This paper aims at implementing modular design of products at the system design and development level. A method based on design structure matrix is proposed to identity relationships among elements. Then analytic hierarchy process approach is used to quantify the elements of DSM. Also, genetic algorithm is adopted to find the optimal modularity scheme. Platform of enterprise co-evolution based on the collective intelligence is a multifunction platform on the web so that users and enterprises can public information,search for information,pose questions and answer questions,the most important function is it supports the integration of process,selforganization and self-adapting. The proposed approach is web2.0 technology based and the use of ontology technology,with which the platform could accomplish the collection of users’ implicit information and explicit information,the grouping and recommendation program;the CDO ontology can complete the information classification,information mark function,and the knowledge or intelligence resources categorizing or matching. How to construct the "appropriate" split hyper-plane in test nodes is the key of building decision trees. In this paper, we re-explain the process of building test nodes in terms of geometry. Based on this, we propose a method of learning the hyper-plane with two stages. The first stage searches for appropriate normal direction based on unsupervised methods (e.g. PCA, ICA etc), or supervised methods (e.g. neural network). The second stage detects the intercept of the hyper-plane in the normal direction according to some criterions, such as Gini of CART and information gain ratio (GainRatio) of C4.5. The experimental results conform that TSDT can improve the accuracy of univariate trees and that it is quite comparable to functional tree proposed by Gama, J. 2004, yet, needing much less learning time.

The interaction between man and computer has become an important topic as it can generalize the use of computers, robots and other intelligent machines. For active H/R interaction scheme, the computer needs to detect human faces in its vicinity and then interpret canonical gestures. In this paper, we firstly present a method to track the hands robustly in videos recorded by a camera, and then by compute the similarity of the trajectories of the hands’ motion, we can interact with computer by some simple sign languages. An efficient color segmentation on the skin-like colored pixels is used. Then we locate the hands by a fast optic flow method which is computed only by the skin-like image blocks. At the last stage, we get the hand motion trajectory and map it to a string. By String Edit Distance method, we can compute the similarity of the string representing input hand command with some template strings denoting sign language pre-trained and stored in database. We can let the computers or some other machines recognize some simple words like "UP","DOWN","OK","LEFT","RIGHT" and etc. Results of tracking and recognition are illustrated in the paper and show the process robustness in cluttered environments and in various light conditions. The limits of the method and future works are also discussed.

The detecting and auto-tracking of Moving target is an important topic in the area of visual applications. A moving target auto detecting and tracking system based on DSP is proposed in this paper. The hardware block diagram and algorithm realization were introduced, and the system functions and several key techniques were analyzed. Test and measurement result show that the proposed system can track the target under normal illumination. It can track the moving object with 5cm/s screen speed. The realized system meets the real-time and reliability requirements, and it can be used in fields like supervision system, robot visual and etc.
