Different users have different needs, even the same user may have different desires in different time, Personalized Information Retrieval makes search results meet different users' information requirement. In this paper, a kind of user interest recognition algorithm is proposed, which can analyze the user interest state and identify the user's Temporary interest;And a state-based user interest model is developed, In this model, user interest is recognized by the algorithm mentioned above, and users' characteristic is extracted and Dynamic weighted, then gray relational analysis is introduced to for the comprehensive consideration of two aspects above. The experimental result indicates that the average push accuracy is above 70% and the push service is more accurate for the user who has a long interest cycle. © 2012 ieee.

The segmentation of 3D human body is the key technology for Digital clothing, digital body measurement, computer animation and so on, but there are some shortcomings. So the segmentation of 3D body based on point cloud data is studied, and the method that the entire body model is divided into six parts is proposed in this paper. In the proposed method, some techniques such as slice, curve fitting and other mathematical tools are used to segment 3D human body according to the surface feature points. Finally, experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of segmentation. © 2012 ieee.

Radon Transform and Divergent beam transform both are widely used projection methods in the field of computer tomography and signal processing. In this paper we reviewed the commonly use method for implement the projection method and then give a novel method for implement the projection, which is especially suitable for divergent beam transform in 2D. The method is based on the bresenham like line or circle drawing algorithm, so it is easy to implement and have a low computational complexity. © 2012 ieee.

With the increasing number of the elderly people, considerable research efforts have focused on developing homecare services. Many of these services are able to provide good cares, but most of them need professionals to configure the service environments. This paper presents a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) approach to creating smart daily services for the elders living alone. Under this approach, no specific hardware is required and the user can create a new service/application simply by performing three simple operations: (1) attaching sensor(s) to object(s), (2) taking a photo of the sensor(s) along with the object by a mobile phone's camera, and (3) setting up the service through a graphical user interface. Compared with prior studies, our work enhances the relation between objects and sensors from one-to-one to one-to-many and resolves the device access conflict among services by introducing a priority scheme. An easy-to-use graphical user interface is developed for the user to quickly set up applications/services. We also implement a prototype of the proposed approach whose practicability is demonstrated by a simple application commonly used for the elderly people.

Mission planning is the key capability of unmanned combat aerial vehicles (UCAV), especially when an UCAV performs penetration and attack mission in dynamic and adversarial environments. There are two challenges for automated mission planning. First, the environment and mission target maybe encounter dynamic change. Second, the several objectives are often conflicting and adjustable in different mission stages. Aim to conquer the difficulties, an intelligent and multi-objective receding horizon control framework is proposed. The framework integrates multi-objective optimization, receding horizon control, fuzzy inference system and expert knowledge together, which can online receding and adaptively adjust the objectives according to the environment and the state of the mission execution. For UCAV mission planning in adversarial environments, once the multi-objective optimization problem is solved at each sampling time and the non-inferior solutions belonging to the set of Pareto are obtained, the most satisfied one is selected by using the objectives weights inferred from the expert decision. Results are shown on typical examples of UCAV mission planning under dynamic environments, which illustrated the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method. © 2012 ieee.

Cognitive radio is a promising technology. The spectrum scarcity problem can be overcome by enabling unlicensed users to access the licensed spectrum bands. In this paper, we focus on power efficiency maximization of cognitive system by jointly considering the parameters of spectrum sensing time and transmit power. In addition, we propose to investigate power efficiency of cognitive relay transmission scheme based on that of non-relay transmission. Finally, we provide the simulation results to show that the throughput and power efficiency of the proposed approach can be significantly improved compared to that of the non-relay transmission scheme in cognitive radio networks. Furthermore, numerical results demonstrate that there exist the optimal parameters to maximize power efficiency. © 2012 ieee.

Scene recognition is high level image understanding in machine vision field. It is usually difficult to recognize variety indoor scene of which the characteristics between many classes are changing significantly. This paper proposes an indoor home scene recognition model based on Weighting Spatial Information Fusion of PLSA (WSIF-PLSA), build many PLSA models and SVM classifiers using spatial information of indoor scene and fuse the recognition result with weight. So it is considering not only global visual characteristic but also local visual characteristic. The experiment constructs a database of IHSD which is for indoor home scene recognition and the results shows the higher recognition efficiency with this method. © 2012 ieee.

With the increased development of cloud computing, access control policies have become an important issue in the security filed of cloud computing. Semantic web is the extension of current Web which aims at automation, integration and reuse of data among different web applications such as clouding computing. However, Semantic web applications pose some new requirements for security mechanisms especially in the access control models. In this paper, we analyse existing access control methods and present a semantic based access control model which considers semantic relations among different entities in cloud computing environment. We have enriched the research for semantic web technology with role-based access control that is able to be applied in the field of medical information system or e-Healthcare system. This work demonstrates how the semantic web technology provides efficient solutions for the management of complex and distributed data in heterogeneous systems, and it can be used in the medical information systems as well. © 2012 ieee.

To enhance classification performance by making use of easily available unlabelled data to overcome the scarcity of labelled data, this paper proposes an Embedded Co-Adaboost algorithm that integrates multi-view learning into the Adaboost learning framework and at the same time leverages the advantages of Co-training algorithm for performance enhancement. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of the convergence rate, the accuracy, and the steady performance as compared to the original AdaBoost algorithm, without relying on redundant and sufficient feature sets. As a algorithm application in software engineering, the Embedded Co-AdaBoost has been applied to the classification of software document relations to improve the quality of the architecture design documents and the reusability of design knowledge. © 2012 ieee.
