This paper addresses the problem of feature selection for high-dimensional data and SVM parameter optimizationWe propose an SVM classification system based on simulated annealing(SA) to improve the generalization performance of the SVM classifierFor this purpose, we have optimized the SVM classifier design by searching for the best value of the parameters that tune its discriminant function, and upstream by looking for the best subset of features that feed the classifierThe experiments are conducted on the basis of benchmark datasetThe obtained results clearly confirm the superiority of the SA-SVM approach compared to default parameters SVM classifier, grid search SVM parameter approach and suggest that further substantial improvements in terms of classification accuracy can be achieved by the proposed SA-SVM classification system.

As the virtual instrument technology used widely in the embedded system field, there is a need to develop a rapid embedded virtual instrument development which is used in embedded system to solve the problems that virtual instruments development are inconvenient in embedded system. This paper uses CORBA middleware architecture to achieve embedded virtual instrument IDL design, it can reduce the difference between platforms and make it convenient to transplant to other platforms. It designs the interchangeable virtual instrumental components based on the IVI standards so that the same kind of the virtual instrumental components can be changed by each other under specific conditions. According to the signal and plot mechanism, it creates the connection between different components to send and receive the data. From these three parts this paper design many embedded virtual instruments by components, and at last design a system which called Embedded Virtual Instruments Integrated Developed Environment to achieve visualization of the virtual instrument development.
