In recent years, efficiency plays more and more important role in the work, improve enterprises' information entry efficiency has become a problem in front of the enterprise. Aiming at the process of enterprise downtime equipment information entry, this paper gives a detailed intruduction of the structure and fuction of the Fast Entry system for Equipment Downtime Information, as well as designing the comprehensive downtime information to improve the efficiency of entring. On the basis of enterprise needs, the system based *** MVC framework was designed and built on the visual studio 2010 development platform with SQL server 2008 express database in this paper. We describe the overall design of the system model, and explain how to use MVC framework in the system. This system has improved the entering process specification, correctness and efficiency greatly. That is to say, the system, having been put into practice in a manufacturing company in Shan Dong province, saves time and labor to a great extent.

This paper presents the methodology and results of a recent research project SCETIST (2010-2013) devoted to foresight of selected artificial intelligence technologies. The AI trends and scenarios have been elicited using expert Delphi as well as via a simulation of a hybrid discrete-time and discrete-event control system. The system components include a complex information society model, which describes the evolution of social, economic and scientific factors relevant to the production and adsorption of intelligent technologies. The discrete-event component is tailored to model the and science and technology (S&T) development processes in each area under consideration. We specifically investigated the development of intelligent internet technologies, including e-health, e-government and expert systems. Special attention has been paid to decision support systems, digital creativity, and recommenders. Other project work-packages encompass neurocognitive and computer vision systems, as well as quantum and molecular computing. Finally, we will present the results related to the evolution of rule-based and creativity support systems in the context of global economic and research trends.

We have reviewed several e-learning empirical research studies that have investigated the effects of interaction on satisfaction and outcomes of e-learning, published between 2001 and 2010. Their conclusions seemed inconclusive, ranging from no relationships between interactions and two dependent variables (satisfaction and learning outcomes) to positive relationships. In-depth analyses of these empirical papers were conducted by examining dependent and independent constructs and their indicators, research methods, and participants' characteristics. We conclude that the conflicting results are due to primarily different definitions of the dependent and independent constructs and their indicator variables, different research methods employed, and participant's demographic characteristics. In order to build e-learning theories and a cumulative research tradition, it is necessary to (1) define the dependent/independent constructs and their indicators, (2) employ common research methodology, and (3) test commonly accepted causal models. Without fulfilling these, e-learning empirical research will continue to produce inconclusive findings.

Digital image processing is a rapidly growing technology with many applications in the fields of science and technology. One of common application is the system control of a navigation mobile robot either to detect the object barrier, to control the motion of a mobile robot or to control the movement of the motion that has been made with the help of computers. In the process, the final project of digital image system was implemented to capture object pixels from the camera to the captured object, and then compared with the distance of the point to the computer program using Visual C # object 2010. The Parameter used in the detection process is the object color. Whereas the object's position and height were used as an input camera for linear and angular velocities to set how large the pixels have been captured. By using Open CV and image processing with webcam feature, the program can be started by writing the commands. The process of image processing is used to detect objects, so that the data obtained from this process will be about the midpoint of the object and the extents of the detected object. The data obtained was used as an approach to track the trajectory of the object. The success of this Open Source computer Vision(Open CV) was determined by the accuracy of performing image and the given knowledge base learning. The test results showed that the camera catches the navigated robot and see the things that are in the arena.

Recent modelling of socio-economic costs by the Australian railway industry in 2010 has estimated the cost of level crossing accidents to exceed AU$116 million annually. To better understand the causal factors of these accidents, a video analytics application is being developed to automatically detect near- miss incidents using forward facing videos from trains. As near-miss events occur more frequently than collisions, by detecting these occurrences there will be more safety data available for analysis. The application that is being developed will improve the objectivity of near- miss reporting by providing quantitative data about the position of vehicles at level crossings through the automatic analysis of video footage. In this paper we present a novel method for detecting near-miss occurrences at railway level crossings from video data of trains. Our system detects and localizes vehicles at railway level crossings. It also detects the position of railways to calculate the distance of the detected vehicles to the railway centerline. The system logs the information about the position of the vehicles and railway centerline into a database for further analysis by the safety data recording and analysis system, to determine whether or not the event is a near-miss. We present preliminary results of our system on a dataset of videos taken from a train that passed through 14 railway level crossings. We demonstrate the robustness of our system by showing the results of our system on day and night videos.

One of the main application of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data is developing the monitoring system for various applications like land cover and land use dynamics, vegetation mapping, canopy characterization and natural hazards by discriminating the change areas between two different dates images. In this paper, KLT (Kanade-Lucas-Tomasi) tracker has been applied on two different dated (i.e. April, 2010 and April, 2011) ALOS PALSAR (Advanced Land Observing Satellite Phased Array L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar) fully polarimetric data for tracking the Solani River (nearby Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India) and the changes have been observed by applying change detection techniques. Image differencing and image ratioing have been used to classify the temporal changes in Solani River as `change' and `no change' pixels on the basis of individual tracked pixel and spatial analysis of pixels.
