and the geophones can be easily assembled or take down. Furthermore, the whole system is intrinsic safety. This paper mainly introduces the development about digital 3-compoent geophones and portable host computer, the construction of data transmission system, the development of the data processing software and some applications of this system.

In the IntraMEDnet project, financially supported by European Union in the program of Interreg III B Archimed, scientists, from different Institutions of Mediterranean Area (Greece, Cyprus and Italy), cooperated for developing related educational modules, which have been combined dynamically in a virtual classroom on the Web, in order to create integrated educational units. The aim of this paper is to illustrate the methodology utilized in the development of this project and the validation and evaluation by the users. In order to identify educational needs and excellencies among the partners of the consortium, general thematic areas of common interest were identified and for each of them the partners developed learning objects, that have been taught in general curricula of involved institutions, for Medicine and Biomedical Engineering students. Moreover, such learning objects can be shaped to support self-directed (or expert instructed) problem-based learning, enhancing patient-oriented approach to medical education. The project also considered the improvement of this virtual connections between Universities, Hospitals and Research Centers of Mediterranean Area to grow into an integrated environment for sharing the learning process and to support research collaborations. A web questionnaire has been developed in order to evaluate by the users the e-learning platform and the learning objects, produced in the project. The data have been analyzed to assess technical aspects and the satisfactions of the users. The results of this study suggest a major utilization of this new methodology of education, in the classical curricula in Faculties of Medicine and Engineering, also for sharing experiences between geographically separated countries and Institutions.

Although successfully used in medical diagnosis,Bayesian network is facing great challenge due to the relatively small amount of diagnosed data and the large dimension of *** address this issue,this paper presents an effective method for creating Markov blanket when building Bayesian network *** proposed approach consists of two *** the first stage,a clustering based method is introduced to rebuild a representative training data by exploiting the undiagnosed *** the second stage for feature selection,Markov blanket is built up with the consideration of feature *** evaluate its performance,eight disease datasets from UCI machine learning database are chosen and four off-theshelf classification algorithms are used for *** test result showed that our approach has better classification accuracy than other traditional ***,two stages in our approaches are isolated in experiment to check their relative efficiency.

E-service composition is most impressing method for development and deployment of e-business. Description and modeling the behavior requirements of composite e-services for users is an important key in design of services. But most work does not address the issue of how to model the requirements that the BPEL4WS processes are supposed to satisfy. The specifications in verification works are general temporal relation based on actions or messages in essence. Distinguish with these work, we propose novel concepts of behavior specifications based on activity chain and activity sequence in which granularity is between activity and scenario. Four behavior modes such as chain existence mode, chain absence mode, chain precondition mode and chain response mode are designed to express usual behavioral requirements based on activity chain. Encode them on Labeled Transition System LTS and then give them exact operation semantics. The result facilitates users to check whether composite E-services are compliant with the behavioral chain modes.

Differential Evolution (DE) is population based, direct search, global optimization new algorithm. DE is simple and efficient, so solving Multi-objective Optimization Problems (MOP) using DE has become a new hot research topic. It was found in the research process that there are deteriorations in the process of solving MOP based on DE. Due to deterioration occurs, thus the convergence can no longer be guaranteed for the algorithm, and the efficiency is reduced for solving. This paper proposed resolve methods correspond to these two deteriorations. Numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
