Proposed a Simplified Gated control strategy for polling scheduling mechanism of clustering algorithm in WSN. A corresponding analytical model was established according to the embedded Markov chain theory to analyze the Simplified Gated service polling system in discrete time. Through the establishment of probability generating function for center transfer access in polling moment, accurately analyzed average queue length, average cycle time and average waiting delay of information frame of the system. The research of polling control mechanism with Simplified Gated service and experimental performance analysis under different parameters showed that the polling scheduling model was more effective in the application of WSN based on clustering control strategy.

yThe aim of this paper is to introduce the application of Geographical Information system (GIS) techniques in irrigation water management where GIS can be used as a powerful tool for the exploration of spatially distributed databases and the evaluation of scenarios under different local conditions. The successful integration of GIS techniques can be applied to the analysis of irrigation water requirement and the estimation of future demand. Moreover, the spatial analysis and management capabilities of GIS have rendered it a powerful tool for expanding the irrigation estimation from a farm scale to a regional level. In addition, such integrated irrigation systems are capable of increasing crop productivity and facilitating selection of the most suitable cropping pattern. Its applications in precision farming and groundwater assessment are also discussed.

Based on the feature of hot plate rough rolling, in the real-time data, a large number of production data analysis, Mathematical models are set up. In use of the relatively equal load sharing method with constraints, which are condition of bite, maximum allowable rolling force, rolling torque, and motor power, etc, on the basis of mathematical model, programs and measures of mill load distribution are proposed, and the optimization software Visual Basic of the rough rolling load distribution is completed. The result shows that rough load distribution is broadly similar, reducing the rolling passes and improving the productivity of rolling. The application example of this method is introduced and analyzed which is testified its flexibility for on-line process control system.

Hybrid systems are heterogeneous dynamical systems whose behavior can be defined by interacting continuously and by having discrete changes in their dynamics. A controller for this kind of system must ensure that the closed-loop system meets some requirement, regardless of what the plant does. In this paper a greenhouse plant is used to illustrate the modeling approach, and a new strategy is proposed to design a hybrid controller for this kind of system. The selection of the best controller will also be made in such a way that a stable closed-loop system is obtained. The design strategies are based on stated stability and stability theorems for hybrid systems. The questions related to control techniques are discussed for hybrid systems to show in this way the complexity of controller design of a class of hybrid system.
