The accuracy of the interpolation method for identification of nonlinear dynamical systems based on the Volterra model in the frequency domain is studied. To highlight the n-th partial component in the response of the system to the test signal the n-th partial derivative of the response using the test signal amplitude is found and its value is taken at zero. The successful adaptation of a technology in health system will enhance in achievement of better standard of living. In order to improve health care and support services in developing countries, expertise in health sector is required in all levels of health system starting from low level of village health centres up to the top level of referral hospitals. Due to shortage of human resources such as medical doctors this applied research intends to implement an expert healthcare unit to support in health services in low level of health systems. Equipped with knowledge, the system concludes and acts according to the condition of a patient. As for any other expert system, learning process distinguish one system from another. A novel and automated way to colorize gray images by giving an example color image is being proposed. Both images are partially segmented using unsupervised segmentation JSeg. Proposed methodology controls merging of segments in JSeg by analyzing histogram of gray image. Maximum fitting square patches are extracted from each segment in linear *** square patches are discarded to avoid error. Gray image and color image segments are matched using Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform. Colors between matched segments are transferred using simple mean and standard deviation. Remaining image is colorized using optimization. Experimental results performed show the advantage of automation.
