Software as a Service (SaaS) is becoming a new direction of software industry in the new cloud computing era. In order to satisfy business policy changes and personalized requirements from different tenants in SaaS applications, business rule management must support multi-tenancy and online customization. This paper proposed a framework based on business rule engine, decoupling of business logic rule from SaaS application, which makes SaaS application more robust and maintainable. It takes business rule as an independent and online maintainable part of SaaS application, which could allow tenants to safely upgrade, delete or create rules during runtime. Finally, a practical case study of absence approval-process in attendance management system evaluates the effectiveness of the framework.

This paper presents a brain computer interface to control an intelligent wheelchair based on EEG signals. EEG signals are collected and analysed by using Emotiv. After signal processing, the events about motor imagery are generated and the commands are designed and transmitted to intelligent wheelchair. Finally, the system realizes the motion control of the intelligent wheelchair through subject's motor imagery of left hand, right hand and legs. Besides, the events about motor imagery are expressed in the form of virtual movement as the feedback of system. The Experiment results show that the control system is feasible and has better stability. It establishes a basis of practical application for EEG control intelligent wheelchair.

Human computer Interaction keeps moving toward interfaces which are more natural and intuitive to use, in comparison to traditional keyboard and mouse. Hand gestures are an important modality for human computer interaction (HCI) [1]. Compared to many existing interfaces, hand gestures have the advantages of being easy to use, natural, and intuitive. Successful applications of hand gesture recognition include computer games control [2], human-robot interaction [3], and sign language recognition [4], to name a few. Vision-based recognition systems can give computers the capability of understanding and responding to hand gestures. The aim of this technique is the proposal of a real time vision system for its application within visual interaction environments through hand gesture recognition, using general-purpose hardware and low cost sensors, like a simple personal computer and an USB web cam, so any user could make use of it in his office or home. The basis of our approach is a fast segmentation process to obtain the moving hand from the whole image, which is able to deal with a large number of hand shapes against different backgrounds and lighting conditions, and a recognition process that identifies the hand posture from the temporal sequence of segmented hands. The use of a visual memory (Stored database) allows the system to handle variations within a gesture and speed up the recognition process through the storage of different variables related to each gesture. In this paper, we have successfully implemented a vision-based system that can interpret a user's gestures in real time with Speech application Programming Interface (SAPI) to control windows O.S. actions like single click, double click, forward, backward, media player, notepad, calculator. © 2012 IEEE.

Automation of irrigation is an effective way to increase production. However, as an agricultural country, China is still in the initial stage of agriculture modernization. So it is significant to combine information technology with the agricultural irrigation and to develop an intelligent irrigation system which is suitable for the development situation of the agriculture. In the paper, an irrigation control system based on an FPGA is presented. Using RS-232 interface to communicate with a host computer, the system receives irrigation commands from the decision making system and controls automatically the irrigation of 16 greenhouses or pieces of field. A control panel is designed in the system to make it easier for users to manage and intervene the irrigating. There are 16 LEDs indicating the status of water shortage. A small keyboard is used for users to input commands and 12 Seven-segment displays are used for displaying the date and time or user inputs. With many I/O pins, flexibility, easy debugging and all the control logic supported, the control system based on an FPGA represents a new trend in hardware application design.

This paper analyzes a sort of color still image algorithm based on the Logistic map sorting, and verifies the confidentiality. Further, this algorithm will be applied to the authentication module in network identity authentication system. A new, safe and effective certification system is realized based on the network identity card, and the authority authentication is provided for users requiring identity identification on the network. Nowadays, cryptography and network security is a hot topic for communication and computer industry. Currently, encryption technique in the information security mainly contains conventional private key encryption system and public key encryption system, the former has low computation overhead, but its encryption strength is not high;the latter, although has high encryption strength, its computation cost is huge. Therefore, it has profound theoretical significance and wide application prospects to research a sort of information encryption algorithms and information security software system with security, good confidentiality and high calculation speed. Chaos phenomenon is a determinacy process which is similar to random, and often appears in nonlinear dynamical system, this process is neither periodic nor convergent, and is sensitively dependent on initial value [1-3]. These basic features of chaotic system can just meet the basic requirements of secret communication and cryptology. The researches of Secret communication, information encryption and information hiding technology are based on chaos theory, and have become one of popular and frontier topics developed by the cross fields of international nonlinear science and information science. Also it is an international, high-tech researched new field, cryptography based on chaos theory has recently become very popular science [2]. Enhancing the noise intensity is the rife method for compensating the errors of velocity caused by lever arm distortion. But the academic statistical characteristic of measurement noise is different from actual noise. So this paper proposes a new method to compensate errors of velocity. The new method is that static velocity errors caused by the lever arm distortion are compensated in the measurement equations and dynamic errors are added into the measurement noise. The statistical characteristic of new measurement noise is not constant and it changes in real-time. At the same time this paper proposes modified strong tracking filter, it is suitable for upon environment. The new algorithm can track and estimate the statistical characteristic of new measurement noise in real time. The results of simulation experiment show the modified strong tracking algorithm can improve the navigation precision, which is an effective and practical method.
