In this paper, we design and implement a resource management system of multimedia conference based on cloud from the perspective of service provider. With the gradual development and maturation of Chinese stock market, M&A plays a more and more important role in the capital market. In contrast with the slow global M&A recovery, there surged a new tide of overseas M&A in China in 2011. Chinese enterprises conducted 207 M&A transactions in 2011, with M&A transaction volume of $42.9 billion, growing 12% compared with the last year. The paper will use the event study method to analyze the effect of 106 Chinese listed companies' overseas M&A between 2005 and 2011 on shareholders wealth from the perspective of investors. By studying the listed companies' abnormal returns within the window period [-31, 130] when the overseas M&A events took place, it is found that the acquiring companies' shareholders wealth within the M&A window period only had little increases in the five days before and after the announcement day, but appeared a descending tendency all the time thereafter. There are not significant short-term speculations in Chinese stock market, which have certain effects on investor returns.
