Data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia show that millions of hectares were burned by fires in Indonesia with 2015 being the greatest incidence in the last of ten years. Therefore, a research is required to examine the distribution pattern of hotspots for forest fires. This study used Chronnet to display the clustering of forest fire hotspot data in the Wallacea Region (North Maluku) between 2012 and 2022. The NASA FIRMS provided the MODIS data used in the study. Several findings have been made from the implemented Chronnet method. The degree of connectivity map shows a medium degree which suggests that the North Maluku frequently experiences forest and land fires of a moderate intensity. The strength map shows a complex pattern of fire activity, with high-intensity flames creating major concerns in some, particularly in West Halmahera Regency and low to moderate fire events occurring in most other places. The results from the Chronnet cluster show that most fires occurred in production forests, indicating the need for stronger fire prevention and regulations. While protected forests had fewer incidents, there are still several clusters that require attention. Additionally, the frequent fires in non-forest areas emphasize the need for better land-use planning and coordination. Finally, although conservation forests remained unaffected, it is crucial for the government to prioritize maintaining this record.

The paper results from the 'Information Security Inspection of Rail Transit Industrial control system' Development and Reform Office High-Tech [2012] No. 1424 Project initiated by the National Development and Reform Commission. This paper constructs a cloud-edge-terminal architecture for the full life cycle control of industrial control systems based on brain-like computing, and puts forward a new method for security guarantee of rail transit industrial control network and big data detection method. First of all, the excites vibration input test of external physical quantity is carried out according to the operation manual of physical equipment. The corresponding frequency spectrum relationship (based on the occurrence frequency of function of time series) is generated in specific applications according to equipment functions, and the function simulation is carried out. The obtained discrete physical quantity data of the test input/output sequence is generated according to a specific time-space relationship and operation flow. The data are stored in an exponentially large data tablespace elastically, which can be searched and used in sequence according to the time-space parameters subsequently. Among them, the data generated by each function point should be firstly processed by Kalman filtering and then characterized by AI to extract the behavior mode of function input/output. Through this method, the operation principle of equipment function (behavior) can be perspective simulated, and the security operation guarantee system of industrial control equipment based on operation flow is constructed to ensure the security operation of industrial control equipment. © 2021 ieee.

Segmentation quality evaluation is an essential step to quantity the performance of segmentation algorithms. It can be used as a feedback for correcting segmentation errors or selecting appropriate algorithm parameters. We propose a novel evaluation framework where a convolutional neural network is designed for distinguishing the segmentation quality instead of using ground truth images. Our work has three primary contributions: First, we evaluate the quality of object segmentation by learning region features. A novel feature embedding model is proposed to integrate meta evaluation principles in a metric learning process. Second, it exempts the requirement of ground truths in the test stage, where object features of trained classes are used for the discrepancy calculation. Third, a large-scale object segmentation evaluation dataset is constructed, which contains various segmentation qualities under different assumptions. The experimental results on PASCAL VOC2012 dataset demonstrate that our method improves the evaluation accuracy and outperforms the popular supervised evaluation measures. © 2021 ieee.

Air quality is constantly deteriorating with the rapid economic development in the 21st century, and air pollution has changed from the coal-burning pollution to the combined pollution caused by coal-burning, vehicle exhaust emissions and industrial emissions. Environmental air quality has been the key concern of people, in order to protecting people healthy, and it's greatly necessary to build a complete environmental monitoring system outdoors. In fact, most of the current environmental monitoring system at present has some problems such as single or partial utility, poor real-time response, wire communication needed and lag time response, et al. In this research, we integrated all of the monitoring functions such like PM2.5, CO, NO 2 , SO 2 , noise, temperature and humidity which are satisfied with Chinese environmental air quality standard (GB3095-2012) into one whole system, and it makes this monitoring system very convenient and well rounded to use. Especially, we combined ZigBee and 5G technology together, and it shows that this idea exhibit the merits of these two technology to solve the long distant wireless communication and the real time response problems which makes sure that all of the monitoring data can be transmitted to the information center timely and accurately. We used CC2530 chip for the short distance wireless transmission, and the ZigBee wireless sensor network was established by using z-tack protocol stack made by Texas Instruments (TI) Company to achieve short distance acquisition and transmission. Moreover, the a kind of field programmable gate array (FPGA) is adopted to realize long-distance information transmission by heterogeneous network with using EP4CE10F17C8 chip to convert ZigBee data frames into 5G data. This paper represents the design of lightning protection system of a grid substation. For justifying the suitability of the design, a calculation has done based on the ieee Std 998-2012 Guide for Direct Shielding of Substations. Mainly the busbar and the transformer area has focused in this paper. Shield wires have used instead of lighting mast which is cheaper. This design has done in such a way that can ensure the minimization of cost as well as the protection of the aforesaid area of the substation from side and direct lightning stroke. In the calculation firstly, the striking distance has calculated for busbar area and transformer area. The radius of the imaginary rolling sphere around the shield wire has considered equal to the striking distance. Secondly, need to ensure that either the rolling sphere can protect or not. If the condition is fulfilled according to the calculation, the proposed design is acceptable. Some figures have been shown to visualize that as per the calculation how the protection is acting upon the equipment. © 2021 ieee.

system Identification (SysID) is a cornerstone of control engineering, aimed at modeling system dynamics from input–output data. However, SysID approaches often overlook uncertainty quantification (UQ), which is crucial for robust decision-making. To address this gap, we propose Conformal system Identification (C-SysID), a model-agnostic framework for UQ in single-output and multiple-output SysID tasks. C-SysID transforms point predictions of any SysID model into High-Quality (HQ) Prediction Intervals (PIs) for single-output systems or Prediction Regions (PRs) for multiple-output systems, ensuring the true output is captured within the specified confidence level. For single-output systems, we use the Updated Residuals (UR) and Weighted Updated Residuals (WUR) methods to generate valid HQ PIs. In the case of multiple-output systems, we apply the Copula method and introduce the Updated Copula (UC) method, which captures output dependencies to generate HQ PRs. We empirically validate C-SysID on diverse single-output and multiple-output SysID datasets. The statistically significant comparative results show that the WUR method outperforms baseline methods, delivering tight PIs with the desired coverage. For multiple-output systems, our proposed UC method generates PRs that achieve accurate joint coverage while maintaining the compactness of PRs. The results highlight the effectiveness of C-SysID in UQ and enhancing uncertainty-aware predictions for SysID applications. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd

We will develop the Experimental Power Reactor of Indonesia (RDE), by adopting the HTR-10 type from Tsinghua University-China. The-Instrumentation and control (I&C) for RDE will developed with digital system technology which in the development process will have verification, validation, design and implementation, reviews, and audits for digital computer software activities. Software design for I&C system of Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) should be started by developing software requirement specification (SRS) to meet the requirement that systems and components should be designed, fabricated, erected, tested, and inspected. In the regulatory structure of developing nuclear power plant in Indonesia, BAPETEN also concern for the design development of important to safety with computer based system for nuclear power plant (NPP) by PERKA BAPETEN No.6 in 2012. Since BAPETEN did not state which standards should be use, we can refer to the standards that are commonly used globally. ieee Std 1012™-2004 is recommended by the latest US. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Guide 1.168 in 2013 about verification, validation, reviews, and audits for digital computer software used in safety systems of NPP. This guide also recommends ieee Std 279, "Criteria for Protection systems for Nuclear Power Generating Stations,"or in ieee Std 603-1991, "Criteria for Safety systems for Nuclear Power Generating Stations. In this research we will examine the recommendation activity that should be follow to meet the requirement of the regulatory body which is also covered in ieee Std 1012-2004. Developing traceability analysis in the first activity will help the designer to trace the requirement to meet the design criteria and reach the effectiveness and performance of the I&C system. By tracing from the top tier recommendation, it will help the development I&C system of RDE to be verified and validate as the design criteria for HTR-10 © 2021 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Real-time, guaranteed safe trajectory planning is vital for navigation in unknown environments. However, real-time navigation algorithms typically sacrifice robustness for computation speed. Alternatively, provably safe trajectory planning tends to be too computationally intensive for real-time replanning. We propose FaSTrack, Fast and Safe Tracking, a framework that achieves both real-time replanning and guaranteed safety. In this framework, real-time computation is achieved by allowing any trajectory planner to use a simplified planning model of the system. The plan is tracked by the system, represented by a more realistic, higher dimensional tracking model. We precompute the tracking error bound (TEB) due to mismatch between the two models and due to external disturbances. We also obtain the corresponding tracking controller used to stay within the TEB. The precomputation does not require prior knowledge of the environment. We demonstrate FaSTrack using Hamilton-Jacobi reachability for precomputation and three different real-time trajectory planners with three different tracking-planning model pairs. © 1963-2012 ieee.

My Health Record system is the Australian Government's digital health record system that holds My Health Record. My Health Record is a secure online health record containing consumers' health information. The system aims to provide health care professionals with access to key health information (e.g. listing medicines, allergies and key diagnoses), radiology and pathology test results. The system (previously named Personally controlled Electronic Health Record) enables consumers to decide how to share information with any of their health care providers who are registered and connected to the system. The My Health Record system operates under the Australian legislative framework My Health Records Act 2012. The Act establishes, inter alia, a privacy framework specifying which entities can collect, use and disclose certain information in the system and the penalties that can be imposed on improper collection, use and disclosure of this information. This paper presents the formal specification (from the legislation) and verification of the My Health Record regarding how consumers can control who access the information, and how the system adheres to such access. We rely on the correct-by-construction Event-B method to prove control and access properties of the system.
