Research on employees' creativity has received increasing *** this study,we examined the impact of supervisor's feedback on employees' creativity and whether the employees' psychological capital plays a role as a *** were collected from 214 employees,mainly from the high-tech enterprises located in China's Yangtze River Delta region,where has been a leading position in innovation in *** the results show that: the positive supervisor s feedback has a positive impact on employees creativity and employees psychological capital fully mediates the process;negative supervisor s feedback has a negative impact on employees creativity and employees' psychological capital also fully mediates the *** speaking,the findings have enriched the research field between feedback and creativity,while in practice this paper offers some useful guidelines for companies about how to promote employees' creativity effectively.

To improve the operation speed and accuracy of two-dimensional barcodes image-correction,this paper proposed a QR code edge detection method based on wavelet ***,we take advantage of the characteristics of multi-resolution analysis of wavelet transformation to denoise the QR code *** then multi-level wavelet decomposition is done to the denoised image,from which we can obtain the wavelet coefficient at all *** finally,we refine the edge processing to get the target *** result shows that the algorithm can not only obtain good edge detection effect,but also greatly simplify the ***'s more,it can reduce the noise effectively.

This paper evaluates a system or system component,by manual or automated means to verify that the system satisfies specified set of *** Test Management and Control involves three major activities;test planning,test execution and defect management which needs to be planned and monitored in a structured manner to ensure delivery of quality product adhering to all project *** purpose of this document is to present the methods,procedures,and approach to be used in the verification and validation for Test Management ＆ *** consists of important activities like defining all the testing methodologies in detail for the test planning and lay down a process and procedure so that test plan will reflect all the activities which are going to get executed during the execution *** Test execution phase is the actual verification phase where you need to monitor the test case execution closely,and make sure that you are well within the defined Upper Control Limit （UCL） and Lower Control Limit （LCL）.During the test execution phase which is clearly planned during the test planning phase,any deviation from these UCL ＆ LCL requires a revised plan so that the deliverables are not going to *** once we have clearly defined all the rules of the game during the planning phase and work on the same during the execution phase,we can certainly make sure that the product delivered will of high quality *** Defects is also one of the very important phases all along the testing *** need to pay extra attention to the defects getting fixed during the last few days of the testing cycle,so as to maintain the stability of the *** not fix the minor defects at the end of the testing cycle,unless they are critical and severe.

This paper tested the structural equation model between tourism environment and tourists' *** environment was divided into natural ecosystem,cultural ecosystem and social relation system in this paper,and then a model was erected to indicate the relationship among tourism environment,tourists' perception and tourists' *** 377 valid questionnaires from 8 mountain-type world cultural heritage sites in China,the author tested the model by SPSS and *** was found that the natural ecosystem in tourism environment was the most influential factor affecting tourists' perception,social relations system was the second place and cultural ecosystem was the third *** tourism environment and tourists' perception also greatly determine tourists' *** last,some suggestions were given to make tourism destination develop sustainably based on this study.

In iris recognition,as a large amount of experiments show,the inner edge of iris is not a standard circle,thus edges may cause the error of accurate *** we use traditional localization method of round template,it can cause the problem of iris legacy ,the loss of iris textures and longer time as *** improve the accuracy of iris location,reduce the recognition time,this paper develops a new iris recognition ***,the lights pot within the pupil is filled in the original image,then the image is unfolded into a rectangle and the circle detection is substituted by the point and line detection in the rectangle image to find the inner and outer edge,secondly,texture features are extracted by ***,the K nearest neighbors (KNN) of each test sample are found based on distance of ***,recognition results are decided by majority voting *** recognition accuracy of simulation experiments based on CASIA iris image database amounts to 99% and has the less running *** results show that compared to circle template ,Rectangle Conversion has more accurate location of the iris,thus effectively raising the recognition accuracy.

With the Internet quickly development,Instant Message System (IMS) has been applied popularly in daily communication,collaboration OA,E-commerce and Enterprise Customer ***,the public Instant Message System can not be easily integrated into the existing enterprise system due to the limitation of different messaging protocols and system customer *** this paper,by analyzing XMPP core protocol and requirement of enterprise-class IMS (EIMS),we design an implementation framework for EIMS by developing Openfire server and integrating custom *** provided solution based on XMPP has a better security,openness and supports cross-platform,thus it allows enterprises to create their own EIMS that are flexible and scalable and encourage good system architecture since it can integrate web-based IMS into the other company's internal applications and services with minimum effort.

A vehicle routing problem (VRP) is an optimization problem encountered in many applications some of them even not directly related to vehicle routing. For a given fleet of vehicles (or service personnel) the goal of a VRP is to seek delivering products or services to various customer doorsteps at minimal cost (that can be represented by travel time, distances, or some customized ones) while satisfying the imposed business rules such as the vehicle capacities, the route length traversed by a vehicle, the working hours (schedules) of a driver or service person. It is known that the VRP is a difficult problem to be solved to its global optimality within a reasonable computational time. In order to solve VRPs from the real world more effectively, many algorithms, particularly heuristics, were designed and implemented to tackle this type of problems. Recently the well-known savings approach of Clarke and Wright was re-considered and some enhanced versions were proposed aiming to achieve improved solutions for the VRP. The goal of this paper is to present a business scenario requiring VRP solutions, and to propose an enhanced Clarke and Wright algorithm in the spirit of those proposed recently to solve the problems of this case study. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm aims at eliminating the human interventions such as parameter setting and tuning during the problem solving procedures. Computational results demonstrate that the new algorithm addresses the business needs better in the real applications and the results obtained by the algorithm are preferred by the end users. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

Compared to most industries,cultural and creative industries have stronger spillover effects and can better motivate rapid development in surrounding industries,urban and rural areas,regions,or even national economies by creating massive economic benefit and employment *** shows the potential for value creation and addition in cultural and creative *** though various governments are proactively in using policy tools in this regard,there is limited research on related industries and *** terms of academic theory,it is difficult to give further guidance and suggestions to governments and *** to traditional industries and e-commerce,only the logic of value creation in the cultural and innovative products has more discussion and empirical proof in the design *** study proposes four paradigms of value creation,which are value production,value co-production,value co-creation,and value *** various fields of cultural and creative industries can have a more complete picture through analysis of the four paradigms,and would create better points for exercising policy as well.

Based on the experimental observations and theoretical analysis,we validate that the significant increase of data samples may not bring about the obvious improvement of estimation performance of Parzen windows ***,in this paper,we discuss a new mechanism of selecting representative data samples for Parzen windows *** importance degree function is defined to evaluate the importance of data ***,a decision threshold is optimized based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) *** data samples whose importance degrees are larger than the optimized decision threshold will be selected as the representations to estimate the underlying probability density function (PDF).Finally,the experimental results on the designed datasets obeying Uniform,Normal,Exponential,and Rayleigh distributions show that the estimation of PDF by using the representative data samples can obtain the same estimation errors (the two-tailed t-test with 95% confidence level) compared with the estimation on whole ***,the computational complexity of using representative data samples to estimate PDF is decreased evidently.
