This paper presents an innovative procedure, capable to automatically generate virtual environments which are applicable to art galleries, museums or similar facilities, and suitable for web-based promotions of artists and their works. The presented system is part of the outcome of an interdisciplinary research for low-cost and platform independent solutions to combine art with virtual reality with the aim to promote artist works through new interaction metaphors which include dynamic 3D visualization of works of art with associated structured multimedia information. In detail, we present the resulting low-cost and platform-independent VRML-based architecture for the automatic generation of user-customized virtual visits in 3D of art galleries based on XML descriptions. As the VRML standard presents a lack of flexibility when customizing the scenarios according to special user interests, which could be different in every session, we propose a new strategy consisting in decoupling the associated multimedia information from the geometrical description of the presented artworks. This approach provides an external management of those contents, hence overcoming the identified limitation, while additionally increasing design efficiency and content adaptability.

Essentially the data and documents on the Web are heterogeneous;inconsistency is unavoidable in Web mining. Using the presentation and reasoning method of our data model, it is easier to capture imperfect information on the Web which will provide more potentially valued-added information. In Bio-informatics there is a proliferation of data sources. Each research group and each new experimental technique seems to generate yet another source of valuable data. But these data can be incomplete and imprecise, and even inconsistent We could not simply throw away one data in favor of other data. So now we can represent and extract useful information from these data as a challenge. Thus it is a kind of an intelligent search for match in order to answer imprecise queries of the lay users. Our method, being an intelligent soft-computing method, will support the users to make and find the answers to their queries without iteratively refining them by trial and error. This important issue of closeness cannot be addressed with the crisp mathematics. That is why we have used the Neutrosophic tools. Neutrosophic-search method could be easily incorporated in the existing commercial query languages of DBMS to serve the lay users better. So in this Paper Authors are suggesting NrdM and Rank Sets to solve the imprecise query based on Rank Neutrosophic search which is a combination Neutrosophic Proximity search and alpha-Neutrosophic-equality Search.

System capacity is an important factor that affects the performance of WiMAX system where the amount of data that can be delivered to the end user is determined based on the system capacity and users QoS requirements. This scenario is even more complex when multi-hop relays are introduced into the network whereas the user access capacity decreases with the increase of hop number. In order to maintain the QoS in WiMAX multi-hop relay network, it is essential to control and determine the number of users connect to each zone in regards to different levels of QoS. In this paper a Flexible System Capacity Control (FSCC) technique is proposed for WiMAX Multi-hop Relay network to control the number of users that connect to the network and calculate the system capacity in terms of a three level relay topology. We present detailed mathematical analysis of the FSCC. The FSCC control the number of users at each wireless zone by the use of different control parameters ex: and accept or reject users at each relay based on the predefined allocated number of users for each relay and the total system capacity. The analytical result shows that the FSCC has achieved the objective of this study. Controlling and determining the number of user is very crucial in order to maximize the throughput for each individual user requirement of QoS, maintain fairness between users in the networks and guarantee QoS for real time application users.
