This paper puts forward an emergency dynamic simulation system based on computational experiments method and cellular automata modeling according to the features of mine fire emergency management. The system has characteristics of high performance, open and interact. The system sets initial environmental parameters to simulate fire, and records the fire parameters. Let the staff not only see the whole process of the fire spread and disaster degree of fire in specific environment, but also get fire severity assessment of every experiment. Observation of the whole process can help staff design the actual plan to solve problems, and provide the correct suggestions for promoting emergency capability to reduce casualties and economic loss.

The aim of this paper is to introduce the application of Geographical Information system (GIS) techniques in irrigation water management where GIS can be used as a powerful tool for the exploration of spatially distributed databases and the evaluation of scenarios under different local conditions. The successful integration of GIS techniques can be applied to the analysis of irrigation water requirement and the estimation of future demand. Moreover, the spatial analysis and management capabilities of GIS have rendered it a powerful tool for expanding the irrigation estimation from a farm scale to a regional level. In addition, such integrated irrigation systems are capable of increasing crop productivity and facilitating selection of the most suitable cropping pattern. Its applications in precision farming and groundwater assessment are also discussed.

Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) is a custom powe device used in power distribution networks to protect consumers from sudden sags and swells in grid voltage. On the basis of recen developments in impedance source (Z-source) inverters the presen paper proposes an integration of quasi-Z-source inverter (QZSI) with a built-in high frequency transformer. New type LCCT-Z-Source inverters are presented. Proposed inverters characterize continuous input current, improved relationship between boost coefficient and modulation index and improved EMI performance. application of four element (Inductor-Capacitor-Capacitor-Transformer) LCCT impedance network provides higher voltage gain than obtained in quasi-Z-source inverter. The advantage of proposed topology over other recently developed Z-source inverters is that two built-in capacitors block DC currents in transformer windings and prevents core saturation. Simulation results are shown to verify the proposed topologies.

We mainly discuss the application of 3S technology in the fishing, aquaculture, marine environmental monitoring, firshing boat navigating and other fields, and survey the comprehensive prospect of 3S technology in the field of marine fishery resources study. In conclusion, we point out that the comprehensive application of 3S technology will be a trend for marine fishery modernization, and 3S technology will also provide the theoretical basis for marine fishery research.
