In view of the problems existing in the development and utilization of water resources in Sanjiang Plain, this paper made a study on the risk assessment of water resources shortage in Sanjiang Plain. From the perspective of water resources shortage risk, analytic hierarchy process was applied to establish assessment index system and evaluation criteria, and then make a comprehensive assessment and regional difference analysis of water resources shortage risk in Sanjiang Plain. Research results showed that Shuangyashan City belonged to high degree of water resources shortage risk, while Jixi, Hegang,Jiamusi, Qitaihe, Muling and Yilan belonged to extremely high water resources shortage risk, which provided a theoretical principle for sustainable and efficient utilization of regional water resources.

In the article we introduce reputation module for Quality of Protection Modelling Language which allows to represent the reputation system as a part of the protocol, where all operations and communication steps can be consistently modelled. Owing to the proposed approach the reputation systems can be formally specified and computer security impact can be considered as a factor of the metrics in the reputation systems. service recommendation facilitates developers to select services to create new mashups with large-granularity and added value. Currently, most studies concentrate on mining and recommending common composition patterns in mashups. However, latent negative patterns in mashups, which indicate the inappropriate combinations of services, remain largely ignored. By combining additional negative patterns between services with the already-exploited common mashup patterns, we present a more comprehensive and accurate model for service recommendation. Both positive association rules and negative ones are mined from services' annotated tags to predict future mashups. The extensive experiment conducted on real-world data sets shows a 33% enhancement in terms of F1-Score compared to classic association mining approach.

In recent years, the Cloud Computing paradigm has proven effective in scaling dynamically the number of servers according to simple performance metrics and the incoming workload. However while some applications are able to scale-out, as current scaling metrics do not relate system performance to sales, hosting costs and profits are not optimized completely. The following article proposes a novel technique for dynamic resource provisioning based on revenue and cost metrics, to optimize profits for online retailers in the Cloud. The proposal relies on user behavior models that relate Quality-of-service (QoS) to service capacity, and to the intention of users to buy a product on an Ecommerce site. We show how such metrics can enable profit-aware resource management by setting an optimal number of servers at each time of the day. Experiments are performed on custom, real-life datasets from an Ecommerce retailer contain over two years of access, performance, and sales data from popular travelWeb applications.

Nowadays, the information systems for enterprises become popular and these systems produce an extreme huge amount of data. The produced data are all important and should be kept for further analysis. However, as this trend continues, the lack of human resources and budgets makes the ways to efficiently store and analyze data challenging. To solve this predicament, Cloud Storage service (CSS) provides one of the possible solutions. For CSS, the storage resources become virtualized and can form a storage pool. Then, using the Internet, CSS allows the data can be accessed and backup as on the local storage. This study explores appropriate approaches for building the file systems with lower-cost to provide highly reliable and efficient CSS for enterprises. Two storage file systems are considered: GlusterFS and Lustre. GlusterFS is widely used in distributed environments while Lustre is mainly for high-performance computing. With a series of comparisons and analyses, we can find the appropriate file systems for different applications with better utilization and high performance for accessing files. The small capital enterprise companies thus can build their own csss without abundant resources. As a result, Lustre Stripe type is better and efficient for write-in under the low-cost circumstances. On the other hand, Lustre Distributed type can read files fluently and excellently.

SUMO is an open source microscopic road traffic simulation developed at the German Aerospace Center since the year 2000. The major audience is the traffic research community. This article tries to answer whether SUMO got accepted, who uses it, and for which purposes. The investigation is performed based on a collection of scientific publications that name SUMO. The documents contained in this collection were bibliographically annotated and classified using three different classification schemes. The investigation reveals an increasing usage of SUMO by a growing, international community. It shows that SUMO is mainly used in the scope of research on vehicular communications.
