This paper presents a ontology-based semantic query expansion method. This method takes the food safety domain as a background and combines concepts similarity computation model. Firstly, the ontology-based representation method for food safety domain knowledge is proposed. Then, the expansion of queries is realized by the semantic relationships in food safety ontology and the expansion of the lexicon for words segmentation. Finally, concepts similarity computation model is applied to set the expansion range of domain concepts. Experimental results show that this method can not only obtain the search results consistent with the search conditions in the grammatical form, but also obtain the results semantically consistent with the search conditions. Besides, the retrieval results have been sorted according to the relevance. © 2012 ieee.

According to the co-integration and related theories in Econometrics, using quarterly data from July 2007 to June 2009, based on the EViews7.0 software this article does the empirical research on the relationship of China's money supply, index of business confidence and index of business climate. The results show that there is a long-run equilibrium relationship between the money supply and the index of business confidence. The money supply affects the index of business confidence, and the greater the money supply, the lower the index of business confidence. While there is a correlation between the money supply volume and the index of business climate, the money supply does not affect the index of business climate, namely, increasing money supply is unlikely to lead to depressed business conditions, even if the money supply appropriate, business conditions may also be recession. © 2012 ieee.

At present, most of the communication functions of the smart field instruments are Modbus protocol with RS485 interface. With the popularity of the Profibus fieldbus applications,more and more smart field instruments proposed functional requirements for Profibus. STM32 combined with the communications chip VPC3 + C, completing a Modbus-Profibus total line bridge design, in which the VPC3+C realizes the Profibus-DP interface protocols, and the STM32 realizes the Modbus Communication protocol and the overall operation of the total line bridge. Testing shows that Modbus-Profibus bus bridge can realize Profibus communication function of the field devices and intelligent instruments, thus providing Profibus communication solutions with short development cycle, low cost and high efficiency. © 2012 ieee.

Combinatorial interaction testing (CIT) is a method to detect the fault interactions among the parameters or components in a system. However the most works in the field of combinatorial interaction testing focus on detecting interaction faults rather than locating them. (d, t)-locating arrays and (d, t)-detecting arrays were proposed by C. J. Colbourn and D. W. McClary to locate and detect the interaction fault. In the paper, we study the structure of the special fault locating array that is able to locate sole interaction fault among the parameters or components, namely (1, t)-detecting arrays, and then propose the concept and construction method of approximate error locating array based on the special error locating array. The AETG-like algorithms to generate these special arrays are provided. © 2012 ieee.

Sustainable e-government implies a synthesis of social equity, social inclusion, bridging the digital-divide and e-participation. Upon that, it is necessary to provide multiple channels for extending service delivery to the masses, particularly vulnerable groups in rural areas. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the operation and usage of multi-channel service delivery from local governments of China. Practices were recorded and collected during an investigation on the Municipal Administrative service-center and Local Taxation Bureau of the Shiyan City in 2011. Empirical results show that web channels, mobile-based channels and e-service kiosks are primary digital channels been adopted, while the traditional channels can be supplements to digital ones in narrowing the digital divide. In addition, ongoing coordination across channels and agency boundaries can be further promotion of the sustainable e-government. © 2012 ieee.

At present, for some commercial purposes, general search engine can't satisfy timeliness, integrity of collected information and sort of results of campus network. It is necessary that various universities construct their own campus network search engine. In addition, information resources are reprinted between department websites, and users often get duplicate pages which have similar content in the search results pages. The necessity of constructing campus search engine is analyzed, and the detection algorithm which is tested in Nutch based on the longest paragraph and fingerprint is proposed. The analysis and experiments show that the algorithm efficiently reduces duplicate documents. It shows better ability of resistance noise, lower complexity of time and space, higher recall and accuracy. © 2012 ieee.

In order to get the excellent accuracy for price forecast in the agriculture products market, the adaptive Radial Basis Function (RBF) Neural Network (NN) and Back Propagation (BP) NN are utilized to forecast the price of the agriculture products in this paper. Ten agriculture products, which extracted from Agricultural Bank of China at January, 2011 to December 2011, are selected to forecast the price about four weeks and compare the Mean Absolute Percentage Errors (MAPE) by RBF NN and BP NN respectively. Experiments demonstrate that the BP is better model which can get more than 99.6 percent accuracy than the RBF that can reduce the MAPE in the price forecast for the agriculture products market. Experiment results prove that this verdict is meaningful and useful to analyze and to research the price forecast in the agriculture products market. © 2012 ieee.

In cloud computing, the system should avoid wasting resources as a result of under-utilization and avoid lengthy response times as a result of over-utilization. Recent research has focused on the globally optimal solution in virtualized data centers. However, the globally optimal solution makes a lot of unnecessary migrations and cannot work in a large-scale cloud computing environment. In this paper, we propose a new model for distributed load balancing allocation of virtual machine in cloud data center using the TOPSIS method. Results show that our system can achieve better load balancing in a large-scale cloud computing environment with less VM migration. © 2012 ieee.

In view of the imperfection of the Android operating system multimedia function and the complexity of streaming media system. At the same time, the development cycle is long, and efficiency is low. In order to solve those problems, the thesis designed the streaming engine layer between Linux kernel layer and application framework layer of Android platform, and constructed fast and convenient streaming media application development framework. First of all, Android operating system (OS) was analyzed, and then the media engine was added into the Android OS architecture. Based on the characteristic of the streaming media system, the steaming media engine is divided into five layers, including the user interface, data capture, and data output, codec, and network transmission layer. At last, the architecture was applied in the wisdom medical terminal project. Through an instance of video data transmission client, the feasibility of the architecture is confirmed. © 2012 ieee.

In order to get the excellent accuracy for price forecast in the steel market, the adaptive Radial Basis Function (RBF) Neural Network (NN) and Adaptive Sliding Window (ASW) are utilized to forecast the price of the steel products in this paper. Eight steel products, which extracted from Shanghai Baoshan steel market of China at January, 2011 to December 2011, are selected to forecast the price about one week and compare the Mean Absolute Errors (MAE) by RBF NN and ASW respectively. Experiments demonstrate that the ASW is better model which can get more than 97.3 percent accuracy than the RBF that can only obtain 93 percent accuracy in the price forecast for the steel products market. Experiment results prove that the proposed ASW is meaningful and useful to analyze and to research the price forecast in the steel products market. © 2012 ieee.
