the purpose of this research is to study the loyalty of employees related to the motivation and hygiene factors. the company in the case study is a manufacturing company of automotive parts. the research samples were collected from 222 employees by using the questionnaires. the descriptive statistics and the inferential statistics were applied to analyze the motivation and loyalty data. the result of the research shows that the level of motivation factor is high withthe mean of 3.99 scores while the level of hygiene factors is also high withthe mean of 3.73 scores. Moreover, the loyalty level is also high withthe mean of 3.98 scores. In terms of inferential statistics, it is found that the employees with different demographic background except the gender have significantly different loyalty level. Regarding the relationship between the motivation/hygiene factors and loyalty, the result indicates the positive correlation. Among the motivation factors, the work achievement is correlated withthe loyalty the most. Among the hygiene factors, the relationship with supervisors is correlated withthe loyalty the most. therefore, the company policy and strategy for human resource management should be developed properly according to the associations found in the results.
