Since the semantic meaning of Chinese is intricate and complicated, traditional methods have deficiency in extracting the temporal information from Chinese texts. By adopting a way that combines the rule-based with the statistical-based methods, this paper puts forward a novel method for Chinese Temporal Expression Normalization based on context. The construction of this approach mainly employs sieve algorithm based on Bi-LSTM and benchmark time dynamic selection algorithm based on context. In this way, the dependency between contextual temporal information can be effectively used, and the 'absolute time' and the 'offset time' proposed in this paper also can be adopted for reasoning and calculation. Through the experimental testing in the TempEval2 task of SemEval-2010, we get precision, recall and F-score values that are 96.74%, 89.29% and 92.87%, respectively. Compared with the traditional rule-based method, the approach in the paper achieves better results overall, and solves the discrimination difficulty in part of the temporal phrases by combining the contextual semantics. © 2021 IEEE.

Semantic segmentation of parking lot scenes is the prerequisite of environment perception for automatic parking technology. It provides environmental semantic information for automatic parking of vehicles. However, due to the dim light of the parking lot environment, unclear ground signs, road reflections and other factors, semantic segmentation such as FCN The method is not yet able to segment ground signs such as background and lane lines to meet the perception needs of automatic parking. This paper proposes a parking lot scene semantic segmentation method based on a surround view system. The surround view system consists of 4 fisheye cameras. The images acquired by each camera are subjected to distortion correction, inverse perspective transformation and image stitching fusion to obtain a ring view. Based on the ring view, a semantic segmentation algorithm based on attention and feature fusion is proposed. Experiments are carried out on a self-made parking lot dataset with a size of 1280x960 pixels. The results show that the method proposed in this paper improves the mIoU of the FCN model by 12.3%. © Content from this work may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Licence.

Traditional practical teaching of water supply and drainage is often faced with problems such as limited faculty and course time, easy worn-out of equipment and safety risk in practical training, which brings many inconveniences to schools, teachers and students. In order to make up for the shortage of traditional water supply and drainage practical training teaching, the teaching environment and the process was simulated by virtual reality technology, and a virtual simulation training system for water supply and drainage was developed. Taking the course project of steel pipe threading as an example, this paper shows the construction situation of manual and electric steel pipe threading project, systematically explains the principle involved in the virtual training system of water supply and drainage, emphatically expounds the key technologies, and the implementation scheme was given. © Content from this work may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Licence.

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide over the past two decades. Because of a large number of clinical data and the complexity of the disease, it is often challenging to diagnose and make the proper treatment. Over the past decade, as a soft computing method, fuzzy expert systems have been applied in disease diagnosis by many researches because of its superiority in dealing with uncertain and ambiguous problems. This study proposes an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference systems (ANFIS) to diagnose heart disease. Parameters related to membership functions in ANFIS are optimized by applying the genetic algorithm. The experiment was conducted on the public UCI heart disease datasets. The experimental result shows that 91.25% accuracy was obtained on the testing set, which was found to be satisfying based on comparison. © Content from this work may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Licence.

As an important part of active phased array radar, the working stability of TR module has a direct impact on the detection performance of radar system. This paper designs a set of TR electrical aging test system, for batch component aging test at the same time. Based on the principle of spontaneous heating under full power operation, the test environment was designed. The design of wave control board circuit met the excitation requirements in the work of the components. Meanwhile, the adaptive filtering algorithm and classical control theory were combined to control the TR working temperature, which realized the requirements of stable aging test of batch TR module. This system can accurately monitor whether the TR component products fail in the process of electrical aging, and at the same time can more accurately control the working temperature of the tested products within the required temperature range. It also provides a technical basis for further analysis and improvement of TR component product performance parameters. Constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) has been actively used for modeling and solving a wide range of complex real-world problems. However, it has been proven that developing efficient methods for solving CSP, especially for large problems, is very difficult and challenging. Existing complete methods for problem-solving are in most cases unsuitable. Therefore, proposing hybrid CSP-based methods for problem-solving has been of increasing interest in the last decades. This paper aims at proposing a novel approach that combines incomplete and complete CSP methods for problem-solving. The proposed approach takes advantage of the group search algorithm (GSO) and the constraint propagation (CP) methods to solve problems related to the remote sensing field. To the best of our knowledge, this paper represents the first study that proposes a hybridization between an improved version of GSO and CP in the resolution of complex constraint-based problems. Experiments have been conducted for the resolution of object recognition problems in satellite images. Results show good performances in terms of convergence and running time of the proposed CSP-based method compared to existing state-of-the-art methods. (C) 2021 The Authors. Enterprise financing structure has an impact on the profitability and solvency of the enterprise to some extent, which is also called the influence on business performance. Enterprise managers and scholars have always focused on the influence of enterprise financing structure on business performance. This paper selects the data of the listed companies from 2010 to 2018, uses the method of the system dynamics, constructs the system dynamics model of enterprise financing structure, and simulates and analyzes the influence of equity financing and debt financing on enterprise business performance. The simulation shows: (1) Equity financing has an active impact on the rate of total assets and scale, while a negative impact on asset liability ratio. (2) Debt financing has an active impact on the rate of total assets, liability assets and scale. (3) Between the two external financing, the influence of equity financing on the business performance is better than the debt financing’s. © ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2021.

Most of the detection methods against DDoS attacks are based on periodic detection, which leads to high communication overhead, untimely detection, and slow attack response. This paper proposes a passive abnormality detection approach. First, we record the two flow-table characteristics of the regular switches. Then, based on dynamic threshold method and Grubbs outlier test method, we make a determination of abnormal switches. This method reduces the amount of data duplication and regular traffic collection. Moreover, we use Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to evaluate the performance of the passive anomaly detection method. Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy, large size and quality of the detection equipment, and difficulty in online monitoring in the magnetic flux leakage detection of elevator wire ropes, a broken wire signal acquisition system was built based on the tunnel magnetoresistance sensor TMR2703, and a dual-loop excitation device was designed and simulated to verify. The dipole model determines the detection direction of the sensor, acquires the magnetic flux leakage signal with the signal preprocessing circuit and the differential detection ring, develops the host computer in LabVIEW, displays the broken wire signal waveform in real time, and stores the collected data in the form of TDMS files, completed the feature extraction of broken wire signals. Experiments show that the system can collect the magnetic flux leakage signal of the wire rope in real time, and can accurately extract the characteristic value of the magnetic flux leakage signal with different numbers of broken wires. The peak value, valley value, peak-to-peak value and signal wave width of the signal have an increase with the number of broken wires. The law of increase can be used to judge the damage degree of the wire rope according to the detection waveform. © Content from this work may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Licence.

Distributed photovoltaic power generation(DPPG) directly supplies power to users nearby, which is conductive to expanding the scale of renewable energy utilization, and is helpful to achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality". DPPG electricity charge settlement, with the characteristics of large business volume, strong regularity, high repetition, cumbersome manual operation and high error rate, is the typical business scenario for introducing modern information technology to carry out management innovation.
