In this paper, the WAP supervision is studied with dynamics system method. Firstly, the value-added service is analyzed based on the structure of industry chain. A system dynamic simulation model of WAP industry chain is established, which describes the interaction of the elements in the WAP service. Based on the running results of this model in the VENSIN PLE software, we predict the market prospect of WAP service and give the conclusion that the government and the operators are the key factors of reducing harmful WAP information.

Progress in fiber optic technology have made long-haul communications systems reach distance that were once unheard of. This distance is made possible by using modulation techniques that do not require a complex link design which best applied in spectral-amplitude coding optical code-division multiple access (SAC-OCDMA) system. In this paper, we investigate the use of different detection schemes namely the modified-AND subtraction detection as well as AND subtraction detection for SAC-OCDMA systems. We simulate the system performance of the mentioned detection approaches using OptiSystem7.0 software. The entire effects of fiber nonlinearities, dispersion and attenuation were considered in the simulation of SAC-OCDMA systems. Based on modified double weight (MDW) codes, the simulation results revealed that the modified-AND subtraction detection improves SAC-OCDMA system performance significantly compared to the conventional AND subtraction detection. Moreover, for the same quality of service (QoS) for bit-error rate (BER) of 10 -20 and data rate of 622 Mbps, modified-AND subtraction detection allows longer transmission distance of 30 % in the fiber length as compared to AND detection.

The capability to use advanced tools, devices, and software is essential for enterprises to survive in global competition. Inter-cognitive communication is an important element in the development of engineering applications where natural and artificial cognitive systems should work together efficiently. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are becoming increasingly important in society, as our economies depend heavily on SMEs, which represent the majority of jobs created. Global competition has forced these SMEs to change and develop their production systems radically, to be more flexible. Industrial robots are seen as a key element in flexible manufacturing systems. However, currently, industrial robots are not commonly used in SMEs; one reason is the complex handling, especially the time-consuming programming. Industrial robot systems usually lack simple user interfaces, and the programming is usually carried out by the typical teach pendant teaching method. This method is a tedious and time-consuming task that requires a remarkable amount of expertise. In industry, this type of robot programming can be justified economically only for the production of large lot sizes, which are not typical for SMEs. Therefore, new approaches to human-robot interaction are required. Cognitive infocommunication can play a key role in these applications. Accordingly, our main goal in this paper is to present experiences in developing easier human-robot interaction to help even inexperienced operators use robots in SMEs. These examples show a variety of ways that inter-cognitive communication between human and artificial cognitive systems can be utilized in robotics. The multiple access scheme for the long term evolution (LTE) physical layer is based on Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) in the downlink. The main drawback of OFDMA is the peak- to-average power ratio (PAPR) problem. Dummy sequence insertion (DSI) concept can be an efficient PAPR reduction method for the LTE downlink system because it is very simple to implement and side information is not needed. However, the DSI has to sacrifice a decrease in the transmitted data rate for a large number of dummy subcarriers. In this paper, a novel approach to the DSI concept is proposed for complete application to an LTE system. For effective utilization of physical resources, the unused space of the LTE system is calculated, and dummy subcarriers are inserted into the unused space. Therefore, there is no degradation in transmitted data rate. Simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce PAPR considerably without degradation of bit error rate (BER) performance as a LTE downlink system.

With the continuous development of 3G networks, Femto has gotten more and more attention and development, as a kind of access technology in cellular base station,it improves indoor coverage, cell capacity and relieve network pressure of outdoor macro base station. But how to ensure the efficient and uninterrupted in communication network is a problem which we currently facing. This paper will solve this problem using HA(High Availability) technology, when the computer system or network hardware or software fail, it can switch to the backup system by the switch-over technology to achieve uninterrupted service and maintenance system availability.
