This paper presents a design and implementation of virtual process using LabVIEW in combination with Modbus TCP protocol for fieldbus control system (FCS). A level virtual process has been simulated in LabVIEW supported by NI input/output broad (NI - myDAQ), providing the 0-5V analog input and output signals. It is used to control actuators and to read data from sensors of the simulated process. Arduino broads incorporated with Ethernet shields are the Modbus TCP/voltage converter, communicating the data between programmable logic controller (PLC) that acts like a client and Arduino servers. Therefore, the virtual process can be controlled by the real PLC, and can be monitored by the real monitoring system over TCP/IP network. The experimental results show that the data communication among all devices works well. The mean absolute percentage error between both processes is less than 5.24%. In addition, the proposed model is very flexible and low cost. Hence, it is suitable for teaching and training. © 2019 ieee.

With the development of modern technology, the requirements for data quantity, quality, and processing capabilities have become more stringent. Sufficient high-quality data are the foundation for most mobile applications. It is important to collect enough data to effectively build your application. In addition to ensure the amount of data collected, the quality of the data collected is also important. Otherwise, a large amount of data redundancy will occur, which will cause trouble for data processing. At the same time, large amounts of data also mean the need for data processing capabilities. Traditional processing methods cannot meet the growing demand for data processing. Mobile computing is a promising solution to meet the growing computing needs of various mobile applications. The advancement and application of mobile computing require more intelligent ways to sense and collect data, which constantly poses new challenges to researchers.

In practical motion control systems, high fidelity model of the system is fundamental for design, analysis and implementation of control algorithm. Linear Time Invariant (LTI) model approaches provide simplify approach to classical controller design and simulation. However, such approach usually leads to poor real-time performance on the actual system. On the other hand, obtaining nonlinear parametric model has been an arduous task. This paper presents non-parametric modeling approach using an optimized Nonlinear Autoregressive with eXogenous inputs network (NARX-network) with Multiobjective Differential Evolution (MODE). The hybrid algorithm, MODE-NARX addresses challenges of network parameters determination in the conventional NARX network, while providing optimal performance. A laboratory scale motion control systems is used to evaluate the performance of the algorithm. Based on simulation and comparative results analysis performed the proposed hybrid technique outperformed the common well-known PEM-ARMA model with up to 80% better accuracy, and better generalization performance across varying datasets. © 2019 ieee.

Semantic segmentation is the most important branch of image processing. Semantic segmentation based on deep learning occupies the mainstream method. CNN, FCN, U-NET and DEEPLAB series have achieved good results in the field of image semantic segmentation. The improvement methods of each network also emerge in an endless stream, but the emphasis of improving the network focuses on the feature transfer and feature fusion between network layers in each method. In this paper, based on u-net, we use deep convolution, residual autonomic force and dendrite network to improve the network model. Deep convolution can reduce the amount of calculation, deepen the depth of network, extract more abundant image information, and transmit information between network layers in a more refined way. Dendritic networks are different from ordinary neural networks. Ordinary neural networks process information as models of nerve cell bodies. The role of neural dendrites is also important in the process of information processing. Dendritic network is used as a model of neural dendrites to improve the ability of information processing. The improved network in this paper was tested on the VOC2012 dataset, and the experimental results showed that PA, mAP and IoU were 93.36%, 92.28% and 68.26% respectively. The experimental results showed that the improved network in this paper had improved in all indicators. © 2021 ieee.

An extreme pH level of the swimming pool water can cause a serious reaction to eye and skin of the users. The existing method for monitoring the water pH level at Seberang Jaya Public Swimming Pool is not efficient enough to monitor the quality of the water as all the processes need to be executed manually. This paper discusses the proposed Smart Water Quality Monitoring system (SWQMS) design, and the evaluation of factors influencing pH value and temperature of swimming pool using DOE and ANOVA statistical tools. The experimental findings reveal that time of day, pool volume and their interaction factors do not influence the pH value however time of day does have an effect on the water temperature of the swimming pool.

Current chemo-preventive agents will causes a long term side effects in cancer sufferer. Therefore, this research focusses on the benefits of combine both technique of Electroporation (EP) method and with natural animal extract in process to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cell, as a solution to reduce or adverse effects of orthodox drugs. The present study indicates on anti-cancer potentially of Porcupine Bezoar Extract (PBE), also known as Hystrix Brachyuran against HeLa cell. Cell viability of HeLa cell were determined after HeLa cell treated with 500 V/cm and pulse duration of 100 μs before the concentration of 80.0 μg/ml of Porcupine Bezoar Extract (PBE) was added into the cell. The cell viability and cell growth were monitored up to 48 hours with comparative to untreated cell as a control group. This study result proved that by combine both technique;Electroporation (EP) and with natural animal extract Porcupine Bezoar Extract (PBE) might open the door and it has an ability in supressing the growth of HeLa cell. © 2018 ieee.

This paper presents an image processing technique to identify lip expressions in producing control instructions. The purpose is to assist patients suffering from Tetraplegia especially in their mobility by providing alternative ways of controlling devices. In this work, motorized wheelchairs are used as the studied mobility device. Some of the methods used in motorized wheelchair do give user difficulties as they need extra effort in controlling the device. Thus, this project aimed to study, design and implement an image processing technique to differentiate four different lips expressions. The classified four different lip expressions will then be used as instructions for forward, turn right, turn left and stop movements of motorized wheelchairs. A technique of morphological processing is applied to the image of the face in order to extract the lips region. The obtained region is then calculated for several parameters. The parameters classification is done using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to determine the category of lips expressions. In the performance analysis, the developed technique is proven to successfully classify the lips expressions into the categories and produce appropriate instructions for the use in motorized wheelchair control. © 2019 ieee.
