We contribute an empirically derived noise model for the Kinect sensor. We systematically measure both lateral and axial noise distributions, as a function of both distance and angle of the Kinect to an observed surface. The derived noise model can be used to filter Kinect depth maps for a variety of applications. Our second contribution applies our derived noise model to the KinectFusion system to extend filtering, volumetric fusion, and pose estimation within the pipeline. Qualitative results show our method allows reconstruction of finer details and the ability to reconstruct smaller objects and thinner surfaces. Quantitative results also show our method improves pose estimation accuracy.

In multibeam bathymetric systems, the presence of noise greatly reduces the reliability of phase difference estimation, and effective filtering is an urgent need. Aiming at the feature that the impact of noise varies over the measuring swath, the paper proposes a design of variable bandwidth filter. Compared with the fixed bandwidth filter commonly used, the variable bandwidth filter can increase the signal to noise ratio effectively with less computation and the structure is convenient for the real-time implementation on digital signal processor. It is proved through computer simulation and the implementation on FPGA is given to prove the realizability of the signal processing method of variable bandwidth filter.

In this paper, a birthmark technique based on static and dynamic component dependence graph cluster is presented and empirically evaluated. To argue the advantage of this technique, the credibility and reliability are evaluated. Experimental results showed that, it is more stable than the birthmark based on component dependence graph and WPP, clustering make the birthmarks more accurately. It complements the proposed birthmark techniques which extract birthmark from the entire program.

It has the advantages of simple structure, clear physical meanings of parameters, good control effect and strong robustness. On the analysis of the mathematical model of brushless DC motor and the control method. We can use fuzzy PID controller in brushless dc motor control while use of fuzzy control principle of PID parameters adjustment online. Moreover on the basis of Fuzzy Toolbox of MATLAB in application and Simulink for brushless dc motor speed control system was simulated. Experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control has better static and dynamic performance, control accuracy also rises greatly compared with the traditional PID control.

Pumping test is a common method to obtain the hydrogeology information for underground engineering construction, of which monitoring groundwater level is an important part. A system of automatic and continuous monitoring groundwater level was developed to meet the special requirements of pumping test. Considering the characteristics of groundwater level change in pumping test, the sensor of water pressure based on vibration string was used. For connecting the sensor andcomputer, serial communication protocols were programmed in JAVA language. The system was applied to an engineering project, and it achieved the satisfactory effects.
