The main substation and transmission line inspection are using artificial inspection nowadays, especially under harsh operating environments and mountain difficult, the effect is not very satisfactory. But the number of helicopters is a limited,about 1~2times every year. While the research and design of remote control aircraft based on DTMF technology will greatly solves these problems. This paper gives the system design, software systems, hardware systems and mechanical parts design, then introduces the codec in the remote system application methods to achieve substations and transmission lines for the purpose of inspection airship.

To effectively extract defective areas in fruits, the uneven intensity distribution that was produced by the lighting system or by part of the vision system in the image must be corrected. A methodology was used to convert non-uniform intensity distribution on spherical objects into a uniform intensity distribution. A basically plane image with the defective area having a lower gray level than this plane was obtained by using proposed algorithms. Then, the defective areas can be easily extracted by a global threshold value. The experimental results with a 94.0% classification rate based on 100 apple images showed that the proposed algorithm was simple and effective. This proposed method can be applied to other spherical fruits.

This device developed based on laser scattered through principle, the principle use of the ingredients of the scattered light and transmitted light ratio characterization of macromolecules. Peristaltic pump to achieve automatic input and output of the milk samples, designing weak signal detection amplifier circuit for detecting the ratio with ICL7650. Real-time operating system μC / OS-II is the core design of the software part of the whole system. The experimental data prove that the device can achieve a fast real-time measurement of milk macromolecules.

The collocation of relative word plays an important role in the Chinese complex sentences,and it is the connection which connects the sub-clauses and shows the semantic relation among ***,we find that many relative words sometimes act as the function of relative words,sometimes don'*** is especially difficult to recognize whether the word is a relative *** response,we propose an approach to deal with this hard ***,we construct a collocation formula to judge whether the labeled pairs of relative words have the collocation relationship based on computing the characteristic information and collocation condition in the complex ***,we provide a solution space tree to indicate all labeled collocation relative words in complex sentences,and use the pruning method to cut the invalid ***,through the experiment results,we find that the approach is correct and feasible.

China has been experiencing a historical take-off in its use of intellectual property rights (IPR). This paper discusses the IPR strategy of two leading high-tech Chinese firms, Huawei and ZTE, analyzing how they are moving to global leadership in the telecom equipment market. Specifically, the paper addresses their IPR performance with respect to patenting and trademark registration in the most relevant global IPR systems. By 2008 Huawei had already reached world leadership in the international PCT patents applicants' ranking, while in 2011 Huawei was substituted by ZTE in that position (with Huawei dropping to 3rd place). The paper shows how both firms have developed dynamic capabilities in innovation by investing strongly in R&D. This investment has reflected in a dramatic growth of patent applications. Even if a direct correlation between patent applications and capacity to innovate is not assumed, the growing demand for patents (and more recently trademarks) in different IPR systems reveals an aggressive technological and commercial stance of both firms on the global market.
