The Mobile Communication Base Station Inspection is one type of basic work to ensure safe operation of the base station equipment. By using the mobile application development technology, we propose an effective solution to improve the work efficiency and business processing speed. In this paper, we design and implement a Mobile Communication Base Station Inspection system by integrating Mobile application development technology and Web technology. In the system we implement four modules: Login, Setting, Task Management and Base Station Inspection. With the mobile client application developed on mobile terminals platforms, inspection staffs could keep abreast of the state or process of inspection work anytime.

When the self-collimation angle measuring equipment is working in outside field, it will be affected by a variety of factors such as airflow, the stray light, the temperature and so on. The display value will be unstable and the system will get low measurement accuracy. This problem is on one hand due to the increasing noise which participates in imaging of linear CCD. On the other hand, the sampling images become jitter both in location and amplitude. According to these problems, we can reduce these interferences by using hardware filtering and software method combined with adaptive integration time, image superposition and weighted barycenter algorithm in grayscale. The software for the system is realized based on the high-performance DSP platform. Experiment results show that, after the realization of these methods, the angle measuring equipment has the advantages of high-speed, stability, getting better repeatability and the ability of anti-interference.

In the framework of Data Vitalization, data has inner connection. In this paper, we apply it to recommendation system of Social Networking Services. With the development of Social Networking Services, the research andapplication of SNS flourish. In SNS, recommendation for users is a significant feature. Recommending items that will be accepted by users is a key point. Considering the feature of SNS data, traditional recommendation based-on content or based-on collaborative filtering can't be fully applied to SNS. In this paper, we combine recommendation based-on content with that based-on collaborative filtering. And propose the concept of user intimacy based on the interaction between users. With these three aspects, we construct a hybrid recommendation model. Experiment is conduct to show advantage of the model in accuracy and verify its practicality.

By combining the new generation of weather research and prediction model (WRF) and the third generation wave model (WAVEWATCHIII), it established an Atmospheric-Wave numerical forecast system. Adopting the forecasting wind from WRF model as forcing term of wave model, a nested wave model is built from the Western Pacific to coastal areas of China. The verification data is base on the forecasting data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The effective wave height, wave direction and peak period are chosen as the proving objects, simultaneously contrasting forecasting result by National Marine Environmental Forecasting Center of china. The results indicates that the forecat systerm can reflect the wave distribution well.
