In this paper we present a new RFID tag anti-collision method,the main idea of this method is that we should find the collided bit at first,and every tag contains a register RC which length is the same as the tag's ID length to store the conflict bit,then all the subsequent processing are based on the conflict *** this new method,tag uses a binary pulse string to transfer data to the reader,compared to the traditional query tree based methods which based on the tag's ID,this new method is more efficient and requires fewer read cycles for tag identification.

The technology of embedding image into the audio signal 1 was researched and an adaptive algorithm of additive audio watermarking based on wavelet packet is *** visually recognizable binary watermark image could be embedded in the original signal wavelet packet domain in this *** intensity of embedded watermarks on the different audio segments would be modified by adaptively modulating the scaling parameter α.The experimental result demonstrate that the watermark is imperceptible and the algorithm is robust to many operations to digital audio signal,such as resampling,cropping,low pass filter,high pass filter,MP3 compression and so *** algorithm is better than which without using SNR,also better than using discrete wavelet transform(DWT) method which can't resist the high pass filter attack.

It has been estimated that autoimmune diseases are among the top ten leading causes of death among women in all age groups up to 65 years. However, the detection of it by indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) image analysis depends heavily on the experience of the physicians. An accurate and automatic computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system will help greatly for the classification of the Human Epithelial type 2 (HEp-2) cell images with little human intervention. In this paper we present an automatic HEp-2 cell image classification technique that exploits different spatial scaled image representation and sparse coding of SIFT features. Additionally, spatial max pooling of sparse coding at different scales is used to boost the classification performance. The proposed method is tested on the ICPR 2012 contest dataset and experiments show that it clearly outperforms state-of-the-art techniques in cell and image level as well as two intensity level images.

The static and cyclic failure mechanisms of offshore pipe riser repaired with a designated laminate orientation of carbon/epoxy(C/E) system were *** finite element(FE) model takes into account failure mechanisms of the composite sleeve inter-layer delamination,debonding at the steel riser-composite surface interface,and the maximum permissible strain of the repaired *** conditions of the combined static loads(coupled internal pressure,longitudinal tensile and transverse bending) were determined through a limit state analysis[1,2].The limiting static bending load that causes catastrophic failure under a coupled internal pressure and tensile loadings was determined through Virtual Crack Closure Technique(VCCT).The effects of cyclic bending,mimicking the typical scenarios experienced in pipe riser exposed to dynamic subsea environment,were evaluated and compared against the static *** low cycle fatigue of the composite repair system(CRS) is simulated using a direct cyclic analysis within a general purpose FE program,where the onset and fatigue delamination/disbonding growth are characterized through the Paris Law.

Multiperspective software development inevitably involves with a group of stakeholders in order to construct different parts of an application system. However, various developers need to interoperate or collaborate by integrating, merging, verifying and tracing their artifacts in order to achieve a common goal of their development. In this situation, ontology can play an essential role in communication among diverse developers in the course of an integrating system. More specifically, ontology is used as a knowledge management mechanism in order to define an explicit account of a shared understanding among various developers for interoperability and knowledge interchange purposes. The main objective of this paper is to propose an ontology-based software engineering (OBSE) approach for integrating or merging the ontologies in the multiperspective software development process. The OBSE approach is used to support a truly distributed, collaborative and multiperspective software development environment. This paper presents the state of the art ontological engineering and the ontologies in the software engineering process. The viewpoints of OBSE are also outlined.

Aimed at the problems occur in the conventional calculation of the air-to-air missile attack area, to set up an attack area algorithm based on the improved RBF neural network. A new training method for the RBF neural network is proposed--Improved Differential Evolution Algorithm. Using this method optimize the center value, the width and the weight of the RBF neural network. Gain data from the simulation of the air-to-air missile trajectory, train the network, and obtain the close and distance boundary of the air-to-air missile attack area while satisfying the required accuracy. Analyze in detail the changes of the attack area in large height difference, and compare and analyze the result with the simulation output. It shows that this model can effectively reduce the artificial factors during the evaluation, has a strong ability in nonlinear system approximation, and is suitable for rapid, high precision solution of fire control.

To build a high-efficient cloud platform for virtual resources, we deployed a virtual resource pool based on Hyper-V Virtualization to meet people's requirements. In this way, users can get a free VM from the pool in less time compared with creating a new one. A VM usually includes an operating system, the network to communicate with cloud platform and end-users, the shared storage space and other configurations. It will be presented that the deployment process of the resource pool and the infrastructure of cloud platform in this paper. The time to wait for an available VM will take just about 1/3 of the original time after using resource pool.
