Based on WebGis, agricultural meteorological service platform of Zhejiang Province is developed herein mainly by using C# and Java computer language, coupled with meteorological monitoring and forecasting grid data, agricultural meteorological index data, geographic and administrative information data, and so on. Designed front by JS implementation and SQL Server 2012 as back-end server, the platform is composed of 6 systems, including agrometeorological disaster monitoring and early warning system, agricultural weather forecast system, online analysis system, agrometeorological observation and monitoring system, agro climatic resources system and agricultural service products system. Functions of the platform mainly include graphic operation, agricultural information inquiry and statistics, agrometeorological condition diagnosis and analysis, thematic map making. The platform has been applicate in three levels of provincial, city and county of Zhejiang Meteorological Department.

Labanotation uses a variety of graphic symbols to analyse and record human movements accurately and flexibly, which is an important means to protect traditional dance. In this paper, we introduce an efficient method for automatic generation of Labanotation from motion capture data by identifying human movements with bidirectional LSTM network(BiLSTM). Up to our knowledge, this is the first time that Bi-LSTM network has been introduced to the field of Labanotation generation. Compared with previous methods, Bi-LSTM used in our human movements recognition system learns context information for sequential data from not only the past but also the future directions. Combined with a newly designed discriminative skeleton-topologic feature, our approach has the ability to generate more accurate Labanotation than previous work. Experiment results on two public motion capture datasets show that our method outperforms state-of-the-art methods, demonstrating its effectiveness.

Graph-theoretical methods are being increasingly used in areas of interest within the IEEE and beyond. Graphs are mathematical abstractions that can be used to represent networks of various types: physical (e.g., the internet or electrical networks), biological (e.g., brain networks), or social (e.g., online social networks). Furthermore, graphs can provide tools for flexible representation of data sets in which data points have irregular positions with respect to each other. Common examples of this include data sets acquired by a sensor network, where uniform sensor placement may not be possible, or machine learning data sets, where training samples are not uniformly distributed in feature space. In some instances, a graph representation arises as a natural way to describe the problem, while in other areas, e.g., image processing, they are being used to develop powerful, content-dependent alternatives to conventional processing tools.
Performance ticket handling is an expensive operation in data centers, where physical boxes host multiple virtual machines (VMs). A large body of tickets arise from resource usage warnings, e.g., CPU and RAM usages th...
