As we all known, information security has become an important affecting factor about the development of information technology. Toefficiently ensure the information security, it is necessary to take regular evaluation for the security situation of information system. However, the basis work of evaluation index system is less scientific and measurable. According to the essential demand of information system security level protection(ISSLP) and the present information security status of the company system, in this paper, firstly, the evaluation index system of ISSLP is systematically constructed andindividual evaluation indexes are objectivelyclarified. Then, by analytic hierarchy process and subjective estimate method, the weight of these indexes is determined. Finally, the calculation method, which is able to reflect information security situation and the weakest security link of system, is expounded to quantify individual evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. What is more, the experimental result on real data shows that our method is performance more nice, which can provide a new thought in the aspect of information security evaluation work.

Based on routing structure of self-organization and self-regulation to provide personalized routing service for the diverse business requirements, this paper provides an effective construction mechanism of routing service chain to meet the current and future routing service. Considering the memoryless and sequential decision-making features of the routing service chain construction process, it was modeled as a Markov decision process, and put forward a derivation method based on the enhanced learning. The experimental results show that the derivation method can flexibly and effectively construct the diverse routing service chains for various routing demands.

Customer service is one of the basic categories in logistics. Businesses aim at providing the best customer service at the lowest cost. Maintaining high quality of customer service is possible thanks to dedicated information technology systems such as ERP and CRM which help guide logistic processes in a business. The systems work hand in hand and their application should likely improve the results of a business. The article strives for demonstrating the influence of IT systems for improving the logistics of customer service (ERP and CRM systems) on the results of businesses in Poland, especially in terms of innovation and revenue in individual voivodships. Machine vision is widely used in automatic equipments, but the vision system based on embedded Linux is seldom at present. The key points and difficulties are the image processing and its realtime on embedded system. This paper introduces the vision processing system based on ARM and Linux, mainly introduces the USB camera driver, image matching, camera calibration and object localization. Comparing the conventional method using PC with universal software, vision processing system based on ARM and Linux greatly reduces the system size and cost. Experimental results show that this system can accurately recognize and locate the target object. The efficiency can meet the requirement basically, and it still has room to improve. Combined with industrial robot, this vision system can be used to automatic carrying, assembly, etc.

The investigation of the positive impact of using artificial intelligence systems in meteorological satellite images classification is presented in this study. An application for classifying clouds observed northern Algeria by the MSG (Meteosat Second Generation) satellite is developed in this work. The proposed identification system is based on the spectral information derived from the infrared channels of MSG satellite images. The classification aim is to identify pixels as rainy or not, and to delineate precipitating areas for northern Algeria in real time. An SVM (Support Vector Machine) classifier is adopted in this work as the intelligent system used for the identification. Models are trained and validated against in situ rainfall measurements, collected during the rainy period of the year 2012, by automatic rain-gauge stations distributed over the study area (North of Algeria). Five statistical assessors are used to evaluate performances. Results of the classification by the SVM are compared to a statistical method, based on thresholding in histograms representing classes' features. The classification error has been significantly reduced when using the SVM classifier, allowing a more accurate estimation of precipitations by infrared MSG satellite images.

On August 17 th , 2012, a diode rectifier at Nagano Traction Substation was broken. The broken rectifier was dismantled and investigated in detail and, as a result, it was estimated that the overvoltage caused by the thunder lightning caused the dielectric breakdown in the rectifier. To confirm the assumption of the broken process, the field measurement at Nagano Traction Substation and FDTD (finite-difference time-domain) calculation analysis at Nagoya Institute of Technology were carried out. As a result, it was indicated that the direct lightning to the elevated bridge over the substation caused the transient overvoltage of the grounding system of the substation and resulted in the breakdown within the rectifier. Because the concrete bridge pier is located adjacent to the substation, the surge voltage from the elevated bridge is able to influence on the potential of the substation mesh. In this paper, the investigation process to determine the cause of the trouble will be shown in detail.

Under the developing trends of population aging and old aging, China is trying to establish an endowment pattern of "with family endowment as the basis, with community endowment as the reliance, and with institutional endowment as the support". Compared with other endowment patterns, endowment institutions possess the features of specialization and standardization, and the most important factor to evaluate endowment institutions is the quality of service. In this thesis, GAP model will be adopted to analyze the sources of quality problems which exist in endowment institutions' long-term care service from the perspective of five sources of service quality gap, and the preliminary countermeasures will also be proposed. According to the "Statistical Bulletin of Social service Development in 2013 " issued by Ministry of Civil Affairs, by the end of 2013, all over the country, the number of elderly population over 60 years old was 202.43 million, accounting for 14.9% of the total number of population. Among them, the number of elderly population over 65 years old is 131.61 million, which accounts for 9.7% of the total number. All together, there were 42,475 endowment service institutions, and 4.937 million beds in China, 18.9% higher than 2012. Compared with other endowment patterns, endowment institutions possess the features of specialization and standardization. In the endowment institutions, the long-term endowment care servicesystem, whose starting points are the demands of elderly people and whose duration time is longer than six months, is formed by comprehensive long-term care service-oriented architectures, including basic long-term endowment care service(such as care for catering and daily life, health care service, psychosocial service, etc.), long-term endowment care human resources, long-term endowment care servicesystem, and long-term endowment care policy support. The Songhua River Pollution Control Project is one of the most significant water-related environmental pollution control schemes in Northeastern *** paper details the requirements,architecture,and main components of an online river sudden pollution simulation system(RSPSS) for scientific planning and decision making for a complicated natural river *** the basis of a service-oriented method and spatiotemporal simulation technology,the following components are developed:multi-platform,multi-level,dynamic,and flexible data services;task services that can be used by other online ArcGIS Server Silverlight Projects;and integrated third-party hydrodynamic and water quality models,which can simulate complex river networks under natural hydrological and climatic conditions *** the RSPSS,spatial and nonspatial datasets and functions are seamlessly integrated from distributed sources by standard ***,this system can support effective cross-regional and cross-departmental decisions.A study of a real-world implementation of the suggested system involving the historical sudden pollution of the Songhua River based on the RSPSS is also presented.
