At present, the failure analytical approach is widely used in analyzing the process of product design, while this method could not effectively and visually find the cause of leading to the problem. To make up the deficiency, through modeling the function of product component, targeting the conflicts raised from function between products after improvements and considering the problem-oriented innovative design strategy as solving strategy, this paper adopts system function modeling analysis method with knowledge base to form an innovative problem solving method that based on system function modeling analysis method. Finally, the paper takes advantage of Java technology to achieve the corresponding functions, and the feasibility of the method is verified by solving the personal computer radiation issue.

Aiming at solving the problems of poor accuracy and large fluctuations in the grain yield prediction, the paper selects food production data of Jilin province in 1970-2011 as the research object, and takes 7 factors which influence agricultural production as the impact factors. The research adopts 2 prediction methods-regression analysis and the BP neural network analysis respectively, sets up the prediction models and makes the comparative analysis to the varies of prediction yield and actual production. The final end shows that the prediction mean accuracy of regression analysis is 86.9%, the prediction mean accuracy of the BP neural network analysis is 91.4%, the BP neural network is more suitable for grain yield prediction in Jilin province.

Soybean is a very popular food in Indonesia, especially tempeh, tofu and soy sauce. Eight black soybean genotypes and two check cultivars(Detam 1 and Mallika) were examined their seed yield potential in 16 soybean production centers in Indonesia from February to May 2011 and from June to September 2011. The research design used at each location was a randomized block design with four replicates. Suitability study of 10 black soybean genotypes for soy sauce was done at ILETRI's Laboratory of Food Chemistry. The seed yield of ten black soybean genotypes grown in 16 environments ranged from 2.46 to 2.88 t/ha with an average of 2.59 t/ha. Genotype W9837 × Cikuray-66 had the highest yield(2.88 t/ha), and early maturing day(75 days). The yield recovery of sweet soy sauce originated from genotype W9837 × Cikuray-66 reached 834.85% with a protein content of 1.91%. According to the sensory test, the soy sauce of W9837 × Cikuray-66 was preferred by the panelists. The high yielding soybean genotypes with early maturity and suitable for raw material of soy sauce, are prospectively developed in areas with limited irrigation in Indonesia or in the dry season. The paper focuses on policies and strategies of urban development based on the relationship between tourism and culture. The idea that culture and the arts may be strategic tools in fostering processes of tourist profiling of cities has become a central topic in policies aiming at urban development and social and economic regeneration of cities. This idea is in line with an instrumental view of culture and the arts, that is becoming prevalent in political thinking on the arts, namely in the European context, emphasizing the potential of culture to economic performance. Prestigious cultural events, such as Word Expos or European Capitals of Culture, are therefore conceived as strategic tools in this sense, aiming at promoting tourist based processes of urban, territorial and community development. Taking the Portuguese case as the basis of discussion, and dealing with original sociological research on Expo'98 and Porto 2001 and Guimar?es 2011 European Cities of Culture, the paper discusses the critical issues arising from strategies of urban regeneration and touristic development of cities based on prestigious cultural events. The paper explores the results of qualitative research on those events and on the urban and community developments they aimed at. A particular attention is devoted to the confrontation between the imagined and the material social, economic and cultural changes brought to the processes by the diverse actors that intervene in culture and tourist led urban regeneration processes. Arguing on the complexity of the relationship between culture, tourism and urban regeneration, the paper addresses the political, social and cultural dilemmas and contradictions that condition the sustainability of such a strategy for developing and promoting cities' regeneration and community development.

Among the solving methods of probabilistic optimal power flow(P-OPF), Monte Carlo Simulation(MCS) combined with random sampling(RS) is widely used due to its high accuracy. In order to further improve that, this paper proposes a way of using Monte Carlo Simulation with Latin hypercube sampling(LHS) to calculate the consumption of generating cost under many random variables. Numerical results of IEEE 14-bus and IEEE 118-bus systems show that the Latin hypercube sampling method provides more accurate performance in dealing with POPF under the condition of a smaller sample size, comparing with random sampling method. Thus the Latin hypercube sampling method can replace the MCS with random sampling as the benchmark method of other algorithms.

With the fast development of GIS technology, higher requirements have been increased for the spatial database connectivity and accessibility. This study proposes a comparative analysis on cross-sectorial large-scale shared connection to spatial database, thus to point out the hard-to-achieve synchronization updating during different data types conversion. Based on the analysis of interfaces of heterogeneous databases connectivity, the article proposes the 'Opening Geospatial Database Connectivity (OGDC)' interfaces mechanism and specifications, which provide a completely new model that a series of standard interfaces provided by several GIS platform software providers jointly to be realized by database providers or data providers. Finally, the feasibility and advantages of these proposed standards and specifications are demonstrated by a prototype using the OGDC from the distributed spatial database software 'BeyonDB'. And the prototype shows that OGDC could perfectly take account of both the functionality, the efficiency and the usability, thus to provide a new application model for the standardized sharing and continual utilizing of the heterogeneous spatial database.

This paper calculates the ecological footprint, ecological capacity and ecological pressure index of Shaanxi Province from 1991 to 2011 by the method of ecological footprint. And it gets the ecological security level trend in 21 years of Shaanxi Province. Then the paper selects five different indicators to establish index system. The state index of social development in Shaanxi Province is calculated by use of the model element extension method and correlation function. And then, based on the impulse response analysis, this paper researches the social development and ecological security dynamic relationship in Shaanxi Province. The results shows that social development in Shaanxi Province has the positively impact on ecological pressure. While the ecological pressure shows a negative impact on social development.
