The state of algae reproduction is a key index for the status of water quality for seashore and river. Algae growth is affected by many physical-chemical factors, this kind of complex relationship is difficult to be described by ordinary mechanism expression. Fuzzy BP model can describe the complex nonlinear system better, and can give a dynamic estimate to the output variables of the system. PCA(Principal Component Analysis) method can reduce the dimension of the sample data, simplify the complexity of the model system, meanwhile it can make the model has a faster convergence rate and a relative low dimension. The practical testing illustrates that fuzzy BP model based on PCA can be applied in state prediction for algae growth to good purpose. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

NC systems are generally used in electromagnetic environment, so NC system should be designed for electromagnetic anti-disturbance in order to ensure system work normally. The main task of the electromagnetic compatibility is conducted around the three elements causing disturbance, which are the electromagnetic disturbance, propagate pathway and sensitive equipment. This article discusses grounding technology and electromagnetic compatibility requirement of NC system. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Most computer vision methods deal with the single object recognition problem. If an object is so small that little features can be used to support recognition procedure, the relationship between multi-objects could be helpful. In many cases, small objects are likely to be arranged by some regular shapes. To recognize these arrays, the paper presents a spatial topology detection algorithm. We call it as S-Prim (Spatial Prim) algorithm which is based on classic Prim algorithm, and integrates the fuzzy spatial information. The algorithm evaluates the spatial distribution regularity among neighboring nodes by back searching the path in the found tree when it is growing, and controls its growing direction according to some fuzzy rules to find out the most likely regular spatial topology. The detected tree can be considered as a spanning tree constrained by topological structures. © 2012 IEEE.

In shipbuilding, the storage yard is used to store assembly blocks of ships. It is an essential part of the shipbuilding *** storage yard management contains:determining the exact storage locations for the arriving blocks, and determining the storing or retrieving route for each block. Aheuristic approach was proposedto maximize the space utilization and minimize the obstructive. In the perspective of enterprise core competence, which conducts research on fundamental issues of corporations from the internal resources and capacities they possess, regards the firm as a collection of capacity, and deems that the unique resources as well as competence, which are under command of the companies and difficult for their rivals to imitate, serve as source of their competitive advantages. Therefore, evaluations of core competence of firms become particularly significant. Grey incidence analysis is not only the important component of grey system theory, but also the cornerstone of analysis, modeling, forecasting and decision-making of grey system. In this paper, grey relational factor is applied to study on evaluation of enterprise core competence in order to confirm the validity and the usability of it. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

To improve the flexibility and adaptability of the existing multi-core cipher system, this paper designs a multi-core cipher processing system based on NoC. By enlarging the cipher processing instructions on the RISC architecture, this system ensures the performance and flexibility of algorithms on the multi-core system. In addition, this paper designs dedicated data frames architecture for cipher processing and proposes a assignment partition mechanism for different application conditions. The system has finished the prototype verification on the platform of FPGA. The result shows that the system can realize the common algorithms flexibly, and the performance can reach 1Gbps. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Photovoltaic Array is nonlinear, and the power generated by it is influenced by sun light, temperature, load and so on In order to improve the system efficiency, firstly, analyzed the physical and mathematic model of photovoltaic array, through the MATLAB Simulink application software simulation tools, set up a computer simulation model of photovoltaic modules. Secondly, this paper gives the improved Perturbation and Observation Method and the Boost circuit used in the controller. after the analysis of some common maximum power point tracking algorithms and DC-DC circuits. Experiments shows that the controller method can rapidly to track the maximum power point, and increase the cell efficiency.

In this thesis, problems and disadvantages existing in project management of current water conservancy and hydropower engineering are analyzed;concrete practices are conducted by applying PROJECT software in danger-removing and reinforcing projects of Qianjin Reservoir in Huadian City, Jilin Province and positive publicity value of PROJECT software in project management is demonstrated based on the accumulation of managerial experience of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.

To ensure the fidelity of the ILS signal, the errors must be strictly controlled. The benchmark calibration flight precision control had very few attentions as the criterion. Therefore, through the computer to build a relatively complete set of airport simulation environment, we can design a control system and intuitive way to monitor the signal used to get rid of a variety of factors lead to errors. This showed the calibration results were unstable. The insightful significance is that this provides a guideline for the visualization and conformity of complex electromagnetic environment. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This is a report about cooperation projects with the Common IT-department of the Hessian judicial authority (Gemeinsame IT-Stelle der hessischen Justiz, called GIT in the following) and other Hessian public institutions. In the context of modeling and software development using state-of-the-art schema management technologies, the area of protection and security in digital networks undergoes changes towards more responsibility in dealing with technology, organization and human users. From the perspective of language theory, the available commercial systems such as NetWeaver (SAP), WebSphere (IBM) or Share-Point Server (MS) can be seen as schema-management systems. From the point of view of programming and transaction technology it will be interpreted as servicebase-management systems. Concerning the current protection and security of GIT's application systems two solutions will be presented here, parts of which have already been implemented. Thus, this paper focuses on the standardization of data elements and the standardization of functional elements, which ensure the domain-specific semantic integrity of data and functions in enterprises and administrations. At the end, we will discuss the change we are witnessing among IT experts as well as IT users globally due to language-based technologies such as Semantic Web, Wikis, Google, Facebook, etc., here shown using the example of the Hessian judicial authority.
