Aiming at the instability and low convergence rate caused by complex dynamics, linear constraint and sensitivity to initial configuration state during Sequential Quadratic Programming(SQP) of motion control of humanoid robot solved by parameter optimization method, firstly,establish a general dynamics model for 7 connecting rods of humanoid robot and establish a simplified, multilevel and inverted pendulum model which falls to the ground from the front to the back for falling motion;secondly, introduce a parameter optimization technique to the optimum control of humanoid robot motion, build the optimum control model, adopt a filter for initial configuration state, improve SQP filter algorithm and enhancing technique, propose Enhancing Parametric Sequential Quadratic Programming(EPSQP) algorithm to improve optimizing process and accelerate convergence rate;finally, verify the validity and optimality of EPSQP algorithm proposed in this paper by computer simulation experiment.

Nowadays elders, often find it difficult to keep track of their cognitive and functional abilities required for remaining independent in their homes. Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) are the Ambient Intelligence based technologies for the support of daily activities to elders. Traditional rehabilitation is an example of a common activity elders may require and that usually implies they move to the rehabilitation clinics, which is the main reason for treatment discontinuation. Tele-rehabilitation is a solution that not only may help elders but also their family members and health professionals to monitor elder's treatment. The purpose of this paper is to present a tele-rehabilitation system that uses the motion-tracking sensor of the Kinect, to allow the elderly users natural interaction, combined with a set of external sensors as a form of input. Data fusion techniques are applied in order to integrate these data for detecting right movements and to monitor elder's treatment in the rehabilitation process.

Recently, IPTV brings a lot of attraction because it is different from the traditional TV system in that it can provide the contents any time on users' demand. Many industries are starting new services based on IPTV expecting great growth of the market. From the static IPTV service, newer IPTV related service is considering openness. In Open IPTV, any user can send or receive the contents from another user, which means the customer can be the service provider at the same time. On top of the openness, mobility is another important concept to be considered in the IPTV industry. With the mobility and the openness, IPTV service has newer technical and security issues for reliable services. In this work, we propose a mutual authentication mechanism required between content provider and receiver. For communication, two users need to authenticate each other. Because of the openness and the mobility, the mechanism should be lightweight and dynamic. We have adopted Visual Cryptography and Steganography concept for efficient and lightweight authentication.

The business tax is a kind of tax collected by total business turnover derived from the provision of taxable services, the transfer of intangible assets and the sale of immovable property in China, while the value-added tax(VAT) is a kind of turnover tax levied on the increase in the value of goods in production and circulation and the provision of labor services. China's "Transformation from business tax to VAT" is a taxation reform policy, whose essence is to enlarge the range of levying VAT and bring the original industries that pay business tax under the range of levying VAT. It started trial in Shanghai's six service industries since January 1, 2012, and began to implement in all service industries in the nationwide since May 1, 2016. On the one hand, we can see that "Transformation from business tax to VAT" is an important content of China's taxation reform, which has a significant impact on reducing VAT taxation burden of enterprises, reducing fiscal revenue, promoting economic growth, adjusting industrial structure and other aspects. On the other hand, there are difficulties like taxpayer identity selection, tax rate selection, the scope of input tax which can be deducted, and the VAT income distribution between central and local and so on, in the pilot process. This paper analyzed the financial and economic effect of "Transformation from business tax to VAT", and put forward some countermeasures in view of the practical problems arising from the pilot process, so as to perfect the implementation of China's "Transformation from business tax to VAT" and sum up advanced experience for China's follow-up taxation system reform as well as other countries that are committed to reform their taxation system.
