Roller coasters belong to specialist equipment. In order to improve the ability to deal with an accident, it is necessary to hold an emergency drill. A drill system combined with virtual reality technology can greatly improve the drill effect. We use Solid Works, 3ds Max, and Unity3 D to develop the system. We realize scene roaming, action figure simulation, and rope motion simulation. The system presents a complete virtual emergency drill of a roller coaster, and the usage of important rescue tools.

Because of the influence of temperature, humidity and other factors, the grain should appear some situation such as fever, mildew, insect attack during storage. In order to reduce the loss in the grain storage, protect the quantity and quality safety of grain, storing grain scientifically has a great significance. In this paper, the realization of technical problems of the grain situation monitoring system based on Embedded Linux is researched. The system collects data through controlling sensors, and processes these data by using ARM controller, then transmits these real-time data to the host computer. We can check the data Online through Upper Machine software and make analysis and further processing. On the basis of hardware circuit design, the device driver programs of the grain situation monitoring system are researched in emphasis.

Indirect immunofluorescence imaging is employed to identify antinuclear antibodies in HEp-2 cells which founds the basis for diagnosing autoimmune diseases and other important pathological conditions involving the immune system. Six categories of HEp-2 cells are generally considered, namely homogeneous, fine speckled, coarse speckled, nucleolar, cytoplasmic, and centromere cells. Typically, this categorisation is performed manually by an expert and is hence both time consuming and subjective. In this paper, we present a method for automatically classifiying HEp-2 cells using texture information in conjunction with a suitable classification system. In particular, we extract multi-dimensional local binary pattern (MD-LBP) texture features to characterise the cell area. These then form the input for a classification stage, for which we employ a margin distribution based bagging pruning (MAD-Bagging) classifier ensemble. We evaluate our algorithm on the ICPR 2012 HEp-2 contest benchmark dataset, and demonstrate it to give excellent performance, superior to all algorithms that were entered in the competition.
