The express logistics service evaluation system was established based on logistics services theory and system dynamics theory under online shopping environment through the analysis of express logistics service procedures. This paper made a causal relationship analysis on this system and the main variable "logistics services quality", and it also established the system dynamics branch model under a subsidiary variable "timely delivery rate". The model is proved correct by the dimensionless inspection testing, the sensitivity testing and the extreme conditions testing. Based on the model, the data of the four courier companies including Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong and Yun Da were applied to the simulation software called Vensim. This software confirmed the effectiveness of the simulation and obtained courier companies rankings based on the subsidiary variable. This paper provides a new method of express logistics service assessment.

This paper studies on heavy rail product's parameterized design of pass and three–dimensional modeling technology. The system uses Visual Basic as programming language, Solid Works for drawing platform, using the idea of parameterized design and feature-based modeling technology, which not only can complete the pass design and parametric drawing, but also can realize the 3D parametric modeling of heavy rail. The result of design shows that the scheme is effective, shortens development cycle of new rail product, improves the rail size precision, improves the surface quality and mechanical properties of the heavy rail.

Nowadays, while we are enjoying the convenience brought by such a huge repository of online web information, we may come across difficulties in finding the web pages we want related to particular information we are searching for. Hence, it is essential to classify web documents to facilitate the search and retrieval of pages. Existing algorithms work well with a small quantity of web pages, whereas, they become slow and even noneffective while dealing with a large scale of web pages. Recently,some of these algorithms were adapted to distributed platforms which boosted their classification speeds effectively. However, due to high dimensions of web page features, the parallel classifiers were still trained with limited capacity training sets. In addition,these methods didn't improve the classification itself, merely boosted by high computing performance of distributed *** oriented to large-scale web page classification, we propose to integrate anchor graph hashing with K-Nearest Neighbour(KNN)classifier to reduce the pages' original feature dimensions. The hash value of each page is used for training and classification instead of the original vectors. Experimental comparison with the original KNN on a large dataset demonstrates the efficacy of our proposed method.

The effective management of structural integrity matters is an essential element in the safe and cost-effective operation of any aircraft fleet. In today's Defence environment, many military fleets are being operated well beyond their original service life goals, or conversely, the fatigue life consumption trends from some operators suggest that their service life goals may not be met. In both cases, the implementation of structural modifications is often required to achieve the necessary life extensions. The Finnish Air Force (FINAF) have one such example where an indigenous research, development and manufacturing capability was used to design a bonded doubler reinforcement to address a potential fatigue life deficiency on the Y488 bulkhead in their fleet of 'Classic' F/A-18C/D Hornet aircraft. During the 2012 F/A-18 international Structural Integrity Forum meeting held by the global F/A-18 structures community, a proposal was put forward to consider fatigue testing of the FINAF doubler on a full-scale centre fuselage test article as part of Australia's Defence science and Technology Organisation's (DSTO's) current well-established testing program for such test articles, also known as 'centre barrels'. The proposal was agreed to, and in 2013 personnel from Patria Aviation visited DSTO to install the doubler on a retired United States Navy F/A-18D centre barrel. This paper presents a summary of the design, development and initial coupon test aspects of the doubler. It then discusses the installation of a FINAF fleet doubler on a centre barrel test article, followed by a description of the subsequent instrumentation of the specimen, the testing regime, interpretation of data with respect to doubler performance, inspection activities, and examination of the eventual bulkhead failure. In the trusted computing field, the existing software behavior's dynamic measurement models almost have a big system cost and the accuracy also needs to be improved. This paper proposes a dynamic software measure model which is based on behavior trace and checkpoint scene. In this method the software behavior's credible degree are evaluated through extracting software s behavior trace and checkpoint scene information. And then compute the measurement through evaluated information. Finally, experimental result shows that this proposed measurement model not only obtains accurate of software behavior information but also reduces the system cost to some extent.

Distributed service is an effective way to solve the massive user services. However, the dynamic combination of services can lead to uncertainty in service, what's more, a large number of service's massive data lead to inefficiency in anomaly detection of service. So it increases the difficulty of the service anomaly detection. This paper inspired by the biological processes of artificial immune recognizing abnormality and propose a method which dynamically detect distributed services abnormal. First of all, we detect abnormal source through numerical differentiation method. Secondly, we draw the ideological of DCA, and through fusion invoking times and average times to calculating danger zone. We achieve the goal of dynamically detecting distributed services abnormal. At last, the experiments verify the feasibility of the method.
