榜样示范是德育行之有效的重要途径之一.本文首先对大学生先进典型榜样示范的机理进行了探讨,提出大学生先进典型榜样示范的机理包括选择、树立、培养、宣传以及反馈这五个方面;接着分析了大学生先进典型榜样的价值导向作用、行为暗示作用、情感激励作用、感染熏陶作用以及引导推动作用这五种示范作用。最后，就大学生先进典型榜样示范作用的有效实施提出了几点对策建议，如要恰当地运用先进的大学生典型进行示范教育，主动适应时代变化和高校发展的需要，为大学生树立一批身边的典型，让广大学生学有榜样、赶有目标，积极营造崇尚先进、学习先进、争当先进的良好氛围。

战略思想和战略举措是发展战略的重要组成部分,文章介绍了加州理工学院发展战略思想的形成大致经历了奠基期、转型期、发展期以及形成期等四个阶段.实施精英治校,学术为本;坚持标准,严格筛选;注重基础学科研究和学科交叉;以及重视人文社会科学是加州理工学院发展战略的主要措施.本文探究其发展战略思想和主要举措,认为:创建世界一流大学必须重视战略思想的构建,并做到与时俱进;世界一流大学建设重在质量提升,而非规模扩张;建设世界一流大学必须坚持学术本位,不断优化师资队伍;建设世界一流大学必须夯实基础学科研究,注重学科交叉。

文章介绍了长期以来,高校关注的往往是大学生的智商因素尤其是学业成绩,而对情感因素缺乏应有的重视这一基本现象.大学生作为特殊的受教育群体,其心理变化非常急剧,心理活动也很活跃,接受能力强但情绪化倾向又非常明显.因此,对于大学生的思想政治教育,特别要关注情感教育。文章指出，从教育主体来说，教育者首先要公平地对待每一个学生，使学生感到对自己的尊重，要加强与学生的沟通和交流，增强教育内容的趣味性，同时要改进教育形式，灵活使用不同的教育方法;从教育客体来说，作为受教育者的当代大学生，一方面要加强自我教育，提高自身的道德修养，另一方面，要积极主动地与教师沟通，表达自己的情感;从教育介体来说，一方面要改变以往单一的、非人性化的教育方式，使教育方法多元化，另一方面，要增加教育内容的知识性和趣味性。

There is a gap on the degree of specialization between China and the United States in aspects of college student affairs. The theory and practice of American college student affairs have the features of professionalization, standardization and systematism. The article builds a comparative study on Sino-US professional administration of student affairs on four aspects such as basic theory of professional administration, organization structure, team building and system building, from which to provide some suggestions for the professional administration of college student affairs in china.

This paper discusses the importance of student affairs in the rapid development and reform of higher education. The student affairs are vital to the student's comprehensive development, designing and developing student affairs assessment information system is a good way to give better services to student's comprehensive development. Furthermore it is emphasized that the assessment information system for student affairs concept, function and design. A fuzzy assessment model is proposed and illustrated in the paper.

The challenges of globalization to students' affairs administration in Chinese universities shouldn't be neglected. On the basis of the specific national situations in China, the students' affairs should be administrated by absorbing foreign advanced experience and promoting the organic integration of education, management and service. In addition, it should constantly adapt to the new changes, characteristics and requirements of contemporary college students. Also, resources should be integrated and systems should be innovated. Only by adhering to all these principles, can managers take some effective countermeasures against the challenges along with the times and find a road to success that will meet with the requirements of social development and suit the basic national situations in China.

The Internet accelerated the pace of globalization and reduced the distance between the various ethnic groups to some extent. Just with a click on to the web, college students can skim through and enjoy the historical cultures in all the countries in the world. Our Era is calling for the construction of network ethical education, and gives an opportunity about the transformation of Chinese traditional moral education. This essay deals with the conception of network ethics and network ethical education, also summarizes the negative impact of moral consciousness in Chinese college students by using the network, then puts forward a series of contents and implementation of path in network ethical education based on the above mentioned conclusions.

With the transition of economical structure in China, the mass higher education brings severe challenge to the student transaction management. Employment, the core of student transaction management, plays an important role in students' future development. In this context, this paper analyzed current situation of employment. For the colleges, building a better employment transaction management system is an important way to solve students' problem of employment. Hence, the college should build information-based employment service network system, professional teams and practice platforms. Besides, an employment service curriculum should be established to promote students' employability and improve the employment transaction management. In this paper, some student affairs management measures was presented to enhance the employability of students.

Innovation Education, as the mainstream of education development in 21st century, has showed its decisive core role gradually in high education and accepted generally high attention from other countries in the world. Innovation education contains three aspects: stimulating innovation-conscious students, training innovative thinking and cultivating innovative ability. These three elements affect each other and complement each other. In this paper, the author uses comparative research method, comprehensive analysis method, through the summery and conclusion to undergraduate innovative educational theory both at home and abroad, and explores a series of issues on innovative education from both theoretical and practical aspects. And then the paper sums up China's high-performance innovation and education problems and proposes specific measures and suggestions.
