As distributed real-time control system is widely used,multiprocessor real-time tasks scheduling becomes the most important research *** of real-time tasks in multiprocessor environment consists of task allocation stage(scheduling in task level) and task scheduling stage(scheduling in process level).A scheduling algorithm considering load-balance of real-time periodic tasks in multiprocessor environment is proposed in this *** task allocation stage,the tasks are sorted by the ascending order of their loads *** each time allocation,we sort the available processors by the descending order of their current loads and then through a mapping strategy assign tasks in turn to corresponding available processors in order to make the loads assigned to each processor balanced as much as *** task scheduling stage,we take EDF(Earliest-Deadline First) algorithm to schedule tasks in single *** simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has good and stable load-balance performance.

In order to solve the fan noise problems,it was applied noise sources identification and analyses system with 60-channel microphone array,which can carry out the measurement of full-field sound pressure of the fan and reconstruct the sound pressure distribution of full-field sound pressure at different rotate speed in corresponding *** analyzing the experimental results,it was found that the maximum sound pressure level of the fan corresponding to mid-frequency of band is 1 KHz;the maximum sound pressure level of the fan were located at centre when it was at different rotational speed,and the pressure level of noise source decreases with the increase of r/R;and the optimal measuring distance for noise sources identification of the fan is 1.1m.

Load balancing is one of the radio resource management functionalities for tackling the hotspot problem caused by bursty and unevenly distributed traffic. In the conventional handover based load balancing schemes, the shifted cell edge users will suffer Signal to Noise (SNR) degradation problem due to the poorer channel condition of the new link. In this paper, a cooperative user relaying assisted load balancing scheme is proposed to address this problem. In the proposed scheme, an edge user of a heavy-loaded hotspot cell can be handed over to a light-loaded neighbour cell by selecting an appropriate inactive user in the light-loaded cell as the user relay for cooperative transmission. The intention is to take the advantage of the cooperative diversity gain to counter act the SNR degradation. In the paper, the concept and procedures of the proposed cooperative user relay assisted load balancing scheme is presented. The theoretical analysis and simulation evaluations of the scheme are undertaken. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively balance the load between cells, improve SNR of the shifted cell edge users, enhance the system throughput and deduce the system call blocking probability.
