In robotics, pose errors are known as positional and rotational errors of a given mechanical system. Those errors are commonly produced by the play among joined components, commonly known as joint clearances. Predicting pose errors can be done via the formulation of two optimization models holding continuous domains, which belong to the NP-Hard class of problems. This paper focuses on providing rigorous and reliable solution to this problem by using constraint programing.

In spontaneous networked organizations,or any dynamic open organizations,autonomous agents must interact among themselves to achieve their *** usually interact,with which they have no experience,due to the scale and dynamism in these *** agent must,therefore,achieve certain qualities of interests in order to be capable of amalgamating *** light of this,we construct qualities of interest for a spontaneous networked *** aspects will be described including social harmony,coherence and spontaneity and their effect on the interaction process among agents inside such a collaborative *** study helps to improve the social capital of any networked organization.

Aerial video stabilization system aims to remove undesired motion in aerial *** motion is the result of undesired movement of mobile *** this article we present a new video stabilization system for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV).Our system is based on keypoints *** use Scale Invariant Feature Transform(SIFT) keypoint detection,and matching to estimate parameters of affine transformation ***,Kalman filter with median filter is applied to remove video noise.A number of real aerials videos surveillances demonstrate that this method can achieve good performance.

The accuracy of the interpolation method for identification of nonlinear dynamical systems based on the Volterra model in the frequency domain is studied. To highlight the n-th partial component in the response of the system to the test signal the n-th partial derivative of the response using the test signal amplitude is found and its value is taken at zero. The polyharmonic signals are used as test ones. The algorithmic and software toolkit is developed for identification *** toolkit is used to construct the informational model of test system. The model is built as a first, second and third order amplitude–frequency characteristics and phase–frequency characteristics. The comparison of obtained characteristics with standard is given.

Granular computing theories in the field of computer are introduced into the statistical analysis of qualitative data, based on the traditional qualitative data analysis methods. Multidimensional qualitative data by use of information system are described, and the mathematical model of qualitative data cluster model based on granular computing is given. The feasibility and the superiority are verified by treating massive data. This method may provide a new train of thought for analysis of large and complex qualitative data.

In many dynamic open systems,social interaction plays an important role for the development of social *** interactions may not be secure from self-interested *** that,each agent must be capable of identifying reliable interaction *** light of this,the focus is on developing a different type of interaction among the agents inside a spontaneous networked organization（SNO）.It helps to overcome such a problem through applying a broad range of service level agreements（SLAs）.SLA and its role amongst the agents in the SNO will be *** will present a policy of negotiation to accelerate the execution process of the fittest task provided by the ***,by applying collaborative filtering（CF）,we examine different types of data to show how agents interact implicitly or explicitly and how these interactions affect the social *** method obtains a high performance of interaction and can help to control the spontaneous flow of behaviors and knowledge to be more accurate when agents communicate rationally since trust is recorded in such a distributed organization.

The successful adaptation of a technology in health system will enhance in achievement of better standard of living. In order to improve health care and support services in developing countries, expertise in health sector is required in all levels of health system starting from low level of village health centres up to the top level of referral hospitals. Due to shortage of human resources such as medical doctors this applied research intends to implement an expert healthcare unit to support in health services in low level of health systems. Equipped with knowledge, the system concludes and acts according to the condition of a patient. As for any other expert system, learning process distinguish one system from another. Better performance is based on knowledge acquainted within the system. This research express the method used to formulate knowledge in an expert healthcare system unit.

A novel and automated way to colorize gray images by giving an example color image is being proposed. Both images are partially segmented using unsupervised segmentation JSeg. Proposed methodology controls merging of segments in JSeg by analyzing histogram of gray image. Maximum fitting square patches are extracted from each segment in linear *** square patches are discarded to avoid error. Gray image and color image segments are matched using Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform. Colors between matched segments are transferred using simple mean and standard deviation. Remaining image is colorized using optimization. Experimental results performed show the advantage of automation.

A nurse rostering problem(NRP) deals with the shifts arrangements of nursing staff in the daily operation of a given health care *** problem is known to be complex mainly due to its combinatorial nature that commonly requires exponential time to be *** literature presents a large list of works devoted to solve NRPs,however most of them are focused on the performance of results of well-known NRP instances,and just a few address real *** this paper we present a study of real nurse rostering,which particularly involves a very uncommon shift pattern due to proper country legal *** introduce a new model including soft constraints that can be efficiently solved by employing reified constraints.
