Abstract:To solve the problem of small rotation with digital image correlation(DIC),a method based on Harris corner detection and matching is presented. This method detect the corner by Harris corner detection algorithm, matching it based on similarity, then six affine transform parameters are estimated by RANSAC algorithm , the intinal guess of Newton-Raphson is obtained ,then use it to obtain the displacement and strain. The simulation results shows that: this method has high accuracy and fast characteristics, is applied for the case of small rotation.

Linearized inverse scattering theory is developed for shape reconstruction of defects using ultrasonic bulk and guided waves. Numerical and experimental results of inverse scattering analyses with use of bulk waves are shown for defects in solid and are compared with Synthetic Aperture Focusing Technique (SAFT) images. Also the inversion algorithm is applied to reconstruct the shape of plate thinning using SH guided waves. Some numerical results are presented to show the efficiency of the inverse analysis.
