Furthermore, this paper established the mathematic model of medical service pricing based on government and hospitals co-decision. Finally, the paper built the simulation model of medical service pricing based on the theory of system Dynamics on the platform of Vensim software. With the proliferation of smartphones and the growth of cellular technology (e.g., 4G LTE), individuals are constantly accessing the Internet on the go. But, there is limited understanding of the variation in cellular network performance (i.e., throughput, latency, packet loss) for various wireless service providers. In this paper, we perform an empirical characterization of cellular network performance based on a large scale measurement study of the major wireless service providers in California. We describe the system and software application (CalSPEED) used to measure various network parameters such as TCP download/upload throughput, latency and packet loss for the different wireless service providers. Six rounds of measurement are conducted for a period of approximately three years in California, (referred to as field tests) starting from spring 2012. During each field test, personnel drove with mobile clients to different parts of the state and collected data by executing the software. Data is collected over approximately 1500 locations in the state during each field test. Our data analysis demonstrates quantitatively that i) cellular network performance varies considerably with location and is poor overall - a large number of locations in our study report low network throughput, high latency and high loss rates ii) all cellular providers are not the same - network performance varies considerably among the different providers iii) on average, cellular network performance is improving over time iv) cellular network performance depends on a number of factors such as download/upload, server location and type of device used.

Based on the AD HOC network and AODV protocol, the information from different devices and sensors transmits from rescuers to other members, such as the audio and video signal, the GPS, the poisonous gas sensors. With the network, the rescuers can connect staffs in one team or different teams, also can connect the control center. It provides more efficient collection and transmission of the field information, more accurate rescue decision and eventually improves the efficiency of rescuer.

To improve deficient information of existing domestic arts equipment website, this paper describes a system for the analysis of the relevant integrated Information servicesystem which is basic and essential. This paper outlines the functions carried out by Ajax engine technology and Apache + PHP + MYSQL built on B/S structure. Emphasis is placed on the construction of a criterion function by which the information servicesystem in achieving the effect of transmission between the front-end interface and information retrieval about performing arts equipment with the server database. Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching mode,a teaching reform methods was proposed which used virtual instrument experiment teaching mode to cultivate innovative talents. As an example, "signal and system" course practice was illustrated by the application of virtual instrument in the teaching. The results showed that the introduction of the virtual instrument not only cultivated the students' actual operation ability, and also cultivated their flexibility using textbook knowledge and the ability of design and innovation independently.
