In order to assess externally to the navigators, the auto-evaluation system on china coast guard vessel simulator (CCGSEAS) is designed and developed in VC + +6.0. It is designed by modularization programming thought, which is composed of the steering and navigation and dock evaluation module. The evaluation indexes dialog box, steering simulation training evaluation, navigation simulation training evaluation is designed in the steering and navigation evaluation module. It is designed to the vessel type selection dialog box, dock evaluation indexes, evaluation window of dock simulation training, vessel moving parameters as well as track playback dialog in the dock module.

We believe that computer games could and should be exploited as another medium for teaching and learning in Malaysian schools. An investigation about the possibilities of optimizing computer games as another pedagogy instrument especially focusing at students social skills development had been conducted in Malaysia. 341 public school students and 24 teachers across Selangor Darul Ehsan were involved and 9 computer games were tested. The results showed that with each game has different gameplay, challenges and genre, students' social skills development could be slightly Unproved. The important issue is not the object or technology used in teaching and learning, hut how it is being applied and diffused. Teachers have to take a positive and active role in ensuring that these computer games are incorporated effectively especially for students' social skills development.

In this paper, the concept of industrial "Skeleton-Infill" (SI) house was described, and the characteristics of SI houses as construction durability, adaptability and suitability for industrial production were summarized. Based on data collection and spot investigation of industrial Skeleton-Infill house of VANKE which is one of the top three real estate company in China, the author discussed the environmental sustainability of SI houses from several aspects comparing to the traditional residence. Firstly, SI houses could save water in direct construction link and living water consumption of on-site constructors. Secondly, in its life cycle SI houses could promote the residential land utilization degree and new wall adopting in order to meet the land saving demand. Thirdly, in the construction process of SI houses, the housing design could be optimized and the building materials could be better utilized and recycled in order to save material. Fourthly, some of the energy consumption processes in SI house construction could be eliminated while the heat-insulating capability of the residence could be improved. SI houses could work well in reducing emission of solid waste, wastewater, air pollution and noise pollution.
