For the purpose of acquiring the immersion and reality of flight simulation, there is a necessity to reproduce 3D sound field of aircraft cockpit. In this paper, a 3D sound simulation system which is integrated into flight simulator used for training pilots is developed. After determining the sound events which will be simulated in flight simulation, spectrum analysis and time-frequency analysis are used to analyze original recordings for finding out the sound features of each part of an aircraft. And then sound sources which will be used in simulation can be extracted by using LMS adaptive filtering and other basic signal processing methods. Based on system integration and performance consideration, a new component of sound simulation system is presented and the object-oriented software development is used to develop the software part for matching this component. Two key technologies are particularly discussed in software realization: real-time sound synthesis and sound spatialization. The 3D sound simulation system meets development requirements after many flight tests and works reliably in a Boeing 737-800 flight simulator which is developed in our lab. © 2011 IEEE.

Today implementation of sort leads to lower and easier order time. Our purpose in this article are trying to introduce an algorithm with lower cost of Bubble sort and nearly same as Selection sort. A way is in orderly inserting of elements in another array. Sort is an algorithm that arranges all elements of an array, orderly. This algorithm has sequential form. The order of Selection sort complexity is nearly least than Bubble sort. © 2011 IEEE.

In general, query optimizers rely on a cost model to choose an appropriate query execution plan for the given queries. An important key parameter of the cost estimation is the cardinality of sub-expressions of the queries. Traditionally, the optimizers may use the estimation cardinality techniques, which can lead to the estimation errors, and hence the poor execution plans. The exact cardinality approach can be applied to resolve such problem, though its computational expense can be costly. A possible way to improve the efficiency is the query transformation since it can provide the alternation to the optimizers. In this paper, we focus on investigation at the effects of the query transformation to the exact cardinality computing processes. The query transformation techniques to be considered in our work are the traditional but widely applied techniques, i.e. subquery unnesting, group-by view merging, join factorization, and join predicate pushdown. The experiment results on the real-life datasets have been presented to validate such proposed work. © 2011 IEEE.

With the development of the Broadcasting and Video network, the Monitoring System on Digital Video Broadcasting is becoming more and more important. Image recognition technology is widely applied to detect the degraded video in the television observation system. Mosaic block easily occurs in the TV signals, which will degrade the video quality. The conventional mosaic detection algorithm can’t distinguish Chinese character from real mosaic block. In order to solve the problem, we propose a mosaic block detection method based on fuzzy c-means clustering to detect mosaic block. The method contains three steps. First, the frame is processed by Sobel edge detection algorithm to obtain the edge image. Second, clustering features are extracted for the fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm. Third, a fuzzy c-means clustering is employed to distinguish mosaic blocks from all the normal image blocks. Experimental results show that our algorithm could differentiate Chinese character with real mosaic block.

In machine translation (MT), one of the main problems to handle is word reordering. This paper focuses to design and implement an effective machine translation system for Myanmar to English language. The framework of this paper is reordering approach for English sentence. We propose an approach to generate the target sentence by using reordering model that can be incorporated into the Statistical Machine Translation (SMTS). Myanmar sentence and English sentence are not semantic. In this paper, we present Myanmar to English translation system that is our ongoing research. Input process, tokenization, segmentation, translation and English sentence generation include in this system. In this paper, we describe about the English sentence generation. The aim of this paper is to reassemble the English word into proper sentence. The resulted raw sentence from translation process is reassembling to form the English sentence. Subject/verb agreement process, article checking process and tense adjustment process will also be performed according to the English grammar rules. The English sentence generation is proper for Myanmar to English translation system © 2011 IEEE.

Where IP cores to be mapped must be carefully solved for any given application in order to optimize different performance metrics in Network-on-Chip (NoC) design flow. The optimization of different performance metrics simultaneously may cause a negative effect on each other because of the strong correlation between these performance metrics. In this paper, we propose a multi-objective ant colony algorithm (MOACA) that maps IP cores onto mesh-based NoC architectures. This algorithm is an efficient way to find the pareto-optimal front which optimizes energy consumption and hotspot temperature of NoC. The algorithm has been implemented and evaluated for synthetic generated benchmarks. Experimental results confirm the efficiency, accuracy and scalability of the algorithm. © 2011 IEEE.

The referees of gymnastics give objective evaluation of performance subjectively according to the competition rules. Due to their differences of aesthetic value and understanding of competition rules, it may easily cause the error of evaluation. Take 16th University Games Gymnastics Competition Group 1 as example, we use range analysis, variance analysis, consistency test, correlation coefficient and other methods to conduct empirical analysis on Objectivity of Athleticism evaluation. The data shows the business level of art referee is low. We build the computer Application Template of objective evaluation. This inspection procedure saves time and effort and give results right after the referee make the individual grading. With its strong availability and operability, the inspection procedure provides data support for Objective score, appeal and arbitration complaint with the Competition. This research has some limitation on special issues of data show. We should consider regional characteristics and the actual situation of referee evaluation with analysis of data as the auxiliary reference of objectivity of Athleticism evaluation. © 2011 IEEE.

Many protein complexes prediction approaches are based on the assumptions that (i) protein complexes have dense protein-protein interactions (PPI) among their subunits, and (ii) high functional similarity for the subunits. We suggest to investigate those assumptions by studying the subunits' interaction topology and sequences identity. Such consideration can possibly provide better insights for our understanding of protein complexes architecture. Two topological parameters, density of protein-protein interaction (PPI) and connectedness, are defined to test whether protein complex are found in PPI dense region or not. The present data indicated that interaction dense regions represent protein complexes up to 20% cases. A rather large proportion of protein complexes have a lower density of PPI, and connectedness. It is conjectured that prediction approaches based on the assumption that complexes are composed of highly PPI dense regions, connectedness can predict a rather limited numbers of the complexes. On the other hand, our result indicates that protein complexes do composing of subunits with higher sequence identity or similarity. © 2011 IEEE.

In order to rank and cluster the economic status of Household Consumption Expenditure in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions, the MATLAB software is used and the principal component analysis and the K-M cluster analysis are conducted on the data reflecting the economic status of each area. The results show that the provinces or cities with high comprehensive, scores are Shanghai Municipality, Beijing Municipality, according to priority;the provinces or autonomous regions with low comprehensive scores are Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Hainan, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Sichuan. The economic status of Household Consumption Expenditure in the 31 provinces and autonomous regions are partly parallel with the comprehensive economic development. The improvement of the economic status of Household Consumption Expenditure is helpful for the overall economic elevation. Therefore, the government should coordinate the economic development of urban and Residents of towns and villages areas, industry and agricultural, developed region and undeveloped region, and coastal areas and central and western areas to maximize the social welfare of the whole nation. © 2011 IEEE.

In order to realize infrared small object track detection, the paper analyses the principle of the target tracking detection, the technology combining Mean Shift track algorithm and image processing is proposed. According to the principle, every tache of detection system is analyzed, and then the optic detection model is set up. The detection model of dynamic object is set up. The paper analyses the image principal of optic system, study the key technology of Mean Shift track algorithm, and uses the optic image system to obtain the image of infrared small object. Base on analyzing the characteristic of the infrared small image, the neighborhood averaging method and the Sobel edge detection algorithm is applied to process and calculate the image in the complex environment, so the clear edge image is obtained. Finally, combining optic image system and computer processing technology to judge the place of target, the infrared object is tracked. The calculating and analysis result is showed that the technology can meet the track and detection in definite condition. © 2011 IEEE.
