The Ultimate goal of property management in intelligent community lies in how to provide efficient and swift service with high quality. With the development of Science and Technology, Automatic Ammeter Reading system (RAARS) has made great improvement on Stability, accuracy and intelligence. The system with Automatic Ammeter for remote Reading is connected to property management center through Acquisition memory attached on the Bus using advanced sensing, electronics technologies based on traditional Mechanical instruments. As a result, managers can get the meter readings of central air conditioning, water, electricity, and gas of users from computer automatically which greatly decrease the labor force of workers and improve the management of property managing department.

Designing a low cost structured light system which can acquire 3D data in real time with great accuracy is still an ongoing topic among computer vision community as it is hard to achieve all these features together. Among various structured light systems, pseudorandom array is the most suitable technique for real time 3D reconstruction as it tends to concentrate the entire coding scheme in a single pattern. But it has the difficulty of decoding the pattern when it loses few pattern symbols. In this paper, we address this problem by introducing an error correcting 3D scanning technique. This technique consists of a two way decoding method which can decode a dual pseudorandom array and a hole-filling algorithm. In the experimental results, we show that our 3D scanning technique largely improves the reconstruction compared to the conventional methods.

In the background of simulation system and industrial robot, this paper described the application features of OpenGL and focused on the design and implementation of simulation system of industrial robot. Then, we need to study the application and key technology of OpenGL in graphical simulation system and to explore the implementation method of the system. Finally, the disadvantages of OpenGL in specific industrial robot simulation system were described, and to achieve good results further improved measures were proposed in this paper. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

By growing and development of computer networks and generalizing the use of modern services on the information platform, the importance of communication and information security is considered more than the other times by network representations and users. Presented reports by response computer incident different groups show the wide growth of computer attacks in the recent years. In this case Network Intrusion Detection systems (NIDS) as one of the Intrusion Detection system (IDS) types, are be transformed to the utilization systems for establishing the security levels and detecting the illegal activities in the network. This research includes an IDS which is written in C programming language that uses 15597 Snort rules and MIT Lincoln Lab network traffic. By running this security application on the V850, OR1K, MIPS32, ARM7TDMI and PowerPC32 microprocessors, their performance can be evaluated. For increasing the performance in this research, the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC) optimization levels are used and at the end, base on O2 optimization level a new combination of optimization flags is presented which the performance of ARM7TDMI microprocessor is increased. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

In this paper, we consider a space-time and amplify-and-forward(ST-AF) cooperative system which consists of two-antenna source, single-antenna relay and destination. Source transmits Alamouti space-time coding symbols to destination with cooperation of relay which adopts AF strategy. Closed-form symbol error rate(SER) is derived for the ST-AF system with PSK signals. Moreover, an SER approximation are developed to show the asymptotic performance of the ST-AF cooperative system in medium and high SNR regimes. For comparison, the SER approximation of another cooperative space-time coding(C-STC) scheme is also derived. Theoretical analysis shows that the ST-AF can obtain more diversity gain and achieve higher diversity order than C-STC. Finally, computer simulations validate the theoretical analysis.

Modern industrial networked control systems(NCSs) tend to be complicated and have dynamic workload by holding a variety of applications via a shared network. The static network scheduling algorithms fit most NCSs due to their deterministic characteristics and timing guarantees, but they cannot handle dynamic workloads for lack of making on the-fly decisions. The conditional state-based scheduling adds the dynamism in the static scheduling algorithms by automata or more explicitly state chart like formalisms with conditional transitions. In this paper, we propose CSS scheme that applies the conditional state-based scheduling to dynamically schedule different applications in the industrial NCSs. CSS aims at the time-triggered network in the NCSs and uses time division multiple access (TDMA) method to let the applications access the network. To enhance the scalability of the NCSs, we design CSS as a decentralized scheme where each application in NCSs has a local scheduler to make its schedule decisions. Appropriate algorithms are applied to ensure the scheduling decisions made by the local schedulers are consistent and the desired system performance can be achieved. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme compared to the static TDMA used in real-time networks. © 2012 IEEE.

This study explored a method for CAD of removable partial denture (RPD) framework, which contributes to the development of a specialized software system used in restorative dentistry. Point cloud data of a mandibular partially edentulous cast was captured by an optical scanning system with projective grating and high-resolution digital camera. The 3D model of the cast was rebuilt by a CAD software system from the 3D cloud points. Based on the principle of clinical design, the digital survey line and inserting path were determined automaticly. The tissue surfaces and polishing surfaces of every component of RPD were built also by the CAD software. Furthermore, the characteristic structures of the framework including the lingual bar, the internal and external finish lines, the tissue stop were fabricated on the base of the rebuilt model. 3D surface model of the RPD framework was created at last. In this study, geometric model of the RPD framework was fabricated successfully, which took on good fitting, high visibility and easy to modify, and the data converted to STL format that could be read by any other CAD/CAM software system was in preparation for subsequent computer aided manufacture (CAM) of RPD framework.

Precision predicting is a new methodology for precision verification and validation of product. Considering the dimension and geometric deviation of assembled part, the precision predicting model is built by assembly deviation sources explaining and deviation propagation route modeling. The deviation source during assembly process is mainly explained by dimension torsor and deviation torsor that are built in common coordinate system, and the deviation propagation rout is modeled by weighted deviation graph. The weighted deviation graph contains vertexes that refer to functional geometry and mating geometry and edges that refer to dimension and geometric constraint;besides, the edge weight is calculated by tolerance evaluation along specific functional direction. In addition, the process of computer aided adaptive assembly method is introduced, and the proper index for assembly precision and accuracy is discussed.

The identification of anomalous user behaviour is important in a number of application areas, since it may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In the work presented here, the focus is on the identification and subsequent investigation of suspicious interactions in a network of financial transactions. A network is constructed from data from a peer-to-peer lending system, with links between members representing the initiation of loans. The network is time-sliced to facilitate temporal analysis. Anomalous network structure is sought in the time-sliced network, illustrating the occurrences of unusual behaviour among members. In order to assess the significance of the dense structures returned the enrichment of member attributes within these structures is examined. It seems that dense structures are associated with geographic regions. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

Traffic road network is one of the fundamental components in Intelligent Transportation system (ITS). This paper analyses the requirement for traffic road network in ITS, and constructs a lane-based road network model. The model which describes traffic network from different levels is composed of 5 kinds of elements: link, node, arc, lane and lane connector. In level-1, the basic unit of the model is link or arc, which represents the road section with the constant traffic organization. That means the number of lanes, the attributes of lane and the topological relationship between lanes in link or arc are constant. In level-2, lane and lane connector give the detail information of the network based on arcs. This model can support various research and application fields in ITS. Finally, we take the network modeling in traffic simulation as an example. The simulation traffic network in TransModeler is extracted automatically from the traffic network database that is constructed on the lane-based network model.
