An energy consumption monitoring and management system was established in the wind tunnel center of Tongji University. The hardware of the system included electronic measuring instrument, programmable logic controller (PLC) and an energy-saving data collection server, EcoWebServer IL The electronic measuring instrument collected electric parameters of each circuit node and EcoWebServer II monitored and stored the energy consumption data. The software of the system included project management module, system configuration module, system maintenance module and data monitoring and analysis module. In the data analysis module, an energy consumption model was developed with the decision tree algorithm. The model can predict the hourly electricity consumption of the office building in wind tunnel center. The equipment energy consumption also can be analyzed and the warm-up time can be predicted using collected data. The users can reduce the warm-up time to save energy consumption.

Pumping test is a common method to obtain the hydrogeology information for underground engineering construction, of which monitoring groundwater level is an important part. A system of automatic and continuous monitoring groundwater level was developed to meet the special requirements of pumping test. Considering the characteristics of groundwater level change in pumping test, the sensor of water pressure based on vibration string was used. For connecting the sensor andcomputer, serial communication protocols were programmed in JAVA language. The system was applied to an engineering project, and it achieved the satisfactory effects.

It is the scientific basis of instructing the project to produce and operate that the deformation is monitored, and the analysis and prediction in constructing and operating of project is one of the important jobs. In order to analyze and predict the deformation of the project more timely and accurately, the paper analyzed and established the feasibility of wavelet-grey predicting model on the basis of the grey system theory in modeling limitations and the characteristics of wavelet transformation. With the comparison of predictive datas in two kinds of models, the results show, the predictive datas of the wavelet-grey model are more accurately than grey model's, and has achieved good results in prediction of the engineering, is a feasible method.

CPS has five functions of computation, communication, precise control, remote collaboration and autonomy, so there are broad prospects to do research on applying CPS to the warehouse management and control integration system. At present, it has considerable difficulties to design low-cost, real-time networking, predictable and strong robustness embedded systems for mature hardware technologies. The existing computer software technologies do not support to generate predictable and high reliable computing system. The application and development of CPS still need to study and solve many foundational scientific problems. On the basis of analyzing technological characteristic and technological potentiality of CPS, this paper provided a method which described the feedback working mechanism of the basic function of CPS unit, provided a common system architecture of the warehouse management and control integration system according to the characteristic of warehouse management, analyzed its working mechanism in detail, envisaged the application prospect of present research project.
